In the midst of a pandemic the store had great deals. I managed to find a lot of great merchandise at 50% off. Thanks for allowing us to still be creative and budget friendly.

I found amazing deals on very expensive coloring books! They didnt ring up correctly at the register, but the time it took to correct the problem was no issue. They also had lots of sales/clearance so it looked as though they were prepping for new stock.Excellent deals here.

Went shopping for a birthday present and got great help finding what I needed. Easy in-and-out shopping and customer service.

The reason for the rating is because the staff is inconsistent with their customer service. Some staff members are amazing, presenting excellent knowledge of various crafting types, the layout of the store and generally helpful and kind; like Asia- shes top notch! However a few visits have left me decently disappointed as members of the staff were unaware of promotions and store layout and even though I was having a hard time getting things out of the cart at the register (I was trying to balance my crutches, the electric shopping cart and work around the Covid-19 plastic barrier) instead of offering help (which I would have been grateful for) they seemed to get annoyed at the length of time it was taking me.

Its an OK store. Its got a lot of things you may need and a lot of things you may not. Whats so bad is the restroom. Everytime I see it, it looks very bad. Toilet seat just hanging on, urinal loose on the wall and needs new caulking, paper towels wide open and looking bad and the soap dispenser just covered in plastic. I think nobody there wants to do anything about it.

The staff are helpful and its clean and organized. Not much selection of anything except flowers and baskets but its decent.

Tons of variety just wish it had a few more options in items

Not impressed. I needed a certain white yarn. There was one left that didnt have a label and was torn apart. I asked for it to be discounted and it was a flat no. I have never had that happen at any other store. Generally if a customer is willing to buy damaged goods, most places are willing to sell for less just to get rid of it. Pretty poor business and customer service.

Small not a lot of stuff.

I had a picture with broken glass and the young lady was very nice. Repaired it within 20 minutes

Found just about everything I needed to decorate at wonderful prices...This morning around 9, hardly anyone in the store.

Went there because there website said they had something in store but didnt. They said they dont sell it.

I took a star off for not having the item I wanted, they used to have it and the item i am regarding is a scent bag. Regardless the staff was super friendly and told me where I could find said item. 5 star employees.

Associates are polite. They have the items I am usually looking for. Prices are competitive and usually have sales or discounts.

Michaels is one of my wifes favorite places to go. The store in general is clean and the items were where they were supposed to be. Check out very fast. The attitude of the staff was professional and polite. Will come back.

I normally don’t have a problem with this store, but I called today regarding a curbside pickup order and the lady that answered had a thick accent, was extremely difficult to understand, and was extremely rude. She did not answer my question and then she hung up on me. I spent a lot of money the last two days and all I wanted to know was did they get my order as it has been several hours. I don’t think that deserves such rudeness and to be blown off as I dId.

Needed a jewelry bag to store my jewelry and was the only place in town where I could find one. Purchased 2 at 40 percent off. Truly made me happy!

Ordered paint and some brushes online to pickup in store. Since order wasnt quite ready searched for other items I needed and found. by ordering online and picking up at the store i saved 50% on one item and 40% on the other then used another coupon instore for another 40% savings...great deals

Im from out or town and the set up was confusing. But eventually I found some of the things I needed.

The place is messy, no enforcement of social distancing or maintenance of cleaning up the counter or credit card machines at the checkout.

Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful, Olivia who checked us out was extremely sweet and helpful!! She was the best!!

Great place for all of my art supplies. Employees are always smiling and helpful. They will even apply coupons if you left them at home or are having app difficulties. There are two apps with one just for coupons.

Michaels had a great Christmas sale. Staff was very accommodating while they were changing the seasonal items. I really like this store.

Spent about an hour browsing in the store, get in line to check out, the first clerk walked away from her register after checking out a customer right past me, didnt even speak and went to the back. The second cashier finished her customer, and walked away from her cashier and from around the counter to the outside of the store where the baskets are even though she didnt have any baskets, I placed my items on the counter and walked out the door, crossed the highway and went to Hobby lobby and got the same things and more for less where workers throughout the store SPOKE to customers and didnt walk away from their cashiers

A great a craft place. store is about half the size of hobby lobby but, it could be a good thing. hobby lobby has too much junk to me so michaels is a concise place to find craft needs. even a clearance section when you walk in, makes me buy those $1 items on impulse. store setup is well balanced keeping all the painting in the middle with jewelry crafts and on the outside of the store other variety of craft goods. staff is overall okay. i dont notice much staff besides the cashier on my visitsbut it could be my timing. overall, a good craft place.

Update: Coke machine has been broken for months.Dec.9.17 Older white lady with super short hair was like extremely rude to me today. Was looking for an item they were out or simply not replenished/stocked and I noticed the item I was looking for stick out of a bin under the shelf so I pulled bin out to grab what I was going to purchase and instead of offering to help she says what are you doing but in such a rude manner I was offended but she knew I was not the one to try then she walks away then comes back once she realize she screwed up.Visits Sun Oct.8.17 around 1:30 pm. Saw something on their website that I wanted and I found it at the store. Took me a while but I found. When advertising a specific item it should be displayed and easy to find. Its surprising how customers act in here, like a bunch of animals with no manners. This store is pretty small to hold all the merchandise and crowds they have. Seems very crowded and cluttered. Hard to navigate through the aisels. Lines were long and slow. No communication skills between employees and no customer service. Customers in front us were being checked out by an employee with those hand held checkouts which made it confusing for customers, so while your doing that you should direct the next customers to next cashier that was available at that moment and move aside with those customers your checking out instead of doing it at the front of the line. Knowing they had the same coupon at the counter the young guy had me still search for my online coupon I guess to verify I had one but after he saw it he says its alright I have it too. Customer service is everything.

This location is a wreck. Could barely get in the door bc its broken. Things are unorganized and the soda cooler was also out of order. Everyone was very nice but customers were wandering around lost with no one to ask where items were. On the bright side, 3 check stands were open.

The store is nice but we didnt find what we needed and my bf said he thinks someone was following us in the store we came to buy a heart shaped mold for a flower pendant and could find it we wondered around looking for stuff for a few projects we are working on an I even asked someone that worked there where would the stuff be we needed but when we told he we checked there already she said she didnt know we needed up leaving

I normally dont shop here but i felt like i was at walmart one cashier an a line of people
