We did look around town searching for flooring products and found that we could easily find flooring products at other stores. We chose Floors By Design because we felt like their customer service better met our expectations. This great service started when we walked into their showroom and were instantly welcomed and were allowed to browse flooring products without pressure. When we showed interest in getting a quote for our project, an appointment to make the measurements was done very quickly. The estimate we received was very nicely presented, with great attention to every detail. It took us several attempts to find the perfect color. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. When we finally made our flooring selections they promptly ordered the product and scheduled the installation dates. The installation team was very efficient and took less time than we expected. We are very happy with the carpet we purchased from Floors by Design. We chose the Mohawk Smart Strand called Mystic and it is beautiful. The people we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful and the installer did a fantastic job laying the carpet. We would highly recommend Floors by Design for any of your flooring needs.

There are only three places to get carpet in Roseburg. We went to Floors by Design first and found that NO one was wearing a mask, oh...wait, we were. This told us that if no one cared enough to wear a mask in there show room and offices (plus workers coming and going) then they wouldnt care when installing or writing up an estimate for carpet. We walked out.

We contacted Floors by Design (FBD) by phone before we moved to our home in Roseburg from out of state. I spoke with John and explained that we wanted new flooring installed before we actually moved to OR and asked if that was possible. John said this is not uncommon to FBD and connected with our realtor to gain access to our home, took all the measurements, and provided a couple different quotes based on our needs. Once we picked out the flooring we wanted, Johns team had our new flooring installed before our move-in date. The flooring is absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend John and Floors by Design. Super friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating!!

Justin and J.D. did a great job laying our new floor in our kitchen and dining room. As with any older home, complications arose but but they were handled well and the end result is very nicely done. We are very satisfied with our experience with Floors by Design and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
