Horrible customer service, the guy that placed our order is completely incompetent.They had to remake our decals 3 times only to find out that they gave us gloss instead of matte black after the decal was put on our vehicle. The owner of the shop refused to make things right.

I work with clients everyday and the level professionalism this group is ZERO!I did contacted the corporate office and will voice this on all social media sights so no one has to experience and be treated with such disrespect that SID, Benjamin and the Group at the Rosenberg store dishes out. They need a big training class on customer service and I will make sure the owner knows this. Ive asked for a refund and will move this project to the sugarland location. If I can give this place less than one star I would! I wanted racing stripes put on my car and went to this place and spoke to the owner Sid. He looked at my car and said yes we can do it and we will do a professional job. Long story short, he charged me then called me back several hours later saying he couldn’t do the job no explanation on really why, he just said he didn’t have the tools to complete the job. What kind of business tells you they can do the job and charge you only to call you later telling you they can’t do the job no more! Don’t waste your time here! Fast Signs Rosenberg has excellent service and product. We shopped around & they had the best price among 4-5 quotes. We ordered an indoor clear/lucite sign with our company logo with steel posts for floating mount on the wall. We had an issue with the color of the logo on the lucite glass versus what is required by our head corporate office. The team took back the original sign, fixed the color issue, and let me come out and approve the 2nd sign before delivering the sign to our office. Additionally, due to my travel schedule, they were extremely patient and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend Sid and his team!! Thank you!!

I would recommend this group any day of the week, they have provided me with several company banners and decals on my service truck. my honest oppinion is that they are a little high compared to their competitors around town but..... you get what you pay for so five stars.
