This Target is my favorite. They have a big parking lot, good service, one Starbucks inside, a clean restroom, spacious rooms with good customer service. I bought a lot of products there. Like TV, Nintendo, Ipad, printer, etc. They also have a lot of stationery, good notebooks, and festival cards. During the COVID pandemic, I didnt go to this store often, hopefully, the Covid can be gone sooner. This place is really good, there are a Wing stop, Jumbojuice, Starbucks, Ross for less, LA fitness around, it’s a good place to go!

Any Target staff I asked for help handle my inquiry like a champ. The cashier was helpful and friendly. It was a good experience shopping throughout the store today.

Big store with plenty of items. Wide aisle and seemed clean.The service was pretty bad, I was on self checkout and needed help, 2 staffs at the end of aisle waiting for coffee and just talking between themselves, 2 staffs behind me that were not on duty and couldnt / wouldnt help, 1 on the other register calling for another staff. In the end it took me longer to complete the transaction. Thankfully the staff at service / return counter was more helpful.

Always clean, the only thing, I dont like when there are people selling things right out side the entrance/exit. I just want go buy what I need and get out.

Targrt on Rosemead is clean, organized and reasonable prices. Their mens department has reasonable selection but lacks depth. Prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly and professional. Parking lot is huge.

Today I had a great customer service experience in the produce department. Larry went above and beyond to help me with an item. You are the only store in the area that carries this particular item and the shopping app said you had it in stock. I couldnt find it the usual place that I find it. I asked Larry. He said that there might be some in the back. He came out with some for me! Then 3 asked if there were more back there...he said yes. I asked if I could have a few more and very happily he obliged. A lot of other people would have just said, no we are out!

You always have everything in the store.

Your shelves are not fully stocked. I don,t like Walmart but I shop there because I can find the product and I just don,t see as many empty shelves. Empty shelves make me feel insecure and want to shop elsewhere.

Terrible and rude service. They were extremely rude when i was buying groceries for me and my family never the less I had mt infant daughter accompanying me as they had mistreated me, the customer. Save your time and stress.

Easy to shop online, pick up or drive up at the store. App.is easy to navigate. Saves me a lot of time especially having 4 kids in the car. Drive up is the most convenient way for me to get shopping done. Store is clean and organize shelves.

Everything I ordered was received, and the convenience was superb! The app was very easy, user-friendly to a 64yo. When I arrived for the pickup they were there waiting for me.

The cashier was helpful in getting me what i needed without me having to go back to the aisle to produce a proof of the promo even though she could not find the promo on the website.

It was hella busy. Theres lines for Starbucks and the aisles are wide but filled with people. The narrower aisles host like 3 to 5 people with definitely less than 6 ft. Between them. I didnt see anyone keeping track of how many people went in and went out. It was very scary...

They have multiple aisles with gift cards, art supplies, and appliances. Theyre even good with gifts for a wedding.

Called every department to try and get help before i made an hour drive and let it ring and ring and ring. I guess no one answers phones here

Ive been looking for a kids wading pool that several targets show as in stock and after going to three, none had them in stock. I called Target in Rosemead this morning and one of the associates, Jessica, was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to find out if any were in stock as the site said they had two. There were non available but she saved me the trouble of driving to Rosemead by checking for me. She was polite, understanding and very helpful. I dont always have a good experience at Target but she was great, thank you! This was the morning of 4/25/2020. Great job!

It says seven tables when you buy it online. I only bought one. Wait 2 hours, drive to pick it up and say no. waste of time

Honestly I hate coming to this target. They’re always super busy, can’t get anyone to help and (even before COVID) shelves are messy and not well stocked. The couple times I have managed to find someone to ask a question the have no idea and send me on a wild goose chase.All the checkout lines are super long. Self checkout is always backed up. But this is the closest Target so it is what it is. Also going into this shopping center takes forever. Drivers in this area are pretty bad and this busy shopping center just makes them worse.

We are in line right now if the manager cares to bring up the camera. I addressed the matter of a customer cutting in line to the associate. She just said sorry theres nothing anybody can do about it. I asked her does that mean everyone else can do that too. Customers who do that should be stopped so you good customers wont go somewhere else. They could have done directed them to the back of the line.

Had a bad experience I had two $100 gift cards that had never been used, my total was $240 i gave the cashier one of the gift cards and she told me that it was 0 balance I found it to be strange she took the gift card and put on the side of the register so I gave her the second gift card she told me it had $52! I found it to be strange so I told her to go ahead and and used the $52 she took the second gift put on the side of the register.She never asked me if I wanted the gift card back but something told me to ask for them back and with attitude she return the gift card back to me and sure enough when I got home I check if the gift cards had any money and they sure did one card had $100 and the second one had $47 please check balance on your gift cards before shopping.

Love shopping at this location. I live in Chino Hills, but this location is closer to my job. The crew is always delightful, and pleasant, and the Starbucks staff treat me as a valued customer. The store is very, very clean, neat and products are easy to locate.

Went to buy some items for school and experience was ok as I found some items I needed, went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper called cashier to call someone to puts some in the restroom and took 15 min when this Should be regularly checked after it was replaced i used the restroom and guess what no soap to wash my hands!! We are in a Pandemic and there is no sense of urgency with management to get this right please get this one thing down so we can continue to shop at this Target !

Management should have control of their store. People cutting the line thats 30 carts deep and employees just letting them. I guess I know what to do next time.

Fully stocked target get most of my needs in one stop

Apart from Miranda, I had a negative experience in the two visits it took to get my product. The first time, I was shooed away to look for it myself before I did order pickup. When I came back in the afternoon after I chose order pickup, I was given the wrong product and told they might not have it in stock like it said online. Thankfully, Miranda took over and just settled everything for me.

Plenty of parking. situated near the back of the mall, just keep driving and you will hit it. lots of foot traffic but the place is spacious. wish it were a bit easier to get in and out.

Had mostly everything I needed just some things that said they were out of stock or didnt sell here according to the app. and they were stocking all the shelves when I was visiting today.

Great selection of items! They have more variety as compared my go to location in Alhambra.Has a good dollar section right up front.Restrooms are to the left from the entrance. There were only 4 stalls incl 1 handicap stall. It’s pretty tiny in there.Its packed here and they don’t have that many self-checkout registers -only about 4 but 1 wasn’t functioning atm.Aisles were well stocked and clean.

My target app said you have corned beef & Irish soda bread on sale, 10% off. I thought that would be perfect for St. Patrick day. But there was none at the store. An employee helped me look for it, but he could not tell me if they had some & ran out, or if they were expecting more to come in. Very disappointed that you would advertise something you do not carry.

I was not happy with the staff and displays in the middle of the main isles. I am new to this store and location and I am learning the variations of personalities and attitudes. VERY different from my normal area.

Competitive prices with a variety of selection to choose from all departments

I don’t understand why this specific target location takes forever to do your pick up and drive up purchases when other targets will do it in less than an hour when ordered. I ordered 2hours before heading to pick up my purchases and it was still not ready. Worse experience if I would’ve known that they take forever I could’ve just walked in and done the shopping myself.

I appreciate all the measures this store is taking to keep everyone safe during these times

There was a short skinny Hispanic girl with dark hair doing her job mind you. But she never asked what I needed while I was in parking #4. She was busy and she was doing her job. So I did not engage her. But for this place this is the score I gave it. She looked at me several times yet never asked me anything

Staff availability, store cleanliness, and very organized.

Nice size Target plenty of parking shared with LA Fitness and the mall. Restrooms remodeled look really clean. Starbucks located inside along with the deli. Starbucks claims they cannot give grounds out for people to use as fertilizer.

I did a curbside pickup and though everything was there, the employee had no gloves or mask on. As of today every employee is required to have a mask on. Im upset and disgusted that she didnt have PPE equipment on during this horrible pandemic. People need to be aware of the unsafe environment Target has displayed.

My Score is due the Exceptional Purchasing Experience I received from a young man that was actually ending his shift about to go home - But was still kind enough to help me, answers my questions about the TVs and because of that I made a purchase of a TV & DVDs (spent $278.59). Funny thing is, you never really know who youre talking to or helping. A helpful reminder to those who forgot the importance of Customer Service.

Here are some pictures of the baby/toddler boys section of target. I usually go to the East Pasadena Target but they have been having stocking issues with baby products that I need (formula, diapers and baby water). Ive had better luck at this one. But any Target is one of those stores that you go in for one thing and come out with a lot. 😐🙃😯

The employees at Target are so helpful. The fitting room attendant Brenda was very helpful and was going above and beyond to help me. The cashier Bob helped me with my purchases and also was very friendly. He helped me get started on opening a Target Card.

Guest service was horrible, this store compared to others in the same district are bad in guest service never more than 2 or 3 cashiers and no target employee has ever asked if we needed help anytime we have been there.

They do not answer the phone at any department including GUEST SERVICES and any department with a register. Called at 3, see screenshot. Target is too far for me to not check and see if an item is in stock. DO BETTER. This is ridiculous. Unprofessional. Starbucks didn’t even pick up. Do not spend your hard earned dollars here.

I have to say this is a really nice target and I can’t really complain about anything. I loved its how it was really clean, it’s availability of product, Customer Service, and most definitely size.

The restrooms at Target have a lot to be desired. I went to 3 Targets in 4 days. Temple City, Gardena and Culver City ALL of the restrooms were nasty. The store is clean but the facilities are unclean. How must the employees feel having to work in such conditions.

The BEST Target in the 626 area. Generally well-stocked and lower prices than the Alhambra location. Shelves are organized, clean, and the products are easy to find store-wide. Helpful staff are very knowledgeable.

I’m a huge advocate for Targets quality and value. It’s literally my favorite store, however I do wish they would step up their game in product variety and availability so I never have to go to Walmart. It’s usually in household or food items that I am forced to have to go elsewhere because Target is limited in those areas. There’s no reason for that so please Target expand the selection of everyday items.

I have noticed lately that they dont have enough groceries in stock. This morning I went and noticed that they have half empty refrigerators. Several items from my grocery list were missing. I will have to go to a different place to find them. I love Target but I dont find what I need. Wake up management.!!
