Samantha at Cub foods was a HUGE help for me. I was in a rush trying to make it home for a work meeting and Samantha took the time to explain in detail where I could find everything I needed within 5 minutes. She had a great smile and went above and beyond. Cub is lucky to have an employee such as her!

Bought Dole 10oz 50/50 salad mix yesterday and it was all slimy. Dated fresh for 2 more days. They were also selling Mrs. Gerrys coleslaw $1.00 off but it was past its expiration date by a week. Quality has really suffered during the pandemic. I can tell they are understaffed.

When it comes to conducting a liquor sampling at this location, the bar is not in an ideal spot. Beautiful tasting bar, however. Awesome selection of product to choose from. I would sample and purchase from here again.

Check the dates on your food! Have gotten multiple things lately past date by over a week and dont realize until I get home.

Decent and clean. Employees need to watch their language a bit more. Younger employees seem to need more direction from Supervisor staff as they are generally gathering in together chatting. Fair pricing and great produce section.

OK grocery store. Decently clean and staff here are pretty average. My biggest issue is frequently running out of food, even. Im in foods like meat, bread, rice, fruits, etc. Sometimes there are pretty long lines, especially at peak times, but usually its pretty quick. Prices are average and the Cub card doesnt save you much, but the fuel discount at Holiday is good.

I shop here all the time as I live close by. I am usually a night shopper as there are less people and the staff are friendlier. During the day however a vast majority of the shoppers are older folks. This would be the only reason I would have to take a star away. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, except the fact that I am a young person and I don’t know if that’s the reason but I am treated very poorly by the older folks that shop here and It’s bad enough that I won’t even come here until after 7 anymore.

Ive shopped at cub my whole life and like supporting a MN brand. CUB has improved there services deals and structures over the last couple years and you cant beat the manager specials in the meat department. Produce is always fresh and prices in general are more affordable than hivee.

Use your Cub rewards. Get those coupon discounts. They run specials like most. Just they have been upping their game. Produce looks nice. Juicery gone. Meat dept carries what I need. Deli has been revamped.

Stopped at Walmart down the road for a few grocery items only to find carts lined up 10 Deep at the checkout Lanes and 20 deep at the self-checkout. Abandon all hope ye who enter here. So I headed down the road to Cub. They had everything I needed and no crowds. Prices are slightly higher than Walmart but definitely worth every penny to get in and get out without having to set up an anger management therapy session

Remodel complete. Better produce section. A fresh juice section. Refreshed the deli area. They have a new little sandwich and coffee type shop with seating for breakfast or lunch. Prices are up but with the CUB card you get the coupon prices and discounted gas.

The cashiers are always so friendly and helpful. Their products are high class and their prices are affordable. Recommended.

BEST Cub Ive been in. SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff who consistently go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. With the free fruit and cookies for kids to keep them distracted while I shop, its a home run every time !

Im just leaving cub and Im disappointed with the service I received. I regularly go to the Hastings cub and love the service I ge . Theyre always upbeat and happy. First of all, I realized my cucumbers were MOLDY when I went to check out and I asked for new ones. The worker seemed upset when asked if she could get mrw new ones. Second, my self check out errors and a worker stood by me for a couple.minutes not noticing until I asked him. The register broke so I went to a different lane. I lost 5.55 worth of discounts because the worker was not sure how to fix it. Not impressed with any of the interactions I had or the service I received.

This is a great cub! Last time I came here I got flowers for my friend who had just had a baby. I found a couple beautiful bouquets and the cashier in the floral departmebt helped me cut and arrange them in a vase. I could tell it wasnt exactly his forte, but he did a great job and really tried. They looked beautiful and he even put them in a box with colorful tissue paper and wrapped them nicely for transporting. My friend loved them!

Good place to shop. Like another reviewer said check the expiration dates on the dairy especially the sour cream. Always good deals and one thing these and others need to realize is that please have more than one lane open. Not everyone wants to check themselves out. It doesnt save us anything

Avoid going here is you are a pleasant and happy person who tends to say hi or smile at people. One woman even had the audacity to huff at me and give me a look when she came around the corner into the aisle I was leaving as I said excuse me with a smile. I said youre going to have to see me in the next aisle dummy. Grumpiest place on earth - but my checkout lady was very sweet and that helped.

Rosemount Cub, how I like and loathe you.After moving from near Cedar and my home Cub, Im now significantly closer to this location.That being said, unless Im only getting a small number of things, I still drive to the Cub on Cedar.The store layout makes no sense to me and nothing is where it should be.That being said, its still good quality and the service is friendly.

Pros: Cheap. Produce is good. Solid normal grocery store. Fresh meat selection is so so. They are nice to the community, hosting fundraisers for local teams.Cons: No baggers.

Expensive compared to other grocery stores. Need their card for everything or you pay more!!! Liked it better when you could just go in and shop without the damn card! If you had a card for every store that had one you would have room in your wallet or on your key ring! Not going back!!

Quality of vegetables, meat and bakery items is very good. Only complaint is the price. The price is way too higher than other grocery stores around.

I like cub Food Stores because they have reasonable prices with a lot of selection in the international market. If there is something they dont have all you have to do is talk to her manager and if they can they will get it for you. For example, I love grilled brussel sprouts that were in California grocery marts, but I didnt see them in Minnesota, I requested it and they have it, excellent customer service

Good quality and selection. Produce is almost always well stocked and fresh. I can always find what I need - even on sale items, unlike Hy-Vee that ALWAYS seems to be out of stock on their sale stuff. I usually self checkout, but the cashiers I have dealt with have always been very helpful and friendly to me. I work in the area, and am grateful that I can shop here late in the evening, quickly get what I need, self-checkout, and go home with no issues. They only lose a star because prices on non-sale items have gone up significantly in the past few years compared to other stores like Aldi or Walmart or even Target; Cub is not necessarily the value store it once was. But still a very solid, no-BS place for groceries in my view. 4 stars from me.

Twice now the bakery has come through for us with custom decorated birthday cakes. For the last two years my daughter had a theme that I couldn’t find a cake for with any of the local bakeries normal selections. Dropped off some example pics of the general idea and the bakery staff nailed it. Thanks Cub Bakery staff!!

Theres always something on sale! Ive tried many other grocery stores, yes you can find cheaper prices at smaller chains that require a deposit for a cart, but I know what I buy wont spoil, will last through its expiration date and where it came from. Also, if you download the Cub app you get the rewards number instantly so you can get the advertised sale prices. Some cashiers wont share this information with you.

The Rosemount Cub is the WORST Cub in the area. Their produce department is so poorly run I cant recommend anyone shopping here. Items are hardly ever stocked. And if they are, its so close to the sell by date its not worth buying. Ive seen items at or past sell by constantly. Go to HyVee or a different Cub instead.

I dont even know where to begin. I dont normally leave reviews, but this time, this really got to me... It was around 11 oclock. My friend and I just got off work and went to cub to grab a snack.. We are both teenagers, but were mature and respectful. We walked in the store, talking amongst ourselves quietly but this is where things go bad... We noticed these two older employees... We figure out that these two employees were watching our ever move.. This made us really uncomfortable. Keep in mind that we were just walking through the store, looking for food. Not creating a scene or anything. One of the employees (named either Sharron or Shannon) then approached us. She stopped us while we were looking for food and accused us right off the bat of being suspicious.. We politely told her that we just got off work and was looking for something to eat. She would not listen to us and proceeded to follow us around and listen to our conversations.. These conversations were fairly private between my friend and I and it was EXTREMELY rude of her to be listening to us.. She even was butting in with her own comments on OUR conversation... This is where we gave up.. We were really offended that she was profiling us like this so we just grabbed a soda and went to the self checkout.. She then even commented on our purchases and told us she would call the cops... Why? We were respectful, paying customers... This was unacceptable and will be in contact with the store manager tomorrow

Today I was very disappointed with my cashier! She made a negative comment regarding some fruit I was purchasing, by saying it was to expensive and it was more than she made an hour. To top things off It was very difficult to get to my purchase due to the associate who was putting away a purchase for an online purchase. She had the cart exactly where I needed to go to bag my stuf. Not happy with customer service today.

Disappointed I been stopping to get lunch the last few days a snacker roll from deli. Today it was missing the Salami and the ham was very fatty.

My go-to place most of the time - there have been many improvements lately including expanded deli offerings and reorganization of inventory that makes more sense. Sure - it gets busy at peak hours but the staff make good effort to open new lanes and provide help as they are able.

Great place to buy your groceries

I work a late shift and i do my grocery shopping after work. On 8/4/17, 2am. I stood at the checkout for what seemed to be forever with no one in sight. Seedless grapes were not ringing up which needed a employee login.Long story short I had approximately $100 of groceries to be paid for. If it wasnt for the fact that another customer seen me waiting and grabbed the employees stocking shelves Im sure I would have waited for hours to pay for my groceries. Yes, i could of gone to find someone, but why not hold out and wait to see if our casher has abandoned her post or stepped away to help someone. Lets be patient i said to my self. When she returned, she did not even apologize for the wait or look at me. Such unsatisfactory work performance by this individual. I like Cub and will continue to shop but matters like this will get swept under a rug. Shame the employees down the aisle took responsibility for her shortcomings and apologize for her.What would you have done? Walk away and not pay or take it and go? A testament to ones true character.

They always seem to be out of whatever Im looking for. Ask the staff and they say I dont know we just dont order enough what is sad is that you cant get a number to even complain to Supervalu . Very sad from such a long standing institution!

This cup location has stepped up its game in order to compete with Hy-Vee and ALDI which are both within a couple of miles. The deli does a pretty good job and I would recommend them for a quick stop in at lunch. The fresh meat selection still leaves a bit to be desired. The fresh produce section has been greatly improved. This location is prone to running out of popular items on a regular basis. They seem to have a bit of trouble keeping the shelves stocked. Probably still working to optimize their turns based on Rosemount population growth. Always plenty of parking at this location.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT CUB FOOD IN ROSEMOUNT MINNESOTA. DATE SEP 11 2017 AT 1 PM. VERY RUDE YOUNG MAN BEHIND COUNTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER. WAS TRYING TO RENT STEAMER. HE MADE A RUDE FACE JESTER WHEN I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO RENT STEAMER. THEN THREW BOOK AT ME TO FILL OUT. JUST REAL RUDE BEHAVIOR. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CUB AGAIN.

Rosemount Cub is always clean and well lit and maintained. Open 24 hours (pharmacy hours differ) Staff is courteous and helpful and customer service is excellent. Pharmacy is also top notch but could stand to extend their hours a bit. Produce section recently downsized a bit but still a decent selection that is always fresh. Deli and bakery are busy during the day and have a good selection of prepared foods. Typical box grocery store meat department with average selection of good quality meats. Carts are always available and in good condition (Havent yet grabbed a cart at this store that has that one obnoxious wheel that pulls hard to the left... you know the cart I mean... lulz) This store does get busy on the weekends and at quittin time weekdays, plan accordingly. 10 year Rosemount resident recommended! 👍

Dont go here if you have kids. I just had to tell off a cashier for shaming a mom with a crying child. The mom was already in tears and this employee felt the need to say something nasty about her.

I would only use this cub foods for getting quick items - lanes are always backed up - not enough cashiers - Deli never has enough staff during peak times - long waits - never has enough chicken made in the deli. Hopefully new management soon...

Easy to find things, quick and easy.

I have shopped at this Cub Foods location since it opened. I have often been frustrated by the lack of check out options and was excited when they opened 4 self serve aisles. This is one of three grocery shopping options available within 2 miles of my home. 1 of two 24 hour options. Even though this is the closest I will take the extra time to drive farther. The customer service seems non-existant at times. Unacceptable. I would recommend you take a couple extra minutes and drive to the nearby HyVee.

Looked their doors 10 minutes earlier refused to let me and another customer in to grab a single item and the employee was overall extremely rude and demeaning.

Closing on Dec 24th at 4 pm.Closed on Dec 25.Opening on Dec 26th at 6 am.

We have gone to this Cub for almost for 3 years and it keeps getting busier, while they keep reducing staff and depending on self checkout to handle most of it.Everytime I go here, it is long lines because they have self check out open with maybe one or two cashiers. They never call for extra people at register when they are busy, which it is all the time and Cubs normally call extra help up front other departments to reduce the wait when it is busy.The last few months, they have had tons of random product space on shelves empty. The missing products area always one I would never think of a grocery story not having, which causes a second trip somewhere elsewhere to get the items. I dont understand why you see people stocking shelves down almost every aisle when you go there but areas of products area not filled at all. My last trip, tons of the yogurt brands just had empty shelf space, even though 2 employees were in the same aisle stocking dairy that were already mostly full. Why wasnt at least one of the employees stocking the half empty yogurt section instead of helping the other one fill small product shelf holes?I have never seen this kind of management, when I have worked at a Cub Foods for my first job 20 years ago and shopped at Cub locations ever since.

Nothing special here. Kind of a last resort. Wish they had baggers to help with groceries. Looking forward to the arrival of the new hy-vee
