Nice item! I needed something that was at least 5 inches tall and this met that requirement. I like the handle stop, too. Many seem to allow the handle to swing all the way out of the door.

There are very few pictures of these products in peoples homes, so you take a huge gamble when ordering something based solely on stock photos. I made the mistake of ordering door knobs and plates that didnt have reviewer photos and immediately regretted it. The antique brass is black and brown looking and far from what I had expected. Unfortunately, the return fees are extremely high and as a result, I may be better off trying to re-sell them myself. Would recommend using a different vendor with more customer-friendly return policies or just place a small order so you can make sure you like it before ordering more!

Love their Crystal doorknobs! I ordered them years ago for my house and they came quickly and in perfect condition. They made such a difference in the character of my home. I just ordered more because I recently sold that sweet house and bought an old house that needs them too!

I havent received my new doorknob yet – I just placed the order. So I cant do a product review. But I was very relieved to learn that I could buy a chrome inside for the bathroom and a brass outside for the hallway rather than buying two complete sets of doorknobs. The customer service phone assistant was very helpful.Update: I received the doorknob. It looks great. Had it installed. It works fine. I expect it will last for years so it feels like a worthwhile purchase. Very happy.

I loved my bathroom hardware that completed my renovation. My craftsman bungalow needed the chrome turn lock along with the glass door knob. It perfectly replaced the old ones and finished off the room. Next Im doing gold in the master bath and of course am looking to get the hardware from you. I bought the Octagon Glass Door Knobs with Georgian Roped Plate in oil rubbed bronze for all my interior doors. They are beautiful. I did need to request a 2-3/4” backset (instead of the 2-1/2” that automatically comes with these knobs). It was easy to request the substitution and there was no extra charge. I am very pleased with these knobs, they’re very solid, attractive, well-made and easy to install. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic vintage look.

We ordered three sets of Rice pattern pocket door pulls. THEY ARE AWESOME!! We got the oil brushed bronze finish; they are just beautiful. They are clearly good quality, substantial weight too. They are the highlight of our renovations!! Also we did extensive research, trying to find something for our doors, of the same quality and vintage look but we truly couldnt find anything online (admittedly we were looking for lower pricing). At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and wow, these pulls are TOTALLY WORTH IT. I will add a picture later today. Thank you Look in the Attic for providing such wonderful pieces. We consider them works of art!

I ordered some hinges and knobs. Needed them quickly so I was not thrilled with the 4 to 7 business days, but I went ahead anyway. 2 days later they emailed that they were out of the knobs, would I like to replace with a larger size? I really did not want larger, but I need them quickly so I said may I try them and return them if I find them to be too large. They said yes but I would be charged 18% restocking fee if returned.I understand them having a restocking fee under normal circumstances, but I would think they would be willing to waive it in some circumstances. They took my original order over the phone, could have checked then to see if items in stock, but no, they waited two days.When I finally said go ahead with the larger size knobs, I asked if they could get the order moving quickly. The reply was, it tales 4 to 7 business days. In other words, no, we arent doing anything to make this better for you! Overall not a good experience. Not customer oriented.

If I could give zero stars I would. I originally ordered six drawer pulls from them and the first transaction went very smooth. So I decided to order twelve more of the same design. What a huge mistake. It took THREE MONTHS to get them and thats after arguing back and forth with them. They claim its the manufacturers fault and due to the pandemic however my first order was during the shutdown and I had no issues. They refuse to work with you and threaten you with charging fees if you want to cancel the order or complain to your credit card company. Do your research. I wish I did then I would have known that this wait time is common for them. Dont be fooled like I was. Just because their site sells it doesnt mean they actually have the product in stock and their customer service is horrible. They could really care less about your order because they already got their money from you. Please look around for a better company.

Knobs are beautiful but I would get them somewhere else. Have to watch a video online, fine. There are better knobs out there with better customer service. I bought a few sets and needed to buy 8 more. After the poor assistance for 2 replacement screws they told me to buy more......300. And you cant send 2 screws to gold the knobs together.
