Today when my wife and I were in there my wife needed tampons and so I asked Sherin if they had any. She said they didnt but talked to Debbie and she went over to the Bi Mart to get some and liners. Debbie wouldnt accept any of my help in paying her back, said shed been there. Best customer service I have ever had. Everything was discreet.
Needed a package shipped, I called they said the normal person wasnt there but they could do it still. She sounded frustrated....I drove 30 mins to the their store to stand at the shipping counter for 15mins before the same person that I talked to told me they couldnt do it today... Very frustrating and I will pick somewhere else for my future needs

Just visited Roseburg Staples where I needed to print out a 10 pg report for a meeting tomorrow morning. Jaxx (? unsure of name) in the photocopy area gave me the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly/courteous/helpful service I have ever received in an office supply store! She took the mystery out of the copy machine in navigating around a front page in full color, payment, and printing. Had it not been for her, I would have found this an extremely frustrating and time intrusive experience! Thank you for being an angel for me this afternoon! Your excellent assistance is very much appreciated by me!
Both times Ive come here its been the same - a couple of very kind associates who just work counters are chill doing their job (no problems here and I appreciate the small talk lol) but theres only one person who you could talk to for information and hes not very helpful
We were totally satisfied with Calebs customer service. He had several customers and very polite and friendly with everyone. Even had phone customers to deal with. It is a pleasure to deal with people like that, especially when youve tried to deal with other conglomerates. He totally deserves employee of the day!
Bought an expensive high speed scanner from this store. Attempted to hire their tech person to install it. After several phone calls of being on hold for a long period, I finally reached Ken, their on- site IT person on Wednesday, 1/30/2019. He said hed check his schedule and call me back. After not hearing from him within 24 hours, I called again and spoke to the manager, Alicia, and expressed my frustration. She barely apologized, but said shed have Ken call me for sure. It is now Monday, 2/4/19, and I am not holding my breath. On Friday, I called a local computer service co. (Tech Mayday) who came to my house within 3 hours. Im astonished at a business not returning phone calls. How do you turn down business? Doesnt that equal money and staying in business?! Im truly appalled and hope their corporate office follows up. I wish I could give them no stars for no service.
Worst service on the planet, stood at the counter for 5 min, no hi, how can we help, what brings you in, hows your day, anything, walked out and wont ever go back, thank God for the new shipping store in town, theyre on it, I will tell anyone and everyone I can to stay out of staples of Roseburg, they need to GO!!

I arrived at Staples to buy ink only to realize I couldnt remember what number ink my printer used. I was directed to a computer for customers at the front of the store where I can enter my phone number (I am a rewards member) and look at my past purchases. Prime example of the easy button!
If I could give a 0 star review I would they told me I couldnt shop there because my purse had straps like a back pack absolutely disgusted
Friendly staff there to help with all your needs. Kind of a bummer that not everything on display is in stock, makes me feel I could have bought a less expensive computer had they had more to choose from. No worries for the buyer who doesnt mind waiting for them to order it in for you though. Impatience cost me! I do suggest getting the best deal, because all the extra warranty costs will make you sweat!

The Copy Center Employees ROCKED it as usual! The only thing i was shocked by.... The Store Manger DID NOTHING! Standing in the back of the store on the phone when his employees were under distress! Couldve definitely used the help! Ill Def be calling Corperate! Staples has rules!

If your devices need repaired dont take them to staples. They will notify you that it cannot be repaired and that you need to purchase a new device. I took my lap top to HPD computer repairs and they let me know that my lap top could absolutely be repaired and for a very affordable price.
They help you, but they are very business like. I have only meet really nice person there. Friendly and helpful.
Called ahead of time to find out if they had a power cord for my laptop was told that I had to bring my laptop into the store because they had several and he could not look on the package to determine if one would fit my laptop. The guy from tech services took one look and said oh we dont have those I thought you had a round one so much for letting someone else think when you call ahead of time thanks once again Staples for wasting my time. And sorry to bother to text Services guy as I felt like I was imposing on him.
Sunday 11:15 a.m. Called Staples, early, after 10 a.m. No answer the telephone recording didnt say closed. Very irritating. Waited over 10 minutes ...called back another 12 minutes. No answer, just a recording your call will be answered shortly. Finally hung up. Later Josh the technician explained they do not update menus it is done back east... that is not good. That is a one starHowever For Josh who sold me a computer the day before... was very helpful. He is at least a 5 star.
The only reason I go to Staples anymore is to trade my Sodastream canisters. It works fine for that. Thanks for being there, Staples.
Called the store about an item and spoke to Dena on the phone. I asked if the particular item was sold as a single unit instead of in larger quantities. I was assured that they were sold by the unit and less than a couple dollars (since I could not get her to give a specific price). I arrive at the store after a lengthy commute to find that they in fact do not sell the item by the single unit, but offer a ridiculously overpriced alternative which was not suitable for my application. Dena did not seem interested in confirming the items existence and price as she ultimately didn’t actually check. All the cashiers were clearly disinterested in assisting me with finding the item once I arrived until one finally helped me. Very poor customer service, poor selection of items, poor prices. For myself, it amounted to a waste in time, gas and a headache. I strongly advise to shop elsewhere for any office supply/electonics needs.

The employees are disrespectful there was some item in a binder I bought and it was found as I was buying it, next day I went back cause I dropped forty bucks at the register they kicked me out for apparently trying to steal and wouldnt even tell me if they found my money. I recommend to never go to this store they are all around terrible

The worst rip-off ever faxing! Ive never ever been ripped off worst than yesterday at my local staples, to a local number I sent 18 pages however, the machine said 19.I noticed a 3x4 card half taped to the counter near the fax with fuzzy numbers (no reading glasses) after squinting a bit I make out $2plus dollars per page! I asked the help there if it was correct? They suggested local numbers are cheaper, 503 is local so I took my stuff to check out, $32.00 please unless I am stupid that is way to much! Considering I just had them print out from an email 28 pages for a total of $2.33.....? Ill never go back, neither will anyone on this town after I get through blasting social media....Ive never felt so violated.

I used them to enlarge a photo and make copies. The copy center in the store was understaffed, but the clerk who finally assisted me was polite and helpful. I found the store itself to be in terrible condition. It was messy and disorganized. The floor needs to be replaced; its worn out and unsightly. I needed to use the restroom that is assigned to their customers and found that the faucet for the sink was broken. This store needs some organization, improvements, and repairs. Shopping there is not a pleasant experience.
I got a damaged heater in a third world box. I call the 800 # their closed? Its new years eve. So I called the store and am on hold. must be busy? damb im cold.
$20 Cheeper on the same printer we found at walmart. The guy who helped us needed deodorant badly!
