I chose Northland Collision because I wanted to support a small local business instead of a chain, and they were located close to where I live. Someone rear ended me in January and fortunately it wasn’t too bad. Only my fender was damaged in the back. They easily worked with my insurance company and would have worked with the rental car company, however I use a piece of equipment for work that doesn’t easily fit in certain cars so I was concerned about that. Northland thought outside the box instead of adding more stress for me. They got the new bumper, matched the paint and painted it before they put it on. All I had to do was show up and get it put on for a brief wait. I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the rental car and it made things easier for me. They did a great job and my car was put back together again. After all was said and done, they sent me a hand written thank you note for my business! They know how to do it Right! I highly recommend them for their work and they way they do business!

This is the best collision shop around. Duane did a great job on my car - looks like new - and they were fast. They fixed the front of my car in 2 days, where another collision shop said it could take them more than a week. Northland also gave me a free loaner car while they worked on mine. The price was very good. This was altogether a good experience.

This review is based solely on customer service. My business was refused due to the fact that I wouldn’t give them any of my insurance information. I already had the insurance company assess the damage and cut me a check. I was simply there to have my car fixed and pay them to do so. They refused to even look at my car and sent me to another shop. Totally unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Duane and his team are helpful, generous and accommodating. Today I had a small repair that needed attention, he got me in quickly and helped me out. Thank you!

Everyone at Northland Colission was amazing! My vehicle needed a new bumper (from a hit and run). Insurance claim was all handled with no stress. I also needed a rental car. My rental was there when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. My vehicle was done in a day and everything was seamless! They washed my vehicle and it looked brand new!I highly recommend this team, they really know customer service and do a great job fixing your vehicle.

The are super fast, it only took one day to get repair work done on the front bumper of my car! They offer fair pricing and they even cleaned out my car for me, I mean you cant get better service than that! I decided on Northland Collision after I was rear-ended because A) they were a preferred business with the paying insurance and B) they had a high rating on Google and elsewhere. They lived up to the ratings! Very easy to work with, very VERY easy to get a loaner car, my bumper looks fantastic and they unexpectedly cleaned the interior which was a pit due to my two small children. Picking up my car felt like Christmas morning. Thanks for the great customer service and great work!

Top Notch Body Shop! I needed some minor work done on a dent in my passenger side door. I got estimates from 5 different shops in the area. This place stood out among them all. The work done was beyond my expectation and the free loaner car while the work was being done was a pleasant surprise. Will for sure be back for additional body work needs.

Today November 16, 2019 my niece went to Northland collision for an estimate .Subsequent to receiving said estimate it had been forwarded to me for review .I have been in this industry for 30 years . I am a automotive damage appraiser in Connecticut . Memorialized within Northland collisions estimate was time to remove front and rear bumper for repair and paint along with three stage paint .The vehicle in question does not have three stage paint . This fact would be clearly and blatantly obvious to anyone with experience in the automotive collision repair field .Also when removing bumpers from vehicles of this generation there are multiple plastic clips to fasten bumpers to the vehicle . These clips always break in warrant replacement . Northland collision did not have any charge for replacement of clips. This leads me to believe they had no intention of removing the bumpers for paint .The estimator and or management of Northland collision are either stupid or attempting to defraud a woman !!!!!!!

My driver side window had a broken part that needed replacing. I contacted a couple of other places near me and they had asked for double the price from Northland Collision. Northland was reliable and courteous and after dropping off my car to get it worked on, I went to lunch, got three bites into my burger, and got a call saying it was ready. Theyre quick too!

My car was hit while parked and of course I wanted it returned to perfect condition, despite the fact that its 15 yo. I admit to choosing Northland simply because its close to work..but the first time I contacted them, they were so nice! From estimate through completion, the customer service was awesome. My car was fixed in the timeframe promised. It looks amazing. Having ones car damaged is never fun, but Northland made it easy and their team made it pleasant. And my car has never looked better...they even cleaned the inside!

My car recently went to northland collision for repairs after an accident. They were prompt and very communicative through the entire process . We then had an additional problem to be addressed soon after I got my car back from them and they were able to take it in and repair it same day with a loaner SAME DAY where I didn’t have to be put out or disrupt my day . I highly recommend using northland collision for your auto body needs .

Good customer service starts with the the owner. Very unhelpful. Went to Apple Valley Collision instead and received prompt and courteous service.

Estimate was double what I received from other shops. This place looks like its preying on older clients and insurance companies. Also, when I asked if I could provide my own OEM parts to reduce the cost I was cursed out of the shop. Would never recommend.

I needed my bumper repaired after a friend backed into me. They got me a quote super quick. I got three quotes from other places, and they were the most affordable. And they have free loaners (which helped tremendously since my friend wanted to avoid an insurance claim)! My van was done the same day I dropped it off. So very happy with their work. And they even super cleaned the INSIDE, which was a very nice touch! I would recommend northland to ANYONE who needs vehicle body work. Hopefully I wont have a reason to visit them again, but if I do, I will be back!

Have taken my cars here a couple of times over the years due to people hitting me while playing on their cell phones. Northland has always repaired my car very well and in a timely manner. I would recommend them if you have some body work that you need done.

Just a few days after our son was born we were rear ended, we brought our Honda Odyssey van to northland and they were amazing! They handled everything!! We were so thankful as we were going through a lot with our premature son. Not only Did they do an amazing job on our van they cleaned the inside for us (we have three children so that was beyond amazing)! My dad takes all of his cars here when needed we have nothing but great things to say.

The cost was about $1k (25%) cheaper than LaMettrys quote. Talking with Duane was also a great experience as I didnt have to wait and I was talking to the guy in stead of the guy underneath the guy underneath the guy who spent 2 days training with the guy underneath the guy. Talking with Duane you can also tell that he knows his stuff and will do right by you. Also, whoever cleaned my car is amazing as it must have been handwashed as they got tar off of the bottom sides of my car that had been there forever. They also cleaned the inside of my car which was overdue so once again both props to whomever did that and sorry for the mess that it was. Considering that most people are interacting with auto repair companies at a poor time after an unexpected accident having a great team with impeccable customer service and experience to be there for you during that time is an awesome thing to have especially in an urban retail landscape. Very happy with my experience and definitely recommend!

I really really like this place; staff very friendly, professional HOnest; Thas rare to find now days with auto shops; I was very stress out when my front bumper was mashed; and I had to talk to insurance people making things complicated for me; originally insurance sent me to another auto shop that I didn’t like; they had to many red flags, as soon as I called Northlad collision I spoke to Mr. BOb super nice, very professional, he told me don’t worry we are going to take care of everything; which they did!!!! They dealt with insurance; Even when I went to drop off the car and brought my 4 yrs son that is very busy: they still were nice friendly seemed to really care👍👍👍 i got my suv back within 3 days, and they left my car like nothing ever happen to it!!! even looks shinier; than before!!! I will never go there again and, or recommend anyone either to go there !My 1st car, the passenger mirror was damaged (Insurance claim) they did a good job, but Jesus christ, it took them 2.5 weeks !I decided to give them a 2nd chance, as I had a car accident, that damaged the pumper and other stuff. I showed the guy there the obvious damaged, but he did not even care at all as he was busy taking photos ! I raised the concerns about one of the maffliers (Exhaust) were not leveled out with the other one.They got the car fixed, and when I went to pick it up the car, it was a shock !!They put a new one, but way worse than after the accident, and hanging out from the pumper where anyone would questioning what in hell was that !The excuse was, the repair guy had to go somewhere and rushed fixing the car !? They worked on it again, and the same issue again. I called the insurance, and I forced them to take it to MB (I had C300) to get it fixed.The dealer found multiple issues that were not fixed and re-fixed other stuff as well (The insurance Rep was there as well before they do any repair).Scam is what they do period !

I thought my truck looked good when I got it home, but then the paint started to bubble. I took it back and they said they only repaired part of the door that was smashed. The part with the rust on the bottom they only painted. Now the paint bubble is spreading like cancer. Not good. They didnt call me to tell me there was rust. They only painted over it.

I wish I could review Northland Collision as a 5+ star establishment. After getting into an accident the day before starting my first job out of college, Northland was able to work with me to get a loaner so I would be able to commute to and from work and also had the work done in less than a week! The amount of damage done to my car rendered it un-drivable, I was expecting it back in 10+ days or even it be totaled out. Northland Collision was able to make my vehicle look better than pre-accident status. The one thing I was worried about was the paint not blending due to my vehicle being from Florida and the amount of sun bleach that was done to the paint in the last 10 years... but Northland did an outstanding job, I cant see any differentiation. Their warranty and estimated parts/cost list is given to you upon pick up and with impeccable customer service. I am glad we chose to go with Northland to fix my SUV. Thank you Northland Collision for all of your hard work and time, I am ecstatic with the work that was one so well!

Good, fast quality and trustworthy service

These guys are awesome. An elderly man had backed into my car in the parking lot. The damage was a big crack about 18 long and scratched the paint in the shape of the bumper corner. I got the damage estimated by Allstate, they did not factor in paint blending. Allstate sent me a check for about $640. The damage totaled about $1070. I took it in to northland on Wed afternoon, they did all the contact work with the insurance including calling enterprise for a loaner car. We discussed time frame for the work. By Friday 1130 they had my car ready for me and all I had to do was sign the Allstate check over to them, they got the balance directly from allstate. Car looks great, service was customer oriented and speedy repair was much appreciated. Great job northland! Ps. And I just got a thank you for your business card in the mail today.:-)
