Deliciously indulging cookies served by super fun and nice guys. I was tempted by the delicious smells of the cookies and knew that after talking to the nice gentlemen at the store I was going to have to try some. The blue cookie that is filled with chocolate chip cookies dough hits a nostalgic note. It tastes like what every slice and bake cookie dreams it could be and more. The oatmeal and apple cookie is a fall delight filled with cinnamon and a gooey center. These cookies are definitely worth the calories and the smiles.
I ordered 4 cookie monsters cookies and two chocolate chip cookies. My package arrived on the perfect time also I appreciate the customer service as it was very helpful. Cookies were very attractive and adorable looking but giving it a three star review because they were quite tasteless. The chocolate chip cookie had a very bland taste and tasted nothing like an OG chocolate chip cookie. The cookie monster was alright yet the flavor definitely can be improved but overall not bad!

Just went on day of grand opening. Most importantly, the cookies are worth a long trip for (fortunately I live close by)Facility is gorgeous and charmingStaff and owners are very nice people. Best of luck guys.
Average cookies not worth the price $5.50 for the caramel stuffed (no flavor at all the snickerdoodle base wasnt good), $4.50 for red velvet (this one was a lot better then the snickerdoodle, more flavor and liked the filling) Overall probably wont go back almost $10 for two meh cookies
When I walked in the store for my first experience, it smelled like bakery heaven. I bought some cookies and when I got home I couldn’t wait to try one and it was the most softest yummiest treat I ever tasted. They opened up a new one where I live and i was so excited. Great baking, keep up the great work
Ronkonkoma factory has excellent customer service and an extremely nice guy working there, the company is lucky to have someone who cares so much working for them. The cookies were out of this world, Nutella one is heavenly🍪🍪
The plainview store front in adorable and well designed. The cookies on the other hand might be the worst dessert I have ever had. The cookie had zero taste please don’t waste your time or money there. I believe I got chocolate chip and the Cookie Monster one. YUCK
Quick service inside a food hall. Had a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was hot and fresh crunchy outside and soft gooey inside. Definitely recommend!!
To all the people complaining about the price.... You should try owning a restaurant in Manhattan!!!!The cookies are so delicious! They are crunchy on the outside, thick and soft on the inside. My definition of the perfect cookie!
Really good cookies however I wish they came warmer. The price is a little more expensive than some cookie places like Chip (same price as Levain) but I think the other places are better. Their cookies are better in appearance and still taste good. Its definitely worth a try
Tried out the Penn station location since I’m there everyday tried the Cookie Monster and Oreo cheesecake to split with the wife. Overall cookie was good but nothing crazy. Wish the price was a little cheaper but they make with the best ingredients supposedly. I’d go back if In the mood.
I noticed a Duchess cookie stand in Penn Station so I decided to give it a try. I must say I’m very impressed. Big, soft, and delicious. Will definitely be going back.
Omg so delicious!! Its more like a movie x between a cake and a cookie but the flavors are spot on. Theyre not too sweet. My unexpected favorite was the Galaxy cookie, that chocolate ganache in the middle is dreamy
They did an amaZing job positioning themselves the first thing you smell and see when you enter into the Gansevoort Market! Its pretty amazing! You can not enter and neither leave this place without taking a cookie with you! If you super lucky they are right out of the oven ready to go!!! Those are the best!
Much better than Levain cookies. Flavors are better and they are actually WARM!
The place seems really nice, it’s inside a market and the guy serving us was really friendly. We got the chocolate chip (really good), the s’mores (pretty good, the marshmallow makes it) and the funfetti (disappointing). None of them were filled with anything(some look like they are) which is probably why I was disappointed with the funfetti. They were all just really thick but moist cookies. I’ll definitely come back and update the other cookies I try.
$4 a cookie is way too expensive!

I’ve had my fair share of cookies and cakes and Dutchess has absolutely redefined what a good fresh cookie is in my book, if your local or out of state you need to order one or come in and get one 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
Banana nut cookie butter was our fav but still not a good cookie (7/10), then pumpkin pecan cheese cake 6.5, oatmeal apple pie and their Cookie Monster. All about the stuffing here… cookies are pretty bad compared to everything else you can get in nyc
Interesting cookie. Outside is cakey and inside has special filling. -1 Star for the rude service. Counter girl ignored me while I was at the counter for a solid 2 minutes and when she was finally ready to take my order she waved at me with an attitude like I was wasting her time.

I like what they are trying to do here but the cookies are just boring tasting and that’s hard to do with cookies like this.
