Received Amazing customer service from a associate named Sam today she was extremely knowledgeable and polite. One of the best cellular experiences and the best and cost effective prepaid experiences I have had thanks to her definitely deserves an increase in wages

The customer service their today was excellent. The gentleman helped me actually dave me some money on my bill with me even known i could had saved money. A okay in my mind.

Tara from Cedar Rapids, Iowa helped me at getting my phone hooked up she was excellent towards us and was suoer knowledgeable when researching issues related to the phone not working. She had amazing customer service. 10 out of 10.

Dear US Cellular:I hate you! Your coverage in Oregon is great but your customer service over the phone sucks! Your security procedures are stupid, who remembers the 4 digit pin? Seriously? If I have an address, phone number, account number, first and last name of account holder and credit card with security code what is the pin# for?In the end, you can take my payment without confirming it is my account, without telling me the balance and cannot give me a confirmation receipt without the stupid 4-digit pin?Your customer service is the worst!Sincerely,Me!

Ive been a customer for over 25 years. They have taken care of my needs. They are always less expensive than any other carriers... especially the garden valley store....!!!!

Waited for over an hour they didnt acknowledge us when we came in then they called two different groups up who came in after us before us making it to late for us to get our stuff done. They only had 3 people working and one left shortly after we arrived for a break or something leaving only two up front with several sets of people waiting to be helped.

Have tried to get my Voice Mail to work. It quit working 3 days ago and I have no way to check my messages. I called and no help whatsoever. I’m ready for my contact to end and find a company that works.

Not enough help take to much time to just pay your bill. Prices are to much might be checking on new carriers soon.

I have gotten a lot of help by calling the US Cellular customer service, customer service people over the phone have even helped me when the incompetent people in the store couldnt..
