If you are looking for a level of service often associated with the local implement dealer, look elsewhere. I have purchased 2 Toro snowblowers, one for my company one for home, 2 Stihl trimmers plus attachments, (1 for my cabin) 2 leaf vac/blowers (again 1 for the cabin), 1 Stihl chain saw (cabin) and 1 Toro walk behind mower. They have no idea what my customer history is and couldn’t care less. I asked my wife to take in the leaf blower that I just bought last fall because it was leaking gas. “See what they say,” I said. When she got there she told them it appeared to be leaking, the woman at the counter took it and said they would call. They didn’t find the leak and when I went to pick it up, I was charged $55, “half what they could’ve charged me.” I get how warranty reimbursements work. My wife doesn’t, the average customer doesn’t. I paid it said it was the last time I’d be in, and like the rest of the process, they really didn’t seem to care. Was it criminal? No. But it sure wasn’t customer service, and so if buying local gets you nothing, why pay the higher price? Just get it on the internet and save the money.

Mike (salesman) excellent to work with. No pressure. Made himself available/flexible during this time. Listened to what I needed and clearly explained options. Let me know when he had a mower I could test drive. The paperwork and pick up were simple and Mike helped me get loaded on my trailer. Highly recommend this place.

Super informative and helpful! I had a lawn mower that I recently delivered from AG & Turf and the delivery guy was extremely helpful, he answered all my questions and the lawn mower was setup and ready to go. Then I had another question a few weeks later and he came back out and quickly figured out the issue I was having and resolved it. Very pleased with their service and friendliness!

Scheduled an appointment to fix my JD riding mower. Brought it in and was completed the same day. They even washed my mower! Very pleased.

They are always helpful even when you find out your landscape cart is a JD knockoff!

Dropped off a blower for service. I was later called and quoted a price for considerably more than expected and not worth it for the older JD snowblower. Went to pick it up and was charged $60 for the estimate. That isnt so bad, just wished they had told me that upfront. Then when I got the blower, I was handed a bunch of screws and plates that had been removed. They hadnt bothered to even put the face covers back on. I ended up bringing it to Ace Hardware in Apple Valley. No charge for an estimate. The tech at Ace quoted me a price considerably less than Frontier Ag & Turf (about 1/4 the cost). Plus, he walked me through everything that needed to be done. Overall, I was not impressed. The person who referred me here though said they do good work.

Truck Driver Delivering this Place watch out very bad to back up from crossing street with out help from receiver specially a receiving guy very lazy and rude he wanna driver to unload if you go there watch out (Dan) he is most ignorant receiver I ever seen because of him I will never go this location for John Deer delivery

Friendly staff, and have always been extremely helpful in finding the right parts and answering questions.

The Parts Manager, Mark Nelsen, was very knowledgeable and friendly as he took his time to fully explain all aspects of the Toro snow blower and Stihl Power Washer that I was interested in. I ended up buying the snow blower now and will probably go back next Summer to get the power washer! Other staff members were equally interested in seeing that I had a positive experience at their place of business. I appreciated their dedication and look forward to returning there when I need my units serviced!

I have purchased at least 3 tractors, 3 gators and I dont remember how many lawnmowers and Stihl power equipment from Mike at the Rosemount location but I would not consider anything that was not John Deere or Stihl and I would not go any place else to buy. Mike is great, has great product knowledge and he cares. why would any one go any place else? I do recommend.
