I have had very positive experiences with the Service shop at Umpqua Valley Tractor. High quality work at reasonable cost. Today they were able to replace broken brush hog blades in an hour, which turned out to be a tough job, saving me a second trip for pick up. They do get backed up with work, but they are responsive and dependable.
Very professional, very helpful in answering all questions. It was a hot day but had great attitude.
Our family believes in supporting local businesses. This is the local Kubota dealer and we have come in multiple times for parts on our tractor. Each time the service has been slow and downright unfriendly. The final straw was the desk jockey in the parts department trying to explain to my wife how a 3-point hitch works. Shes been operating tractors up to the M4 series for 15 years. Everyone has a bad day, but being treated like that repeatedly...well its just not worth coming in. Find a place that will treat you better.
I thought they were great- at first. Turns out I had the wool pulled over my eyes. I bought a tractor/loader/backhoe from them new. And several 3 point implements. Took delivery, was told it was all there. Nope!Found out they wouldnt have the 3 point hitch to attach the implements for 2 or 3 more months. At no time was I told the hitch would be on back order. I expected a fully-functional tractor upon delivery. I bought this for work. And they refuse to answer my calls now regarding unwinding the deal. These are bad dealers! Absolute scam artists! Go to Central Equipment in Medford if you want Kubota. As for me, Im going GREEN. John Deere at Pape Machinery Agriculture & Turf in Roseburg.
I looked all over town for someone who could replace my rear tires on my tractor. I am glad I had Umpqua Valley Tractor do the work. From talking with Earl about the process, to picking my tractor up after the work was completed; the experience was exceptional. Fair price, quality work, and quality people. Thank you
Love the owner but if you are not buy a new machine but are trying to buy your service parts do your own research, read your manual.when I bought a new tractor and call the parts desk and ask what I need to service my machine I expect the parts guy to know what I need. when I asked him to have the stuff ready for me when I come by. I am disappointed. oh I must have forgotwhen I get the parts home I find that I was sold not enough hydraulic fluid... since its Labor Day weekend and they are not open I am not able to use my tractor to get scheduled work done.when I confront the parts guy (Jack) he says well you should not have changed your hydraulic fluid.problem is I told him I wanted to change it and would he please tell me how much to buy...when I ask can you work on the price with me for the trouble of driving 1.5hours to get more fluid he says well you would have needed to buy more anyway...I just want to say know your trade, or tell the customer I dont know how much fluid you need I just work the cash register. you should look in your manualmuch love to the owner and service guys this review is for the parts guy.
