Ordered a Dj setup not Friday morning (before 3pm which is there caveat for the timing of shipping) from them that showed in stock on their website. Paid $50 for 3 day shipping, which was steep but it seemed worth it. 3 days go by and I reach out to them to find out what’s going on and they tell me they don’t even have this item is stock. Thought it was sketchy when I couldn’t track my order. Then I called to talk to a manager (Rachel) that claimed the item was “out of stock” on their website when I clearly ordered it as if they had it. She didn’t take responsibility that they had not updated inventory or did not communicate effectively but put the onus on the customer as if I should know there inventory telepathically?? Now gotta wait for refund which will take forever I’m sure. Take my money and wait 3 days to tell me you don’t have an item. Complete let down and lost valuable customer. Do not order from these people.

This is a great company! They helped me with products at a great price. To top it off, I was offered 0% financing for a 12 month period of time with no previous background with them. Highly recommend to anyone looking to up there pro audio and lighting game!!

NIGHTMARE!Disappointing Service. Sales Reps were so eager to make a sale that they didnt explain the COD correctly for a buyer in Canada. Cost me 600 USD for their mistake.Would NEVER reccomend IDJNOW or ever use them again.Save your money and buy from amazon

If I could give this no stars I would, I ordered from this company a dj kit that came with 2 speakers that I havent had for more than a couple of months. One of the speakers started to act up by making a distinctive noise that wont go away. So when I try to contact the idj now company no one answers my call or returns my call when I leave a message, still no response . Really upset about the service. 0 starsP.s. Still no call or email back from idjnow Sebastian
