Well organized, neat and tidy store. Every time I ask for help I receive it immediately and with kindness. The prices are great and I love how the products inspire creativity.

I ordered a frame for a oil canvas I own. There was a miscommunication regarding my order. When I came in to pick it up, it was in the wrong frame. The framing manager was gracious, and instantly began fixing the issue. It will cost Michaels money to send it back and reframe it, but she insisted on making it right. I am thankful for the customer service.

This place is clean employees very helpful found what I needed everything is cataloged in each isle and easy to find.

I have always been crafty and artistic, but I tend to get my supplies online. This is a kids candy shop for adult crafters. Products are a bit spendy compared to online prices, but there is everything you could need all in one place.

Great craft store! You can get jewelry making supplies, floral, scrapbooking supplies, clay tools, painting supplies, baking supplies, cricut crafting supplies and almost any crafting supplies you may need. They used to post 40% - 50% off one item coupons online almost every week before COVID19 but they haven’t been posting as many 40-50% coupons since they opened back up. I love crafts so I love the store! This store is in a great location for me. I like to pull right off the freeway on my way home from work, get gas, go to the bank, get a craft item at Michaels all in one shopping center.

Michaels has just about anything you can think of craft wise, other than fabric. Considering my location and craft store options, they are hard to beat. Prices can be a little steep but if you are a rewards member you will are always get coupons to help assist for the most part. I go in more than indicated. Love shopping here. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the book section has been taken out and there are some on Endcaps but not like the past setup. I buy books for Christmas gifts to get the young ones interested in crafts.

For a small store it was decently stocked.

Great variety, though high prices. Would like if there was some shopping hand baskets further back into the store so when you realize you need 20 little things instead of 4 you dont have to walk to the front of the store by the exit doors like youre trying to steal everything with an arm load to get a basket to continue shopping. Also when I was there the other day bye didnt see a single employee in the back half of the store during the 45 minutes I was there trying to hunt things down around 7 p.m. I literally only saw two employees when I walked in. Could have really used some help locating things more quickly.

I am so excited to see that Michael’s is now carrying materials for the CosPlay world! It is still on the expensive side, so I couldn’t go with all 5 stars. As big as they are, they should have negotiated a real good price so these price points don’t make sense. Unless they’re going to do that supply the same as with canvases and paint brushes and have them “always on sale” so you can never use a coupon?Anyone else notice the bead aisle shrinking? Crafters don’t panic! Look closely, the embellishments are actually being split up throughout the store in different areas, so if you don’t find it, think of other uses, it’s probably there. With resins, with paper, with wood. (Having worked there years ago, I can tell you it’s likely a strategy to have you walk the store to see what else is new and it works. Because we are all creative people!)

Always great but prices have sky rocketed to me. Hard to do family healthy therapy stuff when its not affordable.

Place to get arts and crafts supplies. If you cant find it in the store, totry can usually find it online. Employees are helpful & courteous. They have a veterans discount, which I find respectful.

Workers are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. One listened in on a private conversation I was having with a friend and asked me to keep it down. So much for freedom of speech. I am an avid crafter and will no longer be coming to this location.

Clean and organized store, friendly staff always willing to help. My only criticism is the unpredictable stock on the shelves. Every so often Michaels will discontinue an item and noone working for the store knows why or if it will come back in the future. Makes planning crafts frustrating at times. Airbrush supplies and expoy molding resin are 2 examples of discontinued stock for seemingly no reason.

Last time I went several things were moved around. It was hard to locate supplies for making soap or finding hole punchers for scrapbooking. They have a nice selection, just not much variety.
