I received a package today from Perfume Worldwide and when I opened the package and took out the Daisy Marc Jacobs Perfume it was crushed and glass all in the box, why would they put a glass bottle in a soft package? The perfume was in its on box and then that was in a flimsy package and it got busted!!!

Talk about an awful company. They shipped me the wrong product. When I called in the representative stated this was the product you ordered and was extremely rude. I will be asking for a refund from my bank. Looking through their Google reviews it’s quite obvious this companies in for the short term. Thanks a lot for making me not want to buy from you ever again.

I used Amazon prime to buy lipstick through the third party seller Beauty&Luxury and received the package from this address. It was the wrong item, under eye concealer and not lipstick. I contacted Amazon, who contacted this third party about the mistake. Not only could they not exchange the concealer for the lipstick I had ordered, they denied making the mistake at all. THEN, in trying to return the item, they sent the wrong label and never sent me the right one.What a waste of money and time, and what a source of frustration. Stay away from this company.

I bought some Love Spell perfume through Wish and they say it was delivered but I never received it. They refuse to refund or credit me. They are a horrible company and treat their customers like they are scum. Do not buy from them!!!

Ordered a Mizani hair product t from Walmart. It was shipped through this company unsealed and with a sticker of *different* ingredients covering the ingredients printed on package. Highly suspect of being a knock off product. I emailed Mizani to see if they distribute through his company. I will update wish an answer.

I ordered a perfume set for a Christmas gift but never received anything. I checked on the status of the order about 8 days later and the order was cancelled without any notification. Im now scrambling to find this set elsewhere.Shame on me for not doing my due diligence prior to placing the order. Its pretty obvious that this retailer is a fraud. I would never think about coming anywhere close to doing business with perfume worldwide again.

Caveat Emptor! This company sells KNOCK OFF Skin Care creams to other distributors, i.e. Gilt, Ruelala, Ebay, Amazon & etc. I received an unsealed, used & knock off Sisley Neck Cream which I purchased from Gilt. Further, the cream was packaged upside down.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNERS PART. WeVE DONE BUISNESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 10years this year 3 orders in a row came damaged! They want you to receive labels and until they get their product u will receive credit ! Not even ur money back ! Its been over 2 weeks still no label for my curve sets that came damaged. Today I received another order over 5 perfumes damaged, boxes wet serial numbers smeared called them same thing they want me to ship them back only want to give me $4.50 credit because its just the box thats damaged even tho on exploded !! BUT THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SEE STAINED BOXES AND ITS CHRISTMAS I HAD SPECIAL ORDERS FOR CUSTOMERS NOW THEY WILL ALL HE DISAPPOINTED . I have one last order coming in if this one is damaged never again will I order !
