I purchased a mattress and paid for delivery. They delivered the wrong mattress. The manager said I was responsible for getting the mattress and box spring back to them. They made the mistake. They then said they never had the mattress I purchased in stock. I could take the floor model. First of all that’s not sanitary. People have been laying in that mattress and sitting on it. There was no cover on the mattress either. So they wanted to charge me full price for a used mattress. Save your money don’t shop here.

I bought a bedroom set from them in September 2020, they delivered all but a 5 drawer dresser. I have yet to get them to deliver the dresser. This is ridiculous. I have called them and filled out the form, but no dresser yet.

Derek has fantastic customer service, answered all our questions over the phone. We went in laid on the mattress he suggested and had it loaded up on the car in a matter of 15 minutes! They provided the straps to keep it in place which was a big plus because we didnt have any. I definitely suggest saving $ by going here

I purchased a queen mattress 4 months ago, l noticed a tear in the mattress I pulled what was a cover back and it was a disgusting mattress under the mattress cover they placed on it. The real mattress is dirty and stained. Completely ridiculous and disgusting!

PLEASE READ THE REVIEW BEFORE YOU EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are fraud! I ordered my couch 2 months ago and still have not received and they expect you to pay for it!! They scream no refunds and exchange and they unprofessional!!! Do not do business with them!

We didn’t think we would be able to afford a new mattress but with the payment plan we were able to! We are so happy with the quality of our mattress. It is very comfortable and easy to set up.

I purchase two twins beds from this place and receive different mattresses I called and ask if I could switch to have same mattress. I was told they have to check with corporate first. However they called me back and told me they could not exchange and they don’t have the same kind in the store Such BS I didn’t want my money back just both the same mattress. The sales staff was friendly and very patient, answering all of our questions. They were helpful but not pushy and let us try the mattresses at our leisure. Overall we were extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend That Mattress Place to everyone.

Went in on Labor day spoke to Mike asked if a sale was going on. He said yes and signs posted with sale. I was going to make a purchase and left believing I had a sale. Going home I checked and in fact the junk was the same price as it has been. No sale. False advertising. Mike lied. I called the next day and also went down where a female spoke broken English told me I could not cancel my order. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule in America. So I did not accept delivery of the junk and in fact was not home when a company kept calling me to deliver. So I have nothing of theirs. No junk. The finance company snap continues to try to collect funds from me even no I have none of the mattress place junk and they will not close the account because they were already paid and apparently does not want to refund Snap. So I have no junk and yet both companies want me to pay money. Warning warning not a reputable business. Warning. Will be contacting attorney general, BBB and who ever I can.

Dont buy anything from here! They sold us the wrong size bed (twin xl not twin) which didnt fit our frame... Went back to get a frame and they sold us the wrong frame. They wouldnt stay open an extra 10 mins to exchange it and we needed a frame that night. The next day after we had purchased a frame elsewhere they say they dont do refunds. Maybe they shouldnt have been drinking on the job (they were sitting there with a bottle of liquor when we had picked up the frame) and sold us the correct frame or mattress.

I was sold a refurbished mattress that I paid $572.40 just for a mattress and box Spring set. I took them to court and won. They are refusing to pay me my money. The Mattress is molded inside out. Caused me to be sick with Respiratory Problems. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

Tell people what they want to hear to make a sale. Was told my bed would be in Monday or Tuesday. Called Monday and was then told trucks do not even come in on Tuesdays and it would be Wednesday. Called again and now told it will be Friday. Just be honest with customers.

I came to That Mattress Place after a bad experience attempting to purchase a sofa from an online vendor. After return fees and other expenses I had reservations and was not very optimistic about finding the quality I wanted for the price I was willing to spend. After shopping around at several stores I finally decided to try T.M.P. and I am so thankful I did. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I found an amazing sofa within my budget that is high quality, super comfy, and looks absolutely perfect. I feel like there was a genuine effort made to help me get an item that was satisfactory to me in a timely fashion and because of that I ended up not having to settle! So grateful!

Best mattress for good deal very great customer service

I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I think they are misrepresenting their products. There is no way this mattress is a name brand $2000+ mattress. Its falling apart after 18 months. Its been awful for the past year but unfortunately the only way you can get anything done under warranty is to transport the mattress yourself and I had no way to do it at the time and now the one year warranty is up. Either way, I got robbed. I spent 900+ on this and Im already having to start shopping for something else. I noticed the slight indentation in the side of the when I first got it but its just gotten worse over time. I would not recommend spending your money here. Get a real name brand mattress that has a 10+ year warranty for the money youre spending.EDIT: less than 2 years old and this mattress is completely breaking down. Do not buy from them. These are knock offs and of crappy quality. These guys are worse than fast falling car salesman. My guess it’s a rewrapped used mattress.

It was great shopping at a locally owned and operated business that offers great, quality mattresses and at an extremely fair price. Mike was very helpful and patient with me as this is the first bed that I have purchased in over a decade.

The mattress I brought from them was actually a used mattress that had been re wrapped. Beware. Didnt notice until the threading started to come undone and I peaked in and saw. Not saying all of them are like that.

It’s always a challenge for me whatever I buy to get the best deals....I can’t tell you how shocked I was at their prices and selection, I ended up getting a higher quality sofa, loveseat and table set below my budget from online venders who I thought would be cheaper and had my new living room delivered later the SAME day at a fraction of the cost from online venders and the big box stores!!!!

Purchased a mattress and bed and after the bed was assembled, it was very low to the ground. Called back to the store back nine days (2 days after the return period) after purchase, expressing my displeasure regarding the height of the bed and wanting resolution of a box spring to compensate for the height of the bed. I was up-sold a mattress stating that I would NOT need a box spring for the bed. I opted for the better quality mattress under the assumption that the bed was more than 5 off the ground. Because the bed was financed, there are certain privileges that are forfeited when making a purchase from this store. BEWARE OF UP-SELLING AND PURCHASING VIA A FINANCE COMPANY. Instead of providing me the resolution I was expecting, I was offered $20-off a box spring. It would have been to their advantage to keep a customer that made a second purchase from them within 8 months, but instead, wanted to sell me on something else. It should go without saying, but I will state the obvious, that will be the last purchase from That Mattress Place.
