This came from your store you have some dishonest people working there .they are Doing fake ad.on Facebook Selling stuff out from this Location. I was to get 2 bed lift. I paid $45.for. This is what I received. The name of the company that I ordered it from was tradendric club . As you can see this has your address & name not the companys name or address and no return address.

I sent a package thru this store, and the package was lost. So, I asked the store staff to file a lost package claim for me. After the claim was issued, I contacted the store again for my refund check. One of the staffs put me on hold for 30 mins and I had to hang up the phone and call them again. Then, the guy promised me he will check my claim in their system and get back to me within an hour, but I never got a call back. I called the store again the next day asking WTH is going on.The guy just told me keep waiting until there is an update. Excellent customer service!
I came here to get a notary done and Mike helped me out. He gave excellent customer service and gave a thumbs up and a smile when I left.The notary was quickly done and the price was reasonable. I didnt need to make an appointment but appointments are available. Ill do any notaries here in the future for the excellent service thanks to Mike!
I came in to ship something simple but expensive and Damien helped me so professionally. He was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and had a really upbeat attitude. Definitely a good employee to have on their team. Which is why I took time to make a review!

READ THIS: I went to the Rosemead UPS Office #4961 to send a care package out to my nephew serving overseas. UPS doesnt send to FPO addresses overseas. I said ok. I totally understand. I just bought a box from them for 9 bucks. I then asked if I could use their tape to tape the box together so I could carry it ready to the post office.-- Sorry we dont lend our tape out. --I said not even a few strips for a US Marine serving overseas? ---his response? --nope! He even smiled at me. My response to UPS?----YOU DISGRACE OUR TROOPS SERVING OUR COUNTRY OVERSEAS. ------Tape costs you nothing----SHAME ON YOU!!!!
I have been to many shipping stores, and I find this store customer service is pleasantly friendly and helpful. Mike, one of the staffs at this store, was very helpful. He helped me with the registration and shipping paper works, which I normally have to do at other stores.
I just wanted to say thank you and give a positive review to the individual who has helped me twice this week. I dont know his name but there is a male employee who I believe is deaf, and has given me great service on two occasions now this week. He seems very happy and willing to help. Now a days people seem to only write negative reviews but I think this deserves acknowledgement. Many people complain they cant find work or they just dont want to work. This person was smiling helpful and gave a thumbs up after he finished helping me, making sure everything was okay. I give him a thumbs up to working in this type of setting which Im sure has its challenges.
All 3 staff members are awesome.

The service went down after the departure of the deaf person who gave excellent service.Besides that the prices are getting high and high every year, the owner of this store should be a greedy person .From last year to this the small mail box I 60 dlls more expensive, now is 240 dlls!.Besides the high prices you have key of the store but they put back of the counter your boxes so what is the use of pay for the service.For this and ather bad things I cancelled
The associates who helped me were very knowledgeable and patient one of the gentleman who helped me was deaf and still he was able to answer my questions.

They must have made some major changes because of all the bad reviews on here do not reflect my last two experiences.Both times I have gone in to return my books to Amazon, and each time I was unprepared. I didnt have them wrapped. I didnt even have the labels cut. The man at the store told me to just hand them over, and he did it all for me. I paid for the box/package and I was on my way, both times!(The second time I just wanted to see if I could get away with it :D)

Rude people working there. They lied when they said its their policy not to give you drop off receipts. Then they want you to feel bad by saying that whatever you are doing will get them fired. Worst customer service ever!!! Stay away....
I can not believe the lack of customer service this store has. Very rude over the phone, I was reading previous comments, and I believe its the same person. He had an Indian accent.
Wow, I just want to ship a package, the price is about 14 dollars, but they charged me 240 dollars on my debit card, and its still not returned to my account. What kind of people made that mistake.
If I could give this place ZERO stars i would. The Indian man that works here has horrible customer service. He yelled at me for not having any tracking information (he didnt even give me a receipt and said he didnt have to) and said I was making him yell at me. Its utterly ridiculous that someone of his poor attitude is running a business.
This place greatly overcharges you. If you print online they have normal prices, but when I went in and printed out 8 black and white pages from my email, they charged me almost 10 dollars. 10 dollars for 8 black and white pages.... I have printed at many USPS, printing is never more than a dollar. They also charge higher for shipping than other UPS in the area.

This UPS store is very bad! The price is much higher than Santa Anitas (3 lb. package, UPS GROUND can be $4 higher!). And the attitude is very bad! When measuring the size of the box, it is obviously 7 inches, not to mention 8 inches! (I think so they can close some prices). Absolutely shameless! ! ! It is highly recommended not to go to this store! ! !
