Kind and courteous employees.. The building is very large and it needs to have mapping so you can find your way in-and-out. Out. I was lost inside the building for so long I wrote a movie script called Storage Unit!! Need more mapping to help to find your way in-and-out..

My son and I just rented a storage locker at Extra Space Storage in Roselle which is an all-indoor facility. We were assisted by Taliah who I would give 10 stars if it were an option. The facility is not only conveniently located for us which was a huge selling point, but the unit is located through a gate which requires a code that leads to a drive-up ramp where your items can easily be brought inside the building. The ramp goes right inside the doorway which requires a code that gives you that extra protection. Immediately inside the door are several flat carts that can be used to bring your items into your unit. The unit itself is extremely clean. We had looked at other facilities and none of them compared to the price, cleanliness, protection of the gates and 24-7 security cameras, and wonderful customer service of Taliah who went above and beyond for us during our time with her. We signed on the spot! Thank you Taliah! You made something we dreaded very easy to take care of today. I highly recommend this facility.

Ive been a renter here for nearly 2 years. The units are clean, carts available and they have great hours! Staff are always professional and helpful. I worked with Taliah to get caught up on billing and she was really helpful and sweet.

The facility is brand spanking new, clean, smells great, and easy to get to. I reserved a larger unit than I needed but Ray took the time to show me the smaller sizes and saved me some money. I had living spaces in mind and over estimated the size of everything. Set up was quick and I was able to unload my car same day. Although its not a drive up there are dollies available to use taking away extensive heavy lifting.
