We used Premier Flooring to install carpet in our new house. The installation was scheduled very quickly and the crew was great. They even had extra guys come at the end of the day to make sure it was finished for us to move in. The carpet looks great and everyone comments on the softness. We were very pleased and would highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!

Horrible experience with PREMIER FLOORING INSTALLATION!Hello Everyone - We had new floors installed, and the installers from PREMIER FLOORING INSTALLATION they did a horrible job! The installers completely ruined the new paint job. There are black handprints all over the walls, many black scuff marks, in addition to other marks. The installers threw the old carpeting over the balcony, even though my husband said they couldnt do that. We got a notice from our building because of the contractors behavior. They finally sent someone out to paint a wall, and their technician - told his boss the place needed to be repainted and could not just be touched up because of all the damage and the type of paint used. The company told him to just touch it up. Now it looks even worse. In the sunlight you can see where the touch ups happened. You can STILL SEE BLACK HANDPRINTS on the walls. The company was rude, unprofessional, and did not remediate their damage. DO NOT USE PREMIER FLOORING INSTALLATION! - you will regret it!

Very Professional and Efficient.From the initial consultation and throughout the entire process I felt like I was part of the Premiere Flooring Family. Eric, Patty, and Amy helped us out every step of the way. We have used their services two times so far. First we had carpet installed in our master bedroom and hallway. Premier Flooring installed hardwood floors in 3 of my bedrooms. I cant thank them enough for all their help, the fair price and the wonderful work they did. Jesse gave me an estimate to install the hardwood floor I chose. Their price was half what Home Depot would have charged. He was incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions and was quick to respond any time I would message him - even on the weekend which I did not expect a reply but greatly appreciated that he did. They sent a crew of 2 to install hardwood floors and and baseboard and the guys did a fantastic job. The installation was flowless and perfection, they were clean and organized, respectful of my house, and when finished cleared everything out like they were never there. My house is older and there were challenging spots and it looks like the floor was original to the house. They moved the furniture and went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them.

I am absolutely thrilled with how my bedroom looks after Premier Flooring Installation came in and installed the carpet my fiance and I chose!From the beginning, this company made everything so convenient for us, moving into our first home. Eric came to our home with so many different options to choose from. He seemed to really understand what we were looking for because THE ONE was on the first board he showed us! he even advised me how this carpet could stand up to my potential hair dying fiascos to come 😆 Not even a week later, he sent in a team of three extremely professional, respectful and efficient workers to install our beautiful carpet. They even moved my bed frame and things from the room so I didnt have to! I am so grateful to this company. It made one big important step of making this home mine so easy and exciting. Eric was NOT professional at all, ask questions & he tells me I have an attitude, because he doesnt want to SPEND HOURS measuring my rooms. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

WARNING!! BUYER BEWARE!!Wouldnt have chosen any stars if it would have let me.Oh man, where do I even begin. I had Premier Flooring come to install at my new build where I’ve had custom molding that allows for 3/4-inch flooring to be installed throughout my home. I thought I was getting a professional service but ended up with an installation of 3/8-inch flooring, leaving a significant amount of space between the floor and the molding. WHY WASN’T THIS PROPERLY MEASURED?? My doors, door jams, kitchen, living room, bedrooms moldings, EVERYTHING was wrong. There was so much space between where the floor was and where it was supposed to be that I’ve had to have what was installed taken up. Then, the men who came to install not only didn’t speak English except for one man I finally found, but they brought a CHILD! Now, I know things happen sometimes and you have to bring your kid to work, but later when I came it to check on things, the kid was installing flooring!! I told them all to stop working immediately and contacted their office. I was told he wasn’t supposed to be doing anything like that, but he certainly was! I contacted Mike to ask why the floor was like it was, and he told me the molding wasn’t there when he measured, umm YES IT ABSOLUTELY WAS! So, there was red flag #2! Then he told me its an easy fix, that I should put Car Bondo in the gaps, that it smells bad but will work. WHAT THE HELL??? HE SAID TO USE A CAR PRODUCT ON MY HOME?? Red flag #3! Then I asked him “what do I do about all the large gaps between my custom 8 foot doors and the floor?” because keep in mind that I have 10 foot ceilings with 8 foot doors, and he told me “None of that was trimmed out when I was there” which was another LIE, because my floors were the LAST thing to be installed!! I could go on and on about what has happened at my home, but I could go on for pages, so I won’t. They took my money and are basically telling me that I have to make what he sold me work in my home and refuses to refund me to correct his mistakes. Then sent me a message that all I would have to do is install extra plywood on top of my subflooring to correct the gap. ISNT THAT YOUR JOB???!!!! We don’t want to see this happen to another family. We have spent years of hard-earned money on the build of our dream home, and to be taken by a contractor is very disheartening. Another contractor told me he absolutely should have known and done the right thing, but he didn’t, and wont. Please be sure to pay attention if you choose to use this company. We have filed grievance with BBB, Attorney General, Home Commissioner Board and have turned this matter over to our attorney. We have attached pictures below. We loved the floors, they are very beautiful, they just aren’t the right floor for our home, and any knowledgeable, reputable company would have known that at the measurement appointment. Save yourself time, money and aggravation from such an inconsiderate bunch and look for someone else. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I never received any kind of contract, agreement, measurement list, NOTHING!! I suppose that is partly my fault for having trusted them. WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN!!Ben Allen

I could not be happier with meeting Eric Fotis! My wife and I just bought my grandmothers house. We are taking care of my grandmother, disabled God Mother and uncle and my parents. This reason I am saying this is I am in a very vulnerable spot financially.I have had a lot of estimates from the big names and It was way to much. Not only that I had sales people over my house pressuring me for hours, which is hard with seven people in my home.Eric was timely and non baring. The part that struck me the most was how he showed kindness to my family. We were able to work out a price and house looks great!!!!!
