This woman that I understand is the owner is incredibly rude. One star is too much to rate it. They picked up my glass 2 months ago. I have not heard a word in weeks then I called several times asking about my glass. She lied. At week 7 she said it was being cut, then she blocked my phone number! I’ve call the main number twice and her rudeness is incredible. She doesn’t let you speak to ask simple questions because she clueless! She forgot her lie. She stammered out to me that I’ll get my glass. She hung up on me! I doubt my glass will return to us but if it does the person will get an earful of what I’ve had to put up with that woman. I’ll be making a trip to pick up my property.Do not use this company!

The receptionist is incredibly rude. She actually has 3 other reviews written about her here and one more on Yelp. Unbelievable. Called on Monday asking for a missing part, even during our initial call she was little rude but ignored it. She said she would call me back but never did - which from reading other reviews is a common problem. I called again on Friday and she kept cutting me off, was not helpful, and made it seem like her company was not interested in my project. I have never lost my cool on a customer service employee, but this woman is a nightmare to deal with.

I really love the work these people did. They came, quoted a price and installed a beautiful shower enclosure. The people were so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLEI would give zero stars if I could. I had these folks come in to do measurements. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We agreed on a price and I was told it would take 7-10 days. I gave them a $700 deposit.Two weeks later I had not heard nothing so I called. I was told by the woman who answers the phone that she was out but would call me in a couple hours when she got to the office. She never called.Ten days later...now well over three weeks since we agreed to the work, I called again. The same woman acted like nothing was wrong. I explained I was upset it had been three weeks and she said the glass was scratched so she sent it back....yet she never took a moment to pick up a phone and tell me. She said, well, you are just the kind of person who is never grateful. Not only rude, but ridiculous as I had no way of being grateful since I was just quietly waiting without any information. How insulting is that as a customer service response?!I was pretty upset and she just acted like she was doing me a favor. She said, based on my frustration, she wasnt sure what we are going to do now. I said, how about doing the work we agreed to?! and she suggested she was suddenly concerned I wouldnt pay when they were done. She had no basis for that concern...and had $700 of my money!She said shed have to think about whether they were still willing to do the work...as if they were doing me a favor instead of fulfilling a contract.I said she didnt have to worry about it anymore, fired her, and demanded my money back. She said shed mail me a check. I am quite concerned I wont receive my money back without taking legal action.The most frustrating part of all of this is it is likely just this one woman. She is the only one that answers the phone and likely the only one who answers emails (and will read this). She is terribly unprofessional.

I’ve never experienced anything like working with them, WOW!! In the beginning everything was great! They came, and measured for a custom shower inclosure. Then a week later when the glass was supposed to be installed, the receptionist turned absolutely crazy! Called to confirm installation, got the run around, telling me she’d get back to me for 5 days of phone calls. My last conversation with her, again asking for information, she starts yelling at me and tells me don’t call back and hangs up on me!!! Maybe that’s my fault for using the lowest bid?

So disappointed in this company. I never write reviews but felt the need to do so for this company. My builder used this company when we built our house and again when we did a bathroom reno. The rubber stripping on the shower door has fallen off and I needed them to come fix this strip. Since its at the bottom of the door, water is escaping where the strip use to be.I talked to the receptionist who told me that she would send someone out on such and such a date. I waited all day for a repair person to arrive, no one ever showed or called. When I called her at 4 pm to tell her that no one had shown up, she assured me that they were still out on jobs and someone would be coming.That was NOT the case, no one ever arrived. Not even a phone call to reschedule.I called her back the next day and she said, oh, someone will be in your area on such and such a day So again, I waited around yet another day for them to show up, Nothing, Nada, no one came.Too bad for them because I am getting to do a large reno on other bathrooms and will need shower doors and mirrors. I will not give them any business again.

Receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and not nice at all. I had to call a couple time to get a mirror estimate, she never returned my calls. After calling back numerous time for the estimate she told me she wasnt at her desk and would have to call me. I guess this place dont need my business.
