Yep took me a year to get plates had to go to the DMV police Dept in Lombard they told me they closed them down and yes they are closed down for good now they need to shut down Consumer Financial as well they are crooks.

My Grandson bought a car from here 8 MONTHS ago. He talked to so called Adam 3 times. Hasnt been resolved yet. He still has the temporary plates. Supposedly they didnt send it in. 8 months ? Crooks

I’ve had my vehicle from this dealer for about a year and have had nothing but issues the entire time. When I originally got my vehicle off the lot it drove okay for the first couple of days but then started to have transmission issues. The dealership took it back to have to fixed and I didn’t get it back for nearly two months and the engine light came back on as I was driving it home. Issues went on like this for the entire year. I was also promised a full warranty for the life of my auto loan but it was not included in my paperwork, which left me to figure out how to get the ongoing issues myself. Now I find myself with only half of my loan paid off and a vehicle that barely runs even after all regular maintenance and tune ups.Do your research, folks. Read all of the fine print and have your personal mechanic look over the vehicle before purchasing. This dealership doesn’t care about the condition of what they are selling you or the integrity of their business.

They don’t answer the phones! You can call repeatedly and it could be emergency and get no answer. they also make you wait extremely long for your plates. They say it will be in a week after the purchase or even a few days, and it actually takes up to 2-3 months. I’ve tried calling to inquire about some services and they just don’t answer. It’s ridiculous, not professional enough. There’s no designated manager or office manager

Adam really knows how to run the show over there got me a great deal on a great ride in and out took a little less than an hour

This is by far the best place to go for a car specially if your looking for the best prices. I have been looking for a car within my budget for over 5 months and I was 9months pregnant with 2 small kids and no car so I caught a Uber to credit approval and I talked to Adam about my situation and budget and he understood 100% what I was going through. So less than an hour I was driving home in my Chevy trailblazer. Never knew I could find something with such low payments ..if something goes wrong on the car and its not your fault they are more than happy to fix the problem. I love working with them. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan from Credit Approval Auto Group 2 days ago and we couldnt possibly be anymore pleased with the car we financed! I do feel that saying our experience with them was beyond exceptional is quite the understatement. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Had to wait until a day before my temp plates expired to figure it out my self. Everything I called Adam the manager just kept telling me two weeks never with any answer. The dmv told me they never even sent the paper work in even though I payed for them now I have to go get another set of temps. Also one last thing after a month my car started having problems. After hundreds later after new intake gaskets, new egr valve, valve adjustment, new coils an plugs. Just to figure out it was a head gasket they had used k seal on just to get rid of the car. Horrible place Adam not professional at all !

Bought a car just over a month ago still havent got the title or proof my plates were switched over.. have tried going in and told the person that deals with that wasnt in along with the fact that I havent received not one call back from them ... quick to message and respond about money but dont hear from them otherwise.Yes I did finally got all my paperwork and plates, but that was only after I contacted the secretary of state police department to get it.. which in all took 3 months to get after paying cash for a car. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy..

This place big JOKE. I brought 2007 Ford Expedition Say good tires and runs very good. Little rust And drove home the first day and all sudden engine light went on. Truck running rough. I took it back next day.I say engine light went on and they took truck to mechanic shop and say will fix it. Waited for two months. And I asked for money back I dont want it and they refused. I suffer waiting. Finally got my truck back they had to put new timing chain ???? Why two months ? And tires bald when I pick up. What the heck When I brought it. Was 121,000 miles and two months waiting. And pick up the truck from mechainc shop and wow they put 2,000 miles of joy riding I asked the mechainc. He very nice explained to me that Mechainc did told the car dealer. They are behinds with cars. Have to take turns. But dealer just dump the truck there for whole two months and I had calling the dealer they keep telling me they are doing new transmission. And then two week later. Engine. Rebuilt. And other three weeks saying front end work. When i fed up I ask mechanic phone number. And I meet the mechanic explain to me that it only the timing chain repair nothing about transmission or front end work. The dealer all lies to cover up Other thing when i shut the door and rust plop to ground and Looks like they patch up lot of bondo and patching up to make it look nicer. One important thing. The payment to the loan office. They do not accept double payment i pay 330 for the truck payment I have it still have it for 6 month already I am thinking to let it Repo it garbage truck lot of problem pop up And they called me recently want me to pay them 500 dollars more as owe as the down payment. Does that look good car dealer ??

Unprofessional from the workers to the owner! They were so rude when I came in they were over priced and every car I look at something was wrong and they would say they were getting it fixed the next day but my question was why even put it out for sale in the first place if you pass this place keep going not worth the time! If I could give them less than one star I would!!!

Place ripped me off on a 2001 Silverado I paid $5600 for it an its falling apart the shocks are literally going through the bed of the truck the power steering pump went after just 2 months of owning it an management there said theyd do the warrant for free they lied they did not keep there word so now Im paying $220 a month for a truck thats falling apart Ive only had it since February 2016 Dont go to this place there a bunch of sleeve balls they ripped off a young hard working kid these guys are scum
