I needed to replace a specific piece, guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and showed me direct replacement options along with upgraded experience options without being pushy. I got a slight upgrade with plans to further upgrade in the future. Pricing is fair, definitely ask for a break though because I noticed there was a little wiggle room on the smaller pieces. Overall good shop in a great location that will get you taken care of!

Employees here are always nice and theyll help you find whatever you want. Points program is choice at this location if youre looking too get more bang for your buck!

Christian was very helpful. We recently moved from San Antonio and were looking for our go to vape shop. This was a nearby location that sold e-juice so we stopped in. He was able to help us find the perfect juice for a really reasonable price. Absolutely the BEST customer service ever. Been to plenty of shops where the clerk makes me feel uncomfortable, rushes me to buy something or is just rude in general. Not Christian though, not only is he very knowledgeable about everything in the shop but he is also a friendly person who always goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer has no questions, doubts or concerns. Id have to say that he is the reason I keep coming back Everytime. Wish he was there every day! I recommended this place to all my friends!
