Very clean well-organized everyone was wearing a mask someone dressed you at the door. Set you with a salesperson and you are assisted everybody was 6 feet apart well organized found what I was looking for. Thats the best part, earrings for the wife for the holidays. May shop here again in the future. They have a warranty and their National.
I was extremely pleased to find such a competent Roseburg (OR) staff to work with on having some custom jewelry work done. They were very patient and thorough answering my questions, making me comfortable & confident that the work I needed done would be of excellent quality. I was also very impressed with the clearly explained security their company offers in safeguarding transportation to & from their service facility for the item.
Sales people are helpful and informative.
I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks to get some sort of information about my ring coming back into the store. I called them Five or six times, and the phone was never answered, and there was no voicemail set up. I came by the next day, and the store is closed for an emergency. I came back two days later, and waited in line without even being acknowledged for 20 minutes to simply ask if my ring was available (had to simply leave because I couldn’t wait any longer due to other plans). Because I have never got any email telling me that it was back, despite having been told that it should have been back within two weeks. Still no idea if my ring is back

I love my ring I got from this Kays a few months ago. The staff here are really kind and patient. However since I bought my ring it has been out for service five times. The shop that does the work for Kays is awful. My ring went out for sizing and they sent it back without sizing it. It went out to add prongs because my stone was loose and they didn’t even push all the prongs down. I recently got it back and a diamond fell out the next day so it went back to service. Again the staff is really kind and wants to make this right. They are all kind wonderful people. But the shop that does the service work is why I likely will not purchase any further Jewelry from Kays. They’ve had my ring more than I have had it in the last four months. I’m making payments on a ring that I’m not even getting to enjoy. And a huge chunk of that is going to interest. The interest rate with the financing is really high wich I wasn’t aware of until after. If it comes back wrong one more time I don’t even want the ring anymore but my only option will be to exchange it. So I don’t know. I’d say it’s a good place to buy jewelry from with friendly staff but when you need service work done it doesn’t have a great shop behind them.Update: I got my ring back from service and a prong was loose 🤦♀️🤦♀️ So I ended up having to exchange it.

I bought a necklace for my love of my life and checked out and couldnt wait for it to arrive in the mail. I checked my email three days later and got a email saying sorry but had to cancel your order for we dont currently in stock. First of all you took my money and then later you find out you do not actually have what you are selling? A freaking joke for a franchise based on the principal to give your loved one a great gift.
Everyone there is so nice, and helpful! I really like the manager, Mindy. I had a problem with a bracelet and Mindy made sure it was fixed right. Very helpful!

Very very expensive. Went over to Fred Meyers and got the exact same rings for half the price. The people at Kays are nice. I will never shop here.

When I approached the door there was very anti gun sign and a bit of censorship on that sign of the nature that Kay Jewelers of Roseburg does not even want to debate the issue of guns. When I was inside everything was laid out quite nice with plenty of lighting. I was helped by seemingly friendly individuals and when they asked for how much I was willing to spend I told them 2k. When they were showing me rings the cheapest rings were just under 2k. The logic the store was using is IF i joined their programs and did everything THEY wanted I could get a ring for under 2k. When I asked what benefit does the store get for the free benefits, the people behind the counter kept dodging the questions I asked which means they either dont know what that free program that would be worth 200 dollars per customer or they know but didnt want to say. I was not impressed so I took my business elsewhere.

Not a every good experience my first time purchasing and necklace and ordered two charms which come to find out to days later one was unavailable so i go into there to try and compare to get something similar and she made it sound like it was to much of a problem and didnt know which item we actually oldered from out of the book and after we talked and i picked two replacements thinking she ordered two of them that was the same price when i come back later with my mom she says she just order that one and if i wanted to see the other one id need to pay %20 so they could order it to see if it was something that we wanted it doesnt sound right they need to work on customer service im mad but id be pissed if it was something for a wedding something bigger . Wouldnt recommend them.
The manager SAM is TERRIBLE. Never going back. I felt very uncomfortable and after doing some research he has covered his social media with the worst crude posts. Take your business elsewhere.
