Most excellent service and easy drop off. Great price for a 10 foot truck van and it gets very good milage. The staff are curteous and cheerful and knowledgeable about the product. Receipt can be paperless!

Ordered parts through their website to have trailer hitch installed. Not pulling anything huge, just a 5x8 trailer. Show up on the date for scheduled appointment to be told that the wrong parts were ordered. No biggie, mistakes happen.Talk to employee about ordering the right parts. She ordered them and I paid the difference. She then told me I would get a call when they were in to schedule a new appointment.Week goes by and no communication with uhaul. The day I decide to call them is the day they call me to tell me that I missed an appointment. I told the employee that I didnt have an appointment because I was waiting on a phone call to tell me the parts arrived. She said that they have been here and I was a no show. So we schedule an appointment for the next day.I arrive for the appointment, and the same employee that I dealt with last time that had ordered the correct parts for me, tells me that the wrong parts are here. Second time I drove 30 minutes (both ways) to be told that the wrong parts had been ordered. I gave the benefit of the doubt that I ordered it wrong the first time, but the employee had ordered it the second time. I say just go ahead and install the parts that you have and I will purchase a receiver adapter so I have the correct size.I was also told that the whole process would take between 45-60 minutes. Ive been here going on 3 hours now, which is why I decided to write this review as I wait for my trailer hitch installation which is still not done, nor the correct one that was ordered twice.

Paid for a dolly rental along with trailer, it wasnt present in the trailer when I arrived home. Lost total of 1 hour driving back and forth to picking up the item.

The staff is very courteous and prices are fair. I highly recommend them.

Place is a joke put in reservation night before for a 10 uhaul truck for 10am next morning show up to pick uhaul up Mark Gower helps me and first off issues with card on file while hes fixing that strict orders were not to charge card on file I will pay cash for rental when truck is returned so I bring truck back and James mayotte cashes me out even stressed to him dont charge card on file...so what do they do they charge card on file 100.11 plus I paid cash 110 total was 105.70 change was 4.30 thats not even the worst of it guy doesnt even fill receipt out correctly so now ive called district reported issue and store is suppose to be open at 7am well guess what nobody is at the store to resolve issue....LAST TIME I EVER USE UHAUL PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

If you plan to have Uhaul perform a trailer hitch and wiring installation. Make sure you purchased the parts from them, other wise they will not install the trailer or wiring.
