I was in the store on 7/12 & had the pleasure of having Jasmia (not sure if that’s the correct spelling of her name) help me, she was really helpful and kind. Great customer service & seemed to be doing a great of multi tasking. Just a very pleasant person.

People were very nice. You could tell a shipment just arrived there were boxes everywhere. Seemed short staffed. Like the store though, just wish the layout was more in order.

One of the better stores I have been in lately. Seems pretty well stocked.

🤔Absolutely filthy and unorganized the staff are professional and rude Ill never go there again!! The unfortunate reality is The Dollar General Generates a ton of money on a daily basis and its very unfair that we the consumer have to shop in such horrible conditions!🤔

My shopping experience was good, I found everything thing I needed and a few extra great clearance buys. This is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop. I had a great experience and the employee who checked me out was great and very pleasant.

Cashier was totally checking me out. I flexed my bum and she was baffled.

Theres almost always lines but other then that the staff is plesant and helpful.

Be mindful of the expiration date on their products. My Velveeta Cheese that I bought from this store was expired for well over a year.

I had never shopped at the dollar store before. Until 2yrs ago. Now I find myself in the store all the time!!! Great place to cut spending.

Store is better In the past couple years. No more boxes in the isles where you could not get through the store!! Doing better. Good prices, but the area is not a great area any more. alot of crime, drugs, loitering if homeless people asking for money and stealing from stores, cars and people. Police need to Do something instead of sitting in their cars and and clean up the area!!!

It depends which one I go to. The one on Eastern Blvd in Essex seems to be stocked up and clean but they need to check the dates on their snacks. The one on Haven Street seems never to be stocked and cleaned. The one at Golden Ring always seems to be clean, stocked and friendly with their customers.

I wish I could gave this no stars, the store is not a clean place and not to say I was very disrespected by the cashier to the point we exchanged some words from her being very ruled . Then as I was leaving the store she came behind, so she left her post!! to have her say so I had to tell her a thing or two . So how is this professional ?? This tells a lot about this place and who runs it. I am not saying all is like this but this one is by far he worst and will never go there again !!

This place is ghetto as hell n full if ignorant staff INCLUDING the manager. My son bought a game card they didnt give him the receipt with the code on it. I called spoke to a very rude sale person and even WORST manager. I never go to this store because its always filthy and the staff is lazy he was with his Dad. Martin Blvd is MUCH MUCH BETTER. Now my son is stuck with a card he cant use, we didnt want a refund we only wanted a reprint of the receipt with the code on it. I cant do what my mind is telling me so Im reduced to writing this review since they wont give me the general manager number. I Kno someone is above her but then again thats the person hiring these ingrates.
