Great service! The mechanic came out on his day off to help us with an issue we were having with a rental cart. I believe most places would have said oh well, we will just refund your money, but then I would have been stuck without a cart I absolutely NEEDED for my event. It was an easy fix, but still sacrificed a couple hours of his weekend to travel back and forth to fix the problem. Above and beyond in my book!

BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a defective cart, refuse to exchange it, refused to refund my money or provide me with a loaner cart to use until they are able to fix my golf cart! The owner/mechanic has not called me about my golf cart. So, they have my cart and my money! I have nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been nothing but a headache since they dropped the golf cart off, initially not working at all and currently still back firing! Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my purchase!

I made an appointment for this week on Friday to come over and get my Yamaha G16 looked at being it wasnt charging I called Friday last week and asked if I could come in on Monday Jerry said yes I came in told him about it he went right in on the trailer checked everything said everything was wired up right and checked and it wasnt charging so he asked me where I got the regulator and I said Amazon and I paid like 10 bucks in he said theres your problem he got me a red hawk regulator and hooked it on my golf cart and it is charging great I really appreciate the good service I got from these people a 100 stars thank you
Could not have had a better experience! Customer Service person (Amanda) was prompt, courteous...actually, extremely nice and took care of our rental needs. This is the 2nd time weve used them. The pickup/delivery was flawless and the drivers were equally nice.
BEWARE.....HUGE HIDDEN COSTMy father rented a golf cart for one day, to use on Halloween. He was told $85. That is fine. The delivery charge was an additional $105!!!!!!!! Absolutely absurd. More than the actual rental. $190 total. Never again. Their facility is 15 minutes away from the house.The manager claimed that it was emailed to him. They wrote down the incorrect email address. He never received the email. She would have received and undeliverable email back. He received no call stating that the email would not go through. BEWARE
They mounted a tire for me. Everyone was very friendly and the service done immediate ly. Everything went smooth and I was out the door in no time at all. I have recommended them and will use them again in the future.
Golf cart has been in shop twice and $800.00 later still the same issue. You call and leave messages and there are no return phone calls. You have to call and call. We called in March for follow up work that was done previously and just got cart back this past Friday and cart will not move in either direction now which was original problem. Called C&C Golf Carts and my cart was diagnosed and fixed right the first time. Calls were returned and Chuck kept me updated of progress towards resolution the whole time. Chuck even found additional issue and fixed that also. Shame on you B-More Buggies for wasting my time and money and your poor customer service.

Unsatisfactory customer service post-festival when they delivered 3/10 unusable golf carts. They dropped off the carts on a Friday, put a gas one aside that didnt work from the moment he dropped it off. When I tried to use it and troubleshoot with a tech, they agreed it didnt work. I called immediately to notify them of the error. They said theyd call me back and deliver a new one on Saturday.Saturday is the day we needed actual FULL use of the carts and upon trying to use them, two of the electric carts did not work. They were not used at all on Friday and I took the keys with me overnight. I called immediately to notify them again of the situation and they said theyd send a tech. Hours later, an extremely rude and unprofessional tech (the same one they sent Friday who delivered the faulty cart who yelled at me over the phone because he didnt know the address or directions) arrives with no golf cart to replace the one from the day before and as I am trying to manage a 3,000 person music festival, he wants me to sit with him and diagnose the golf carts that havent worked in the first place. What do I need to be there for? Diagnose the cart, take the ones that dont work and bring ones that do, its actually very simple but because I walked away due to a serious medical emergency with an attendee, he leaves because he was frustrated that I couldnt give him my undivided attention and other staff stood around. These staff were volunteers and not in a position to help him.I called on Tuesday to dispute the charges for 3/10 golf carts and was told I am only being refunded for 1 because the two electrics were definitely charged and we did something to make their batteries deplete. So, they drop off a gas golf cart knowing it doesnt work (it wouldnt move the moment he unloaded it) and then I am supposed to take their word for it that the 2 electric ones were charged? Bmore Buggies sent me faulty products and refused to adequately rectify the situation.Not only will they not refund for the other 2 electrics but they argued with me over and over that this was my fault because their phone calls werent answered in a timely fashion (again, running an entire 3,000 person music festival, Bmore Buggies is not my top priority but providing professional customer service to me, should be) and blamed the golf carts on someone tampering with them overnight. Continuous blame put on me and absolutely zero accountability from their end.WORST customer service and response to an obvious problem with their products. No sense of urgency to remedy the situation and complete lack of professionalism when addressing the issues. It is quite sad and pathetic that they tried to take advantage of a reputable and professional nonprofit in Baltimore. Dont waste your time unless youd like to sit on a golf cart that doesnt work for 8 hours. Pay the extra money to work with a company that actually cares about you and providing a working product. Will never use Bmore Buggies again and since they dont care about tarnishing the relationship with us, we will be sure to let others know of this awful experience as well.
The staff went out of their way to help us, we were replacing some electrical components and they took the time to explain the wiring, gave us plenty of wiring to work with, and had no problem answering our questions. Reasonable prices!
