Although this is a smaller Target, they tend to have the items I need. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate having a Starbucks and, more importantly, the CVS in the store... very convenient.

I ordered online to be sure product was in the store. Had my email receipt, went into the store and lady greeted me and said she would be back in a minute. Very fast she returned with my items in a nice plastic Target tote bag and I was out the door! Love it!!!

I love Target, however I do wish they would bring in more employees. There is usually only 1 register open and the rest is self checkout. The lines are turning into Walmart. Other than that, its Target and they have everything you dont need.

I looked for the item on line before visiting the store. I got help in the store to locate the item, which is good.

The Target Store on Hwy 59 in Rosenberg Texas is always clean and organized. The employees are very friendly and eager to help. This is a refreshing experience when the rest of the world seems not to care about service.

This Target is awesome. The employees are always so nice to us. Customer service has never given us any issues. Their Cartwheel app is a great way to save on items and also get other things for free.

Fast, easy, no problems. From day one the store has made the pick up process so easy. They always get my order right. Ive never have any problems of any sort. Whoever has organized your parcel pickups for the store has done a very good job! I have used them several times during the week. Great job guys!

I had such a pleasant experience at this Target that I felt compelled to tell the world about it. Miss Tammy the cashier just made my night. As soon as I entered her lane, she asked me if I had the Target app, had me download it while she rung up my merch, and we had the most pleasant conversation like weve known each other for years and when it was time for me to pay, she walked me thru all the options and discounts on the Target app and saved me over $40 on my purchases! She was so friendly, patient, personable, and POSITIVE which is so rare to find behind the register these days! I hope the manager of this store sees this review and realizes what a super special star employee Miss Tammy T. is, because I am a very frequent Target shopper, and I have never had such a positive shopping experience at Target like this one! I will be looking for her smiling face at the register every time!

Horrible drive up experience, got an email that my order was ready. Pulled up to the drive up and my app wasn’t working . Called the store and the employee said that my order was canceled and didn’t give me any reason to why it was canceled and said I would have to go inside and repurchase the item. They already have a hold on my bank account for the order and I can’t afford to purchase it again! Now what!!! I have to wait for the funds to go back to my account to order it again when I needed the item today. AND WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED! I’m going to the sugar land target. The target is disrespectful.

I love this store, but the pharmacy has a habit of shorting your pain medication. And when you go to inform them of this, they swear up and down that you miscounted. After the third time I stopped getting my prescriptions filled there.

He was delivering in space1 Iwas in so 2. I couldnt get the app to open so I called out to him. He was so polite and read my email and found my order. In a minute he was right back standing in the rain with a smile and thanked me for shopping at Target.

This is the third time this happens. I went in because someone posted their purchase of an item on a FB group I’m part of. It was price matched to Walmart. The person even put a link which took me to the Walmart app. I happily went to Target because I wanted to get a few. I went and had the app open to show them. It was a waste of a trip. This Leonard man made sure to drag me around the store trying to find one of their little price matching machines until he could get a price he wanted. When he finally found one he looked back at me with a smug face and it was double the original price. I tried to let him know to look for the one sold by Walmart (because Walmart has listings by third party vendors) and he just shrugged it off.

Target staff is always available throughout the store for any assistance that I may need on my shopping trip. Cashiers are friendly, knowable and provide assistance when needing help with the Target app.

Always great customer service! They are always there to help in self check out and quick with the drive up delivery! They are always just great! Today I accidentally did pick up package instead of drive up and they brought it to me anyway at the drive up parking spot. I love Target and I am thankful for the awesome team here!

Online process was very very easy and the item I wanted was in stock at the 2nd closest store and I like that it gave me more options to get my items I want.

When I went to pick it up my child almost 5 said Im here to pick up my new shoes and the kid working pick up totally engaged him and asked him all the information and was so patient with my son as he tried to spell his name etc. It was just so awesome and gave my child confidence! I very much appreciate it!

5% back using my Target card.

This is the SECOND time, that I pay for my items and then when I go home or to my car, I find one missing bag!!! It shows how careless and indifferent this employee is for the customers experience and time involved.

Picked up fast and quick

Was here to pickup a family member from work and was going to get only a few items since I was already here and was not able to go in because they did not inform the community that on Tuesday AND Wednesday people over 65 were allowed from 8-9 am. I went ahead and checked the Target app to see if their was any notification about this and there was none as well as their return policy being back into affect which was also not updated.

The person at the checkout stand was very helpful!

Love our neighborhood Target! Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Cant beat the clearance deals! Walked in to buy childrens shorts (20% off with Cartwheel) and walked out not only with the childrens shorts but also childrens socks that were on clearance that ranged from $0.58-$3.50.

My experience was fast and easy. I think Ill start using the pay and pick up option more often. Especially after getting off work late i can pick up my things and keep it moving.

This Target has completely killed my spirit today in the midst of this pandemic. As an essential worker (I’m risking my own life everyday) and it saddens me. If you are shopping for your parents or anyone elderly in your community (to eliminate the risk) this is not the place to go. The manager on duty 5/2/2020 morning shift was not very polite either. I have also worked in customer service for 13 years and I’ve never seen anything like this. Customer service at check out...there is none. They also have ALL of there COVID-19/Social Distancing signs at a child’s eye level.

Dog treats I bought rang up $24.99 but were clearly marked $9.99 on the display. Noticed after buying and going over my receipt. Brought it to the attention of several people but was told I would have to go back through the long line to get it handled.

I mean it’s target. Overall good and clean and haven’t had any issues as of yet.

The Rosenberg location never has anything good to offer. Please do better at having better merchandise. It’s shameful I have to drive all the way to other locations just to buy clothes because the one I live by never has anything.

If I wanted to self check out all my items I would work there. Store frequently closes all but self check out leaving customers to do free labor. Where is my paycheck?

I love this store as it offers so many things and deals that make shopping a pleasant one. It’s nice and bright, with wide aisles and clearly labeled sections that make it easy to find what youre looking for. They have their own Starbucks with expert and friendly baristas. The Customer Service/return counter is conveniently located at the entrance. They also have several self-checkout registers that have been easy to use. There is a pharmacy inside. And this one is conveniently located in a corner spot, which makes it easy to drive in & out. It is also right next to shops & restaurants. I just wish they had more produce so that I can really do a one-stop shopping trip, instead of having to drive to HEB.

Was a sale on a particular game and electronics was too slow to understand the situation. So I told them I’ll purchase it online and use pick up for them to hand it to me. They said no problem and walked me to customer service just be informed the managers were in a meeting and I’d have to wait 2 hours. Not 1 associate looked happy to be there. Classic example of online taking over in store shopping due to incoherent employees.

Nothing to really tell. Just went In to see if they had something and they didnt.

Ive been to better Targets.Down fall is that they just had one register open with a plus size guy who would not shut up and instead getting into deep conversations with customers. Just ring up the items and let people be on their way. Geez.Hard to find an employee in general if you need help and also one that is helpful and knowledgeable because 2 employees I found didnt have a clue how to navigate through the Cartwheel app.

One of the best Target stores in the area. We went into the store late on a Sunday night close to closing time to find a few items we had tried to find elsewhere without luck. We luckily found 2 employees, Cory and Devon, who helped us find everything quickly and courteously. They even took the time to find the parts for a new promotion on an item we were looking at. Awesome experience. These employees are why we shop here.

Love the book selection and, more recently, the active wear area. I could buy funny socks by the dozen, and its great they partner with BlueSky and Day Designer for paper office products and planners. I wish the produce was more fresh and of better quality. I think the turnover is pretty low, so as it sits it just gets over ripe or gross.

Store is especially friendly. Grocery section is compact but has all essentials with a good selection.Sales associates are very helpful.A great neighborhood store!

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Sometimes I feel like this is the step child store because we dont get things other stores get, and if we do the quantity is way less so you have to basically be waiting as they put it on the shelf or you wont get it, but it is a good store and I shop there frequently.

The pharmacy employees are the best. They know you by name and always so willing to go over and beyond to help.

Because I had to go into the store to get my order and right after I picked up my order, the lady who assisted me, brought an order outside to the car next to me. She was the one who told me to go inside in the 1st place! I couldnt believe it!

I ordered for another Target in the area with the help of a Target employee as the Target store I visited did not have the item and the employee found it at a Target in the close proximity. By the time I arrived at the store, the item was ready for me to pick up. I approached customer service, gave them my ID, and had the item in my hand less than 5 minutes from entering the store. WELL DONE EMPLOYEES!!!

I was in and out quickly and everything was neat and clean and where i know where to get things.

Employees are very nice and I enjoy coming to this location but I wish they had a wider selection of clothing items. One thing I like about the store is that as soon as you walk in, there is a clearance section to check out. Another added bonus is the Target card which you can apply for that has some pretty cool benefits. I wont go into detail about it since I am sure when you checkout the cashier is going to tell you all about the Target card and what it has to offer. They have a fairly decent electronic section. The products which they stock do seem to be of good quality. It is also a good place for Office Supplies although, I believe most of the products prices are too expensive for me to consider purchasing, but thats just me and you might feel a different way.

I would take away stars if possible, me and my husband just left this Target, and there was a veteran standing outside with a small sign. he was taking donations for disabled veterans...when a target employee came out and ran him off!!!! I am completely outraged and will NOT be returning if this is how they treat our veterans.we also had no employees approach us to see if we needed help, though there were plenty that looked at us and said nothing.

I typically love Target and never have an issue, Tonight when I came into Target the Cashier did not speak, and when she called the cashier manager to get assistance with my issue the manager had an complete attitude and when I reported her to Rebecca she said she would talk to her but it didn’t sound convincing at all. The issue is I had my children with me and did not have time to run around the store to prove a promotion that was plastered all around the store. Target is to expensive to have bad customer service.

I never thought I’d become a Target junkie, but here I am, waiting for the next excuse to run to target!! I love the layout, the customer service, cvs being the available pharmacy, the Starbucks, I love it all!

Two stars for cleanliness but Target is an overpriced Walmart. Their prices are not accurate for sale and clearance items...some price ✔ scanners not working. And as always...Target employs people who reflect the local demographics.

They over charged me for 2 items out of 9.. very disappointing.!!! Not worth the drive back to the store to get my money, they should have gotten it right the first time.

Employees and even the front end manager treated my wife like some thief because my wife chose to use coupons to purchase items we need. I for one applaud my wife for trying to save our family money. I am a disabled veteran, and we live on a fixed income. The employees treat you like trash and as if you are stealing from them perspersonally when trying to save money. We will no longer be patrons of such a disrespectful store. Today is 9/30/2015 8 a.m.

I come here once in a while. Came in last night near closing with several employees huddled around one register. One item I could not locate and not one employee was helpful nor offered to help and several employees were near. Checking out still had about 5 employees huddled around the register and one seemed to be a supervisor and they were all a bunch of youngsters. None seem to know what customer service is. You show appreciate to your customers and make them feel welcomed. Do employees here no longer have to wear uniform?

Overcharged for grocery items as the cashier disregarded coupons posted on the items and didnt really help me use the Cartwheel app when I asked. I sent in a review to the website listed on my recipe and the store manager emailed me yesterday morning. Thought that was great customer service but havent heard back from my response. Wish I could shop there again.

Fast pickup

First of all, I love Target. I spend too much money in there easily. The workers are nice and friendly each time Ive been in. My biggest issue is the lack of cleanliness. The bathrooms are nasty. The womans never seems to be cleaned and theres always trash on the floor. I just avoid having to use it. All it would take is someone cleaning it daily and a little touch-up (for scratched up door and black dirty grout). The cafe area is trashy and the icee drink area has the syrup spilled all around it. I am looking forward to the new Target opening in Aliana. Hoping it stays clean longer.

I was over charged for an item (purchased 4) that they had marked as clearance. I didnt notice until I got home. Went back to get the difference. They gave me such a hassle and made me wait nearly 20 min so that they could review their cameras. I planned on shopping I just walked out! I usually have no issues but to inconvenience a customer for a mistake that was clearly on the store is insane. You can follow protocol and not be so tacky in the process!
