The people there know their stuff. i brought in my vacuum for repair and their prices were the lowest around. they also carry some heavy duty cleaning chemicals that you cant buy at home depot or other retail stores.

Epic Service is a reach!!! When they cold call businesses, their sales people are extremely RUDE to whomever answers the phone, almost demanding to speak to the manager. No thank you!!!! If my employees talked to potential clients this way, they wouldnt have jobs!!
