I ordered a polished brass glass doorknob set for 4 doors but was shipped antique brass by mistake. I quick call and sent the wrong ones back and received the correct ones a few days later. They were of very good quality just what wee were looking for.

Received my replacement solid brass mail slot and was very pleased. The product was high quality with no flaws. It was just as described on their website. The item was fairly priced and arrived within a short time (about a week). The item fit perfectly as a replacement for a worn out mail slot.

Overpriced shipping. Product was defective and not what it looked like in the picture. The screws were the wrong finish. I sent it back and they took $9 off a $34 item for restocking. It doesn’t cost that much to put the item in a plastic bag. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware!

Bought one set of hardware for a door in a 1912 Hotel restoration. Love that set so much i just ordered 2 more. Absolutely beautiful and high quality.

I purchased several of the Copper Mountain Hardware round brass door knobs with traditional rectangular plate in Antique Brass. The hardware was on back order and I waited several months for it to come in. I was patient with the delay due to Covid import issues. But when I finally received the hardware, the back plate was Antique Brass and the knobs were Satin Brass. The company offered no solution to the issue despite the defective product, except for me to return them at my expense, plus restocking charges above whats stated in their policy due to change of mind. These were a defective, mismatched product and.their solution was to ignore my inquiries and steal my money. I lost one third the cost of the purchase price in the process. Avoid ordering anything from this company unless you dont mind biting any costs due to a defective product. Its a shame... I wanted to support small business, but not if they lack personal and professional ethics.

Received cords and hangers for pictures and/or mirrors on walls which cannot use conventional nails or hooks. It solved a problem on a wall with sliding door. It uses the old-fashioned molding for hanging pictures. It is attached above the sliding door wall....no chance to scratch the door by protruding into the wall

General Contractor. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE ABOUT IN STOCK ITEMS.We ordered several very expensive 18 backplates and pulls. They said were in stock which was ONLY reason we ordered. We even called to confirm. After the date supposed to have delivered, they emailed us (a WEEK later) and said would not be in stock for a short while e.g. 30 days. For a contractor with a bank deadline, 30 days is not a SHORT WHILE. Will not order from this unreliable company again.

I purchased the door knobs because I loved them, however, the site said 8.50 shipping and at payment it was 9.99 for a 29.00 purchase. Also, it said 5% discount and I tried and tried and it did not come through. I hope the purchase is as beautiful as it looks. I would have to love something very much to buy anything else.

Finally found exactly what I was looking for to hang my cast iron pots. I hope shipping is not too expensive since it is $149 before you get free shipping so I wont be reaching that threshold.
