My new local napa store. Thanks for great service

The GPS wasnt working right I had to keep resetting it and it wasnt because of my phone it was just the GPS was sending me around and around in a circle and I will always watch my surroundings so then I figured it out other than that my experience took in the store was great just great

That particular standard auto is now Napa auto parts. But they were courteous and helpful the lady Joyce was very nice...

All the parts you need online order was set up and perfect

Location on Philadelphia Road has been my go to parts source for some time now.. Although Google seems to be in need of updating for this location is of recently permanently closed!! Leaving only Hollins Ferry and North Avenue locations open.. Is it due to the pandemic or are they just doing that bad! Either way it is a shame.

Relatively helpful. Matched a competitor price. Better service than most parts stores. I recommend over advance and way over pepboys. Pepboys is awful.... advance hires anyone who can man a register.... auto parts stores in general are getting worse and worse. Too much competition eating away at profit margins so they cant hire knowledgable auto people and turn a profit. This place is still pretty decent.

They are good guys and are a throwback to the older style auto parts stores; a time when car vets were taking care of you instead of a kid, fresh out of high school, reading from a computer prompt.
