Tonight I came in with my son who loves our trips to sweet frog for good behavior. We walked in like normal, the lady at the front did not greet us at all, which was not normal. My son and I picked our yogurts/icecreAm and proceeded to the topping bar. This is where the lady up front came by but instead of asking us did we want or what toppings would we like she proceeded to pick up empty topping containers and bring them to the back while my son said he wanted chocolate sauce and marshmallows. Every time we’ve come the people up front have always put the toppings on the yogurt for us, I did not know that had changed since our may visit. My son was disappointed when I told him we wouldn’t be getting toppings this go around in which he worked really hard to get this treat as he has severe ADHD and ODD. So we proceeded to make our way to the counter to pay and the cashier didn’t greet us only when we placed our cups on the weigh station is when she said something, didn’t ask if we were rewards members or any of the normal friendly banter. I’m disappointed in this visit and unsure if we’ll return to this location. Person who rang us up was CDietz

The yogurt was great!!! The place was clean! But the price was not what I expected AT ALL 3 small yogurts came out to $27. -THATS INSANE!!!! I’m from NY & it doesn’t cost that much.....

TODAY I CAME TO THIS LOCATION ME & MY DAUGHTER AND I NOTICE THE CASHIER DIDNT GIVE ME THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SHE GAVE THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE BEFORE ME WHEN IT WAS MY TURN TO PAY I GOT THE SILENT TREATMENT. THEN THE CASHIER ACCUSED MY TWO YEAR OLD OF STEALING COOKIE DOUGH MY DAUGHTER WAS EATING A MUFFIN !!!! THAT SHE CAME INTO THE STORE WITH ! WHEN I CORRECTED THIS YOUNG LADY SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED INSTEAD SHE SAID OH I SHOULD OF BEEN PAYING ATTENTION WHEN YOU CAME IN WHAT DOSE THAT MEAN ??? AT THAT EVERY MOMENT I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND RACIALLY PROFILED MY DAUGHTER IS TWO YEARS OLD AND IM SO UPSET SHE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THAT !

The service great, the area, great everything is great. The ice cream tastes amazing and the people are very nice. This place deserves 5 stars!

Been awhile since Ive been here but today took my granddaughter and we enjoyed a refreshing dessert. Staff very welcoming and helpful. You cannot do your own toppings since all are covered due to COVID so staff puts on for you. That was the only thing I didnt like. Golden Ring store very clean. Highly recommend.

I go to Sweet Frog 3 to 4 times a month to grab a treat, and am never disappointed. Great selection of froyo and toppings. I stick with the no sugar added vanilla which is reasonable for those diet minded and tastes great. Staff here is courteous, welcoming, and friendly. Kudos for them for working through the pandemic.

Today was my first time and it was a special treat for me, my daughter and grandson.

It was wonderful!! I visited today for the first time and I am in love!!!! Theres so many flavors and toppings to choose from!!! You feel like a child in a candy store. I will most definitely be going back!!! The young lady working there was so polite and friendly. Thats is what you call customer service!!!

It is a lovely place to bring yours kids for their first sweet frog yogurt, perhaps our new tradition.But this location was not clean.For example, the tables were sticky from dried up yogurt and there were two puddles of yogurt on the floor, just under the dispenser machines. There were no less than two employees who walked by the mess and did not clean it up.Also, the cashier was talking on her cellphone while working.

Yum, yum, yum! Frozen yogurt with every imaginable topping! Cant beat it for dessert or a snack. You pay by weight too, which is cool unless you are like me and go overboard and get every topping you can shove in your cup. 😋

I love Sweet Frog!!! It was my go to spot when I was in college in Virginia and I was so happy when I found out that a location opened near me. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean and presentable. They also have events for kids and adults every now and then.

I love it. The staff are nice, the fro-yo is phenomenal. My go to when thats what I want to snack on.

Very sad about my most recent visit to Sweet Frog. It seams as thought the formula has been changed. The yogurt used to have a more ice cream like consistency, buy now its more ice like. My children even noticed the difference. Hoping this was a one time thing because love the Golden Ring plaza location. Its clean and the staff are nice.

I didnt like that we were asked to put the umbrella down after eating our icecream at the table for twenty minutes. Its was 90 degree weather and very sunny. The young lady told us it was due to it being too windy and that the umbrellas easily break. I dont think such was the case, especially being out there for so long. I wont be going back!!!!

We love coming here for frozen yogurt, mostly because its close by. On the downside, there are always flavors that arent working and the tables are always sticky.

I cant get enough of them! I bring people each time I come. Though Alissa the manager is one of the most pleasant people Ive ever met, she still deserves some choice paid time off.

Minimal selection for soft serve and chocolate and vanilla were out. Lots of good toppings to choose from.

Wonderful customer service, I appreciate the variety of dairy free flavor and topping options!Was clean inside with plenty of additional seating outside as well.Definitely must visit again!

I used to love taking my daughter all the time so we could try the new flavors but it seems like the new flavors taste the same as old flavors just a new name. This location in particular is great & I miss Alyssa she was may more interactive than any one who is there now

Visited with my children for the first time the young lady was not friendly nor helpful. Seemed really uninterested in serving us. Giving the type of business this is you would think we would receive much friendlier service.

The icecream/yougurt is very good but its very expensive. Sign up for their rewards program and wait till no weigh Wednesday.Sorry Sweet Frog...Id come more often if you guys were cheaper.

A clean store, good location, would have liked more choices in selections.Staff lady was scarce, busy elsewhere, very little interaction with us as customers.

Pretty standard unit of chain.1st rate selection of flavors and toppings - youd be hard pressed to not be able to come up with a dish containing ingredients you love.Clean shop.Kind of out of the way on the back corner of the building facing DQ, but worth the search.

Let me start by saying I come to this week frog at least once a week. My visit tonight was horrible. I went in the store about 15 minutes before close period when I walked in a Caucasian female with blonde hair and glasses loudly stated with an irritated tone of voice I need to turn those open signs off. I go grab a small cup and an extra cup comes out, she once again makes a smart remark I guess it only does that with the small cups I get one topping and go to the register where I accidentally spilled my cup on the counter. The girl at the register had brown hair and glasses. She gives me an irritated smile and looked at the blonde haired girl. I sincerely apologized and asked her to give me the towel she was using to clean so that I could clean it up. It was a very small cup. Came to a total of $1.60. I told them that I would take it anyway because I didnt want to be an inconvenience to them. As I was walking out the girl with blonde hair yells that was the most disgusting thing that I have ever seen. I have never experienced such bad customer service.
