These guys were amazing. Great group of people work here. I started off just thinking I wanted a stereo and decided I wanted more and they helped me to get everything I wanted. They also have a great waiting room to chill out in while I waited for them to do there thing.

The people are amazing at Good Vibrations. They are kind and even put in the extra work when they can. I just got a new radio and speaks for my car, the radio ended up not being as flushed with the dash as I wanted so they bought the correct fit for the dash and now the top of the radio system isnt popping out. They didnt only switched the dash for free, but also fixed my door handle. Which, no matter what I did. It would work. The people are great and the service is amazing.

Purchased a TV from Good Vibrations Approximately 2 years ago. Took it home and opened the box to find the screen was cracked, Returned the TV and was offered a higher end model do to the one I had purchased being out of stock.After 2 years the remote control stopped working. Mainly do to being accidently stepped on. Inquired about a new remote at Good Vibrations. They no longer carried that model of TV but was more than helpful in pointing me in the right direction to acquire a replacement remote. I highly recommend Good Vibrations.

Prices have always been unfortunately high and inaccurate. Namely, the record loft. I’ve been collecting records since I was a youngster and I’ve never ever seen prices this high. It’s as if the gentleman in charge of the record area got on eBay and found the highest listing for the said album. If you find a desirable album, (like Abbey Road, Dark side of the Moon, etc.) you’ll have to pay a college tuition just to get it. It’s just too bad, really. The man upstairs was a nice fella, I liked him. Another thing, I got a Led Zeppelin album, a double LP, only had 1 record in it. It’s not the end of the world, but darn it’s too bad. Check the record, name the condition, do research, price it, sell. ✌️❤️

If you want the best, Good Vibrations is the place to go. The price isnt cheep, but the quality and customer service makes this the place to go. My salesman James was attentive and helpful throughout the process. My installer Kyle was top notch and text me with updates constantly, including over 30 photos of the installation process. Kyle even worked late one night to help the project along. They listened to what I wanted and built a custom system to fit my exact needs. I couldnt be any happier.

This place is awesome for vinyl. Very knowledgeable.vinyl graded right on. The prices were fantastic even on there hard to fine and rare pressings as well.

Great place to get stereos and audio equipment

These guys are good perfeshionals and have worked with me on process and getting me in when they are booked. I was quoted a prices for a sterio unit and apparently they mest up on one thing. My car needed a additional unit that was going to cost me about $150 but they took the hit and made it right.

Exceptional customer service, will give you free advice for any audio related project and have a pretty wide selection of products.

I had my breathalyzer calibrated there from a voluntary unit to a mandated unit and no one realized the breath pattern was different for each device. I spent hours trying to get my car started and when I asked them for help they shrugged, said they didnt do anything and had no idea what to do and turned their backs to me. It took 3 hours to figure out what was wrong with absolutely zero help from the staff.

I have bought stereo equipment from this place since I was 14. With that said since it has been sold to new owners I have went there twice first time I was charged 400.00 for a simple 12 inch box and it was supposed to be so much more than what I got. No one would reply to my messages or calls. Second time I went to get a simple 4 awg cable like I have done a million times and owner was down right mean. I will be taking my business to pro car or eugene from now on. Good luck with the way you treat customers. Zero stars if I could give that

Had an electrical problem with my truck and the auto repair shop I went to removed my stereo which I purchased from Good Vibrations thinking I may have been part of the problem. Alex checked it out and it was fine, he also reinstalled it on the spot. Great person and service.

I recently was in the market for a car head unit with navigation. Besides doing a lot of research online, I also checked with local car stereo shops. Good Vibrations was the only store that has what I wanted. They price matched what I found online. Good information, friendly service and they were following Covid-19 protocols. What I love a out Good Vibrations, besides the friendly and knowledgable staff is the RECORD LOFT.

Just made a visit, walked in and I was greeted. I explained I just got a new high end receiver (Yamaha 500.00) and was looking for in wall speakers. I am giving one star because I stated what I wanted and the salesman, younger guy then me just seemed to ignore what I said and started showing me other receivers. I had a bad experience with this place in the past for car stereo and wanted to give it another try well it was a waste of my time.

Had a stereo installed here. Way better service than I expected. They were friendly, professional and I feel I got a good deal on a great car stereo and the install. After it was installed they gave me a walkthrough if how to use all the features. Will definitely return if I need anything else, maybe some lights for my rig.

Asked to install a $120 speaker/amp combo I picked up at a pawn shop. Full wiring set. Guy quoted me in the Hundreds of dollars to install a 12v lead through my firewall. Good on you guys. Long live goodvibes

I have been doing business with good vibrations since they started. I have always been treated well and have always had great service. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help.

Unfortunately I had to have an IID put on my truck when they first put it on it cause my ABS and brake light stay on and I couldnt have it maintenance without having to pay the interlock company to have it shut down and turn back on then when I went to have the device removed now it dies on me the whole truck goes dead and my dash lights along with it. When I called them they said they had nothing to do with it. When I took my truck to the shop they found that the person had soldered it wrong and caused a short so $1,000 later I finally have my truck going. I will never do any business with them again.

They were great on initial installation but when I went back to get a different back up camera, they wasted an hour of my time. I showed the tech everything and he dinked around for a full hour before saying he couldnt help me. Wish I could say good things as the first visit was great, but I think they are really into upselling new things. $400 is too much for a camera and dash display

The service workers at Good Vibrations spent hours installing a 7.1 surround system in our 1925 estate. They were able to route all the components into a separate room, but remotely operated in the living room, so as not to distract the vintage funiture. As for the ceiling speakers, they were installed so well along the molding you coudnt see the wires if I poined out the cable route along the molding! They returned after a call to help me figure out the operation after the install with no problem. Cant go wrong here, great company..

Well where do i start. The sales rep that was helping me completed insulted my sub set up saying it was Sh**ty which greatly offended me. Then he lied stating itll only take a hour to 2, realistically it was 6 hours kid you not! The store owner did call after i notified them of my poor service apoligizing for my inconvenience which is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of one. The only thing they offered for my inconvenience was some free wiring to save some on my total but hopefully your guys experience will be better than mine.

John and his crew went above and beyond on my stereo upgrade in my truck. I was pretty vague when I was describing what I had in mind. His team took control and delivered a product beyond any expectations that I could of had.

Very poor install... had my truck there 4 times and still the back windows rattle when im driving down the road... stereo sounds like complete garbage and now as i go to clean my truck and move my driver seat forward i find the 400$ part they told me i needed not even bolted down just flopping around under my seat... no wonder i get feed back through the subs everytime i hit a bump! Ive had nothing but problems with this place ill never let you jokers touch my truck again. Ill be taking my truck to the car audio professionals up the street where u can have your $60,000 truck worked on by men with true experience rather then some 20 year old tweeker who is working his first job installing car audio. What a rip off joke of a buisness!

Awesome work done on our kia optima turbo.Took the car to have a remote start (early Christmas gift) installed and they knocked it out of the park...The work was spot on and flawless, you would never know they even touched the car. After searching the internet for a replacement factory OEM radio in our Chevrolet truck (yes, it failed in the middle of a 800 mile drive through Oregon), we decided to get professional help from John and the team at Good Vibrations. Upon entering the store, I wondered if there might be a hint of arrogance from the staff. I do not claim to be an audiophile and I stopped trying to have the most elaborate car stereo money can buy 25 years ago. I simply needed something to connect to my phone and make calls while driving. It also needed to play music and podcasts. I did not need, nor desire, talking maps, high definition in car video, HD radio, a hologram dashboard, a connection to Facebook, a repository for banking records, or other gimmicks. Im happy to say that Good Vibrations delivered what I needed without the pressure or the attitude Ive seen at similar establishments.
