Paolo and Nick installed my counters today and I couldn’t be happier. They are beautiful. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices and great quality product. Nope, nope & nope. We had higher end granite installed. Within one week- granite cracked at sink. Told me it was my fault as I had a top mount sink. Okay Ill take that explanation. The next week the granite cracked on on the other side of the sink. Thats my my fault too. Within 3 months the granite on the island cracked, Told my glass stovetop was too close to the edge of the island causing the crack. Guess what? The previous granite was there for five years & never cracked. All return repairs have left a very dull spot on the counter which this company will not return my calls.

They are the best out there! Extremely helpful, professional, and personable. They did beautiful work and were so great to work with. Paolo and his guys did an amazing job and are just great people. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Pulled a little bit of a bait and switch. I went in on Monday and gave all of the dimensions and options my wife and I wanted for a bathroom counter top. After not hearing back from them, like I was told, my wife called Tuesday and was given a quote of $450-$550 depending on material. On Saturday my wife went in to finalize everything and place a deposit and the price mysteriously went up to $1100+. Will not be going back and will be discouraging anyone else from going here as well.

Had tile floor installed for our kitchen remodel in 2017. Tile was installed incorrectly. Grout keeps coming out. Tiles are starting to crack. They came out and attempted repairs a couple times, but didnt address the fact that the backer board never got thinset put between it and the subfloor. Have been texting back and forth with the owner since June 2019 to rectify, its now January 2020. Still no solution. He offered a refund, but then said he cant refund it. I said I would accept a partial refund, but no word back. Avoid at all costs. This isnt how to do business and treat customers fairly when you screwed up. Now were out almost $2400 and will have to pay much more for someone else to fix their mistakes.

I purchased quartz for my kitchen and porcelain tile for my bathroom. Great selection in the showroom. CIT came in on time for both the measuring and installation. I received several quotes from different contractors. CIT was not only the lowest priced, but very accommodationg with my tight construction timetable. Very happy with end product. Highly recommend.

Had Formica kitchen countertops replaced with quartz. It has been a year now since the work was done and it still looks as great as the first day. Very conciencious during installation. Certainly worth every bit of 5 stars. Also had bathroom sink surround done. Both installers were A-1.

This granite supplier came to me highly recommended. I had to drive out all the way from Southgate but it was worth the trip. They fabricate and install which seemed to save me some money in the end. Saving money was a plus but what I really cared about was having a beautiful kitchen remodel done right. These guys over delivered and I love the granite countertop island combo they gave me.
