Great local hardware store. Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely look here before going to the big box stores.

Majorly great customer service. Called in for a potential home delivery when I was unsure if I was in their delivery range- Tyler was immediately helpful and made it happen. Above and beyond, would recommend this store to anyone.

You arent wandering around looking for something and hoping you might find an employee. The minute you walk in you are assisted and since I never know where I need to go this is my go to store. Far better than wandering around a huge superstore. In and out, done. Love this place!

The staff here are amazing! Every worker asked if I needed help when I walked in, so I found what I needed right away. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were!

Pelliccis is my favorite place to shop for all my hardware needs. They have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever dealt with at a hardware store. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and asked if I need help finding anything. The store is clean and organized and the employees are willing to do extra work to get you what you need. I have placed special orders through them with no trouble at all, and the item came in four days sooner than expected. I have also asked them for a snow shovel in July (mine had broken last winter and i didnt want to be caught without one) and the employee went into the back and brought me out the one I had requested. I always stop by Pelliccis first when taking on any project. BTW, if you need a good shovel, the one in the picture has been my favorite one so far.

So glad this store replaced the hardware store that was here. I missed having a small store to go to when the first one closed. I hate going to Menards and Home Depot unless i have no other choice. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Love this store!

Stellar service every time! Ive been in numerous times for random questions and they are always able to help me. I love the small town feel and the assortment of products they carry. They dont carry junky products like some other big name stores. Great store all around!

Always helpful. And while they may not have 17 different types of plungers and be slightly more expensive than the big box home improvement stores the level of service more than makes up for it. Plus, its nice to support a locally-owned business.

I would not recommend shopping here if you care about getting sick. We always try to shop locally and have been shopping here even though we notice that employees tend to be cold and unhelpful when we come in with a mask. Recently, despite MN being in the midst of a COVID surge, they allowed two men in the store without masks, greeted them enthusiastically, and said nothing. If they dont care about their community why should we care about them and their business?

So excited to always support local town stores but I am finding it harder than i thought. Service stellar but for the times I have been in (and hoping a fluke but keeps happening) they did not have needed items in stock. Most recently out of basic furnace filter 16x20x1. Expecting more in 3 days. Needed a toliet part -they could order it. needed single pane window and screen repaired. Was told “perhaps” guy would be in midweek.was told try Rosemount Glass. I went to directly to Apple Valley Ace.Service and repair if I waited in the spot. Have not run into stuff not in stock ever, at AV location. But I so value local will but on time crunch situations less likely to go a Rosemount first. The former Rosemount hardware seemed to have better gauge of perhaps the ages of houses (from old to new builds) and never ran out of basic hardware fittings or filters etc. one reason we ALWAYS frequented it. Just saying... I hope the “P” hardware family reads this review.

I did a curbside pick up order today, they came out and loaded my car faster than I could even blink. The “your order is ready” email took longer than expected, but I was not in a rush for my items, overall very satisfied with today’s service.Back track about a month ago, my husband & I went into Ace for some items, we proudly wore masks - I have to agree with some other comments - that virtually no Ace employees were wearing masks & no effort to safeguard the check out area, you’d think a hardware store could easily whip up a plexiglass shield at the register. #decreasethespreadLastly, I love that we have a small, local hardware store that ALWAYS has what I need, I will continue to shop at Ace!

Awesome little local hardware store! If youre doing a project they probably have what you need. A surprisingly large and diverse inventory for a small store. You will always be met at the door by a person to help you immediately. Pretty much the opposite of the experience you would have at one of the big home improvement stores. Go! Patronize these guys! Its really nice to have a hardware store in town.

Choose Home Depot or another hardware store if you want to maintain adequate social distancing, use carts that are disinfected and interact with employees that are masked. They had what I needed, but my health is important too.

The guys here are a bit invasive but very helpful nonetheless. Good store with good products and availability.

Pellicci in Rosemount seems to always have what I need. I am so happy they are in town. I love supporting smaller businesses and their staff is so knowledgeable and unlike the Big Box retailers, there is always someone at the door to greet me and help me find exactly what I am looking for...

Weve waited too long to get a hardware store back in town!Attention People of the area!Dont waste this opportunity by going to the big box stores to save several dollars here and there! True! Ace will not be able to compete against them on larger items, but consider it the cost of supporting a local business and helping to keep a hardware store here in town!Keep in mind, if you dont see it on the shelves, they can have it there in a day or two for you.Lets help them stick around for a long time!

First time here since the covid outbreak. The store is not taking safety precautions, such as employees wearing masks, and limiting the number of customers inside the store. No plastic shields at the checkout like you see at Menards. No way to social distance in the store. The place was so crowded that I left without buying what I came in for.
