Thank you Justin! I received more help in 15 minutes from Justin at the Rosemount, MN location than I have ever received at any other T-Mobile store. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew so much about their plans and the various phones that the store carries.Very impressed. I will be going back tomorrow to add two lines and purchase two new Galaxy S21s. Thanks again Justin!
I went there today to buy 4 new apple phones. I really couldnt believe the two guys working today . Could not do simple math on how to make it better or worse to stay with Sprint . Looks like I am staying with sprint ! Wowza. I will never go to a franchise store again.
I went there this past Saturday to get on a phone plan with my boyfriend. My sister had to be there because of the fact that I was on her plan previously. She was still technically on a sprint plan so she decided to also change her plan to a tmobile plan. We ended up spending over four hours trying to accomplish this. Then to find out that the plans were set up wrong and my boyfriend is on my sisters account and somehow I am on an account by myself. How were we there for over four hours and the plans are completely messed up. We were completely clear about what we wanted! Will never return to the Rosemount location!!!
Check how long they are open on sat sept 4. open til 8. got there at six. people locked the doors and wouldnt let us in, help us or anything. 3 employees standing around-they said they were closed because of lack of help. really-no customers 3 employees. I call Bullsh......... I wont be back to that store. went to apple valley-busier than ever, but at least they let me in and acknowledge me-telling me the wait was long and I was on the list. I was happy to be greeted by a customer service rep-a reliable adult person with information and people skills.
So glad we chose to go to the Rosemount location instead of Apple valley!! Not nearly as busy and the customer service experience is way better. We had the pleasure of working with Jacob and another guy and they made everything super easy and we were in and out pretty quickly!!
Very friendly and personable.. had to wait awhile due to not making an appointment but that’s pretty typical anywhere you go, especially a phone store. JJ and Cynthia were so nice and quick to get me in and out while setting up a new phone plan with T-Mobile. They advised I can come back with any issues and they will assist. 😊

JJ and Claudia were excellent, helped me solved the issues, they were polite, friendly and went out of the way to make sure I left happy.
2 employees, none were busy, neither helped. We wanted to replace the screen protector and they didn’t even check to see if they had one. We asked if they could check other stores and they said we should check ourselves!!!!! Then why tf would they have workers if they’re not going to do their JOB!
On 5/10 @ 3:20 pm I walked into this place. All the workers were busy. After 10 mins I left. At no point was I acknowledged by staff in any way, not even eye contact. I felt invisible. Not recommended.
They closed 2 hrs earlier than was posted. Employee stated they were understaffed
Very disappointed with the service. I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. I waited for 15 min and no one is available to assist my question. What is the point of creating an appointment system then? Well I asked my question regarding Iphone 12 special offer (which is literally show at top of every Iphone 12 page on Apple.com), the staff is very confused and keep asking questions like I am lying about this offer. And I need to go to the website to show the exact page so they start to believe me. Then no one is able to help with this special deal. The staff said they will contact the territory manager about this and cc in my email. I received the email that afternoon. 3 days later, guess what? No follow up! No body cares. I am being treated like an idiot.
Employees are rude and inexperienced.

The staff was excellent, My phone did not receive incoming calls. I had the setting checked and new software uploaded. Phone was tested and is working great ever since. I even asked for help installing a few Apps. The Staff was more than helpful and I will be coming back to this store for my next purchase. Thank you

Came in today to start a family plan and had a terrific experience. Rodger was great and worked very hard at getting us set up even with our slightly confusing situation of taking a phone and number off of an existing account to our new one. Very happy with level of service would absolutely recommend using the Rosemount location

Dennis, Anthony and Doug were a tremendous help to us and provided great customer service. They were very good about going through our plan and helping us to pick the right one for us. Then they did a lot to help us get familiar with our new phones and helped us pick the accessories. I would highly recommend them.

Please BE AWARE that this location is not a corporate Sprint Store. Any issues you experience will not get resolved. Poor customer resolution. Ive been dealing with unresolved billing issues for past 4 months and because they are not a corporate store, my issues are still pending resolution. They owe me over $200 in credits that keep going up each month. Purchase from Sprint Corporate Stores and NOT from this retail outlet.
These guys are fantastic. Dennis and Anthony were in when my dad and I stopped and they were incredibly helpful, friendly and hilarious. They make upgrading to a new phone super slick. Even amused my dad with the bluetooth speakers while we waited for his info to transfer to his new phone. These guys have my business for sure! And people werent kidding, they have fabulous beards!
Every thing has changed since Ive worked their and Ive loved the changes that happend I like the current store manager I get along with her and I like the current district manager Paul rister I got along with him when I was their he was more understanding and was very nice to me hope to go back very soon
Very helpful in straightening out the mess that Best Buy made with our phones. Should have started with them in the first place. Doug and Anthony were great and helpful would highly recommend letting them help you with any problem
This sprint store is THE best! All the guys that work here are super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us get new phones and change our plan. They also all have really great beards! Doug helped us along with the store manager. Cant say enough good things about these fanatstic bearded men that sell cell phones! Shop here and you wont be disappointed.

I did not visit this location but visited the Eagan location run but this entity. Was waited on by a guy who claimed to work at this location:Felt the public should be aware of the service given by the guy who was trained in this store and here it is....Horrible experience at this location (Eagan) today. Went in shortly afternoon hoping to return to Sprint after a few years absence. Had six lines to transfer. Guy working was from the Rosemount store and was upfront that he did not know his way around. Should have scared my friend and I off but he went to work. We gave him some information and we had to leave to get some things done. He forgot to give me my ID back so had to go back and retrieve it Came back shortly after and he really was no where on the deal. But he went to work and called into Sprint. Asked for my ID again and then misplaced it. He told me he had not asked for it but after some searching found that he had it on the desk. I was told I was approved for 5 lines but I reminded him I needed six so he had to call again and run my credit a second time then he Needed all phones so had to run to St Paul to pick up a couple of them. When I returned I expected to finish the deal. He instead was caught up on the phone with Sprint and was arguing with them that he was being given the run around. Finally he handed the phone over to me and it was going on 5:30 PM. Got on the phone and was asked all the same questions by a Sprint representative that spoke poor English and was obviously speaking into a microphone and I couldnt understand a word and kept having to ask him to repeat. I received a warning from Credit Karma that Sprint had run my credit three times by now and I mentioned that. While I was speaking to him a guy walked in a Medieval cape and kilt and started waiting on customers. Completely bizarre scene! In the sake of time I asked him to to get a manager and after a long wait a lady named Mary came on with a thick accent. When I repeated that I wanted an English speaking representative she said I would have to deal with her. I hung up. Five hours and nothing but wasted time. My friend had not eaten or drank anything all day and was frustrated. He had stayed there and also witnessed many people walking out unhelped during the time we were there. As we were leaving no thank you for coming in or for apology for wasting our time. Mary called from Sprint again as we were in the lot. I unloaded on her and she hung up on me in the process. If I could give this store and Sprint 0 Stars I would!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Poor customer service! Had to be on the phone for hours just to fix their mess up! One star is too generous! Got my phones online and they told me to return them (cause they made a mistake) and so they could make commission, I assume! After 2 hours on the phone I got it fixed. Just ridiculous!

A few weeks ago my iphone started to act up and reset it self. I was super annoyed about it. I called the Sprint store in Apple Valley and the guy I spoke with said that I would either have to wipe my phone clean or go to an Apple store, neither of which I was willing to do. So, I called the Rosemount Sprint store hoping they would be more helpful. I spoke to a girl whose name I forgot, told her my situation and she basically said it’s an easy fix, I just needed to update my software. Well, I tried doing that on my own computer and it didn’t work. On my lunch break I went to the store and told her I was having difficulty. She helped me out and was going to do the software update for me. I left my phone there 20-30 minutes, ran a quick errand and came back. She said that the update wasn’t working and that they would have to wipe my phone clean but insisted that I wouldn’t lose anything on my phone. I had to go back to work at this point and she said that they will fix my phone and after I was done working I could come back. I came back when I got off work and she had bad news. My phone wouldn’t hold a charge, and was completely dead and the update didn’t work. I told her I was not against getting an upgrade if I had too. I ended up getting the iPhone 8plus since I was eligible for an upgrade. I only had to pay $32 for an activation fee, the guy that helped me (whose name I forgot as well) after the girl was just as friendly. I spent an hour there which was unexpected. But they were both extremely helpful and friendly. And I didn’t lose anything on my phone.

Poorest customer service sprint will loose customers because of this location. Waited 10 minutes then were told she didnt know how to fix our problem. Then told us as new people walked into the store that she needed to help them and we would have to wait 15 more minutes. I declined called sprint and my problem was fixed in 5 minutes. Poorly trained in knowledge and customer service. If I was sprint I would take away this third party vendor.
