This place is second to none for MTG supplies. Seriously one of the BEST shops on Long Island. The selection is amazing and everything is 100% organized. You want a single? They probably have it. You want sealed product? They probably have it. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the store always has what Im looking for. Even weird picks.

I love this shop. I get all.my Dungeons and Dragons stuff here, and normally grab a comic or two on the way out. Everytime a book comes out its placed on the side for me to come pick up. Just moved to Nassau and still driving the 40 minutes it takes me to swing by!

Clean space, friendly staff, great stock on products, solid events. When they first opened, I figured why not give it a shot - I have been a regular since, and consider it my home store. If you are looking for Modern MTG events, Genesis hosts 2 weekly and usually carry about 20-25+ occupants on both days. Highly recommend.

The bulk of their product upfront, and in the display case is Magic the Gathering, so if thats your hobby of choice youll be pleased with what they have to offer.Single cards are found quickly by the staff since they have everything within a searchable database. Gone are the days of waiting for the clerk to flip through pages upon pages of multiple binders. Quick results.The back offers a small playing area, around 4 or 5 tables. Good for a small groups of friends looking to meet up for a few rounds of play.overall, nice shop

Great store for comics and card games! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a great selection of magic the gathering cards. I get my comics conveniently pulled and I get notified when they are ready for pickup. I would recommend this place to anyone that is an avid comic fan or magic player!

Small store with a nice group of magic players but after a couple of months of regular attendance at their weeklys the owner decided to ask me not to return due to improperly reporting a match in the prior weeks weekly. Confused because on top of not remembering an incident where I did not report correctly I did remember getting swept pretty hard so there would not of even been a motive for me to. After bringing this to the owners attention he told me the discussion was over and to leave. Still not sure what his problem was as I got along with everyone there. The place is worth a look but be careful.

Genesis comics and deck gaming is a great place to spend a Saturday night or anytime really. Friday and Saturday nights they offer magic the gathering tournaments and they offer great options for building a deck. They have a good selection of comic books and the owner Bill is very nice and knowledgeable. They have a lot to offer if you like magic (MTG) or comics.

Great little comic book store with everything you need. Friendly, welcoming staff that are extremely helpful. If you want something they dont carry they have no problem ordering it for you. You can set up a pre-ordering/pull service so youll always have those favorite comic issues waiting for your arrival. They also have a large selection of older and past comics also. If you are like me and have been looking for a Comic Book store with that friendly small town feel then I highly recommend this place.

I was just there for a group outing with a participant I help. He met up there with others and the owners are kind enough to allow us a space to meet up and have group interaction.They have a nice selection there and it is very nicely organized. It is a friendly welcoming atmosphere

Owner and workers are very kind and helpful. Better prices than The Brothers Grimm in Selden. This is my go-to MTG shop for cards and casual/tournament play. Definitely worth checking out.

Awesome shop filled with magic, comics and memorabilia! Dungeons and dragons section is small but always stocked. If you want something they will order it for you. Different magic games every night, and open tables for play.

The owner is a genuinely nice guy and had a great back issue selection of Walking Dead Comics! I bought about 20, he even help some for me for a few days so I could split them and not have to buy them all at once! He said he would even help me find the other issues i’m missing! Genesis is definitely one of my new favorite comic spots for Long Island!!!!

Lots of cool employees. Comics were cheap. While I dont play D&D there are tables in the back that I believe are meant for that. They also sell D&D starter books and dice.

The people that wek there r always so nice and helpful super place for kids to do other then play in front of a computer all day they interacting and being social. super place

Theyre still filling the shelves, as they recently opened. But theres PLENTY to pick from. Theres something for everybody. Spoke to Bill when I was there. He couldnt have been a nicer guy.

Cozy little comic shop, had a great selection of Funko Pop stuff, comics, graphic novels, and trading cards as well as DnD supplies. Didnt need help or buy anything on this visit but the staff seemed passionate about their jobs and eager to assist.
