I have called twice left a message and I haven’t received a call back. Guess there no good on call backs. I have used them before and after they fixed my washer about 4 months later it broke again so I bought a new one. Now I need them again and I get no service on there end. Guess I’m go out spend my money else where.

They came our and told me it was rollers on my dryer. Charged me 100 for parts up front and told me theyd be back Monday- wed of following wk. Wednesday I called them and asked when they’d be coming and was told Next day. Next day got a call from them saying they’d be there between 1-5pm. Waited all day and no call, no show. The following day i called and spoke with office staff explaining no one came and all of a sudden man gets on phone and say ma’am ma’am this is ridiculous your husband didn’t tell you we came out and fixed dryer. I explained i have no husband and then was placed on hold after he argued back and forth a bit, then was told they apologized they had wrong address and had taken a wrong turn. I told them i wanted them to come out now because id taken a day off yesterday waiting for them. They came out to tell me that now not only was it my rollers but i also needed a new drum. They left my dryer apart and told me theyd be back. Exited. Later i called another company who came out and told me nothing wrong wirh drum or rollers it was actually belt going out and needing replacement. I called Rosenberg appliance back and informed them since they’d done no work i wanted my money back. They gave me my 100.00 back and i will never recommend or do business with them again.
I have been in business for over 20 years, if I would treat people the way I got treated at this place, I dont think I would still be in business today, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, GARY OHL, GARYS Quality plumbing
I went to purchase a part and the salesman was very customer service oriented and informative. He also gave me some valuable information on how to replace the part myself in less than 30 minutes. I am a 58 year old grandma who fixed her own dryer with Rosenberg Appliances free customer service. The lady on the phone is very unprofessional. Was getting impatient with my husband whom called regarding these washing machine and dryer we spent 600$ on that isnt functioning properly. Very unprofessional. They dont keep their words to their appointments to come out and fix things.
Its been a good experience twice, first it was my washing machine and got it fixed same day then 2 or 3 years later my dryer stopped working and the guy there was very honest and told me that it will cost me the same to repair this old one or to buy a new one.
We called and scheduled a service call between 4 and 6pm on January 26, 2021. No one called or showed up.UPDATE: a tech showed up the next day around 12 and left when asked to provide more than a dirty t-shirt as Identification.

They installed the microwave incorrect and then when I calledthem to come out they did not come out worst company ever if you need work dont hire these guys. I could have done what they did myself
Passing by and saw a bbq smoker on a trailer. Called to see if it was for sale but it wasnt. The guy that answered was friendly and polite.

Very poor scheduling practices and customer service. Repair tech was to arrive between 9-12 on a weekday morning. Took off work without pay that morning. Called at 9:45 AM to confirm arrival before noon, and was told tech could not make it until later. Was then offered Saturday morning slot for 9-12, assured I would be first on the schedule, but still wouldn’t confirm a more definitive ETA. Would give them zero (or fewer) stars for combative attitude if I could! If you are a working, schedule bound individual, move on to another company.
Wanted to ask a simple question but, they hung up on me and would not answer the phone after that. They seem not to want to help unless its about money. Very poor customer service. I was going to buy a appliance but I asked if they would take the old one if I bought one from them. But it never got that far because they hung up and would not answer. I had 2,000 dollars to spend on a fridge and dryer. But its their loss.
