They replaced our garage door in a timely fashion. They came out when they said they out. They were nice. Their price was reasonable.We would use the. Again.This past week our garage door broke and Langham came out and fixed it for no charge!We really like them!!!

My garage door spring broke one afternoon and Langham had it fixed by mid morning the next day. They were extremely professional and courteous while working in and around the house. Good choice for your garage door needs.

My experience:Langham came for the initial estimate, unboxed the pre-purchased door, ran a couple of sensor wires, and advised that we’d have to have brick removed to continue. They estimated an additional $300. They rescheduled to return later that week.- They never showed back up nor followed up.- I had the brick removed for $60 (took half an hour)- They either damaged the door when they unboxed it or failed to notice and/or mention it. Something the new installer noticed immediately.My experience was not consistent with their referrals. I believe there’s simply a lack of competition to motivate this company to provide a consistent and quality experience.

Wonderful service! Trustworthy, honest, fast and experienced. We called for a garage door repair this morning. They were able to fit us in by mid afternoon. Replaced two torsion springs and installed two metal brackets to keep doors from buckling. Took one hour. Amazing work! Highly recommend Langham Doors.

Had brand new garage doors put in....(wires are not neatly put away)..so within a week I was sweeping garage and accidently moved sensor...door would not let down...I called Langham after hrs on a Saturday...which their answering machine says they answer emergency calls...I left message no one returned call ..I wait till Monday called they would not answer my call..CALLER ID.....I called again same thing no one answered then I call from another line and he pickedup

Quick response, great customer service, great price, great people. Only took exactly 7 days but just because the door had to be ordered. The old one was disassembled, disposed of and the new one delivered and installed in about 45 mins from the time they called to let me know they were enroute. Everything done as promised. 5 stars all the way! My garage doors were literally hanging by one roller, the cables had popped loose, and the side brace had been completely dislodged from the wall. I called them on Friday and they were out on Monday, in rainstorm no less! They had everything up and running (actually running better than before) within 30 mins. The price was outstanding!!

First time needing Garage Door repairs, asked around alot of people and no one could come up with any recommendations, except for my entire sub division has used this company for their repairs and the reviews they gave were stellar.Now, I had a 18 hour turn around, from calling at 4:30pm Monday, By 11am the next day i had a full calibration, springs, traction gears and bulbs installed for a price id of expected to just be in labor and call out fees. They did an excellent job, no mess, cleaned up behind themselves and got the job done diligently. I could not have asked for more from this service, and wish more services were an easy In and Out experience like this one!Anyone who needs any Garage Door repairs, this is the destination for you, a One Stop Shop!

We had a 10:30am appointment. No one showed up. No one called. I called the office, a lady said she would contact the technician then call me. No called by 11am. I left a voicemail message. No one called by 11:30am. They lost our business

Was supposed to have my garage door installed at 9:30 today. Called every half hour after 9:30 to see what was up. At 12:30 I finally got someone. They told me the door hadnt showed up yet. I said I would have loved to have known this yesterday when they found out. She said she wasnt at work yesterday or this morning so she just couldnt make that happen. Outstanding Job!

Dont waste your time or money if your garage door needs repair. We paid $145 for two reps to tell us our module is outdated and they have no clue how to troubleshoot. They even called en route and asked what type of problem we were having and I explained in detail exactly what happened to our door and how the door currently operates. They never asked about the age of the garage door. (They were purchased and installed in 2000) . The service call was $120 to Summerville and they charged $25 to squirt WD-40 on 3 doors. Wish I could give 0 stars.Their only intent was to try to sell new doors. When I called in to the office to set up the appointment, I specifically asked if this company repairs garage door and was told, Yes. Well, the certainly DO NOT!What a rip off. They should be ashamed to have charged $145.
