I was hesitant to go “in-store” to make a mattress purchase because I didn’t want to have to push back against a hard sell. But we needed to go in to test a mattress for my daughter. Thankfully, Brandon was the opposite of what I expected. He asked what we were looking for, showed us several options, and, in the end, guided us to a better, cheaper option than what we had originally been looking for. And he explained how making the purchase in store allows him to provide direct customer service, unlike purchasing online. I’m so glad we went in!!

First of all before I even entered into the Rosenberg location of the Mattress Firm i was delightfully greeted by Sales Associate: David Wilson who advised me that although the store was closing he would gladly keep it open for as long as it would take for my to find comfort and be satisfied with my choice. David also introduced me to his Sales Associate partner Juan Villa who show me the same if not more kindness and attention when it came to finding me the right bed.
