No English Speaking Order Taker Went to order food yesterday and not a single person could take our order. Not one person spoke english. To make it worse no one even acknowledged us. The didnt even try to communicate. My friend ordered and never got his food, because his order wasnt even considered. He waited for 20 minutes before we figured out what happened. Talk about a bad feeling that was relayed to the corporate office.

The person on the kitchen dont listen just play music bad costumer service for the black skinny guy

This location has the friendliest cashiers! Everything is always in stock and tidy.

This store is now a 7-11 google maps says it stripes its not.

Good food and good price..but they always seemed to hired these young blk.guys that dont want to work especially in the food dept...thats when I turn around and walk out...

Went in to buy tacos, order one and was the last in line, got drink, went to pay and still no taco, went to check on it, the guy was making three other tacos, my order still sitting there, a guy pick up the three tacos and went out the back, the guy making the tacos must had his friend come in and get tacos and I should have had my tacos when i paid for them, never go to that store again.

Watch out for credit card skimmers at this location

Surprisingly good mini Mart and gas station. Fast food served inside and also available as to go items. Huge variety of drinks and comfort food.

We started getting breakfast tacos at this location when they first opened. They were fantastic! Not any more. The quality has gradually gotten worse. Today was by far the worst. The food was barely warm and we started eating right when we got to the car. Definitely not up to health code standards. The tortillas were like cardboard. The person that wrapped them also had no clue how they should be wrapped. The filling fell out as soon as the foil was unwrapped. I usually dont bother saying anything or writing a review; but I did call the manager who seemed to take a genuine interest in the feedback. However, after reading reviews of others here, I can safely say we will not be returning.

If you want to see the female cashier talking on her apple watch while she is supposed to be checking out people then go here. If you like to have to wipe your feet when you walk out go here. Also if you like big pot holes when you drive up go here. This place is straight dirty the only good thing was the young man that checked me out today (tall/white/dark hair) I did not get his name but he was definitely faster than the co-worker talking on her apple watch and half way checking out customers. Will I be back? Nope. I wish I could give zero stars.

Will not use this location for breakfast again. Eggs were barely warm and the beans and potatoes were COLD, as in took out of refrigerator and served to public. Not the first problems with this location. At least have a microwave oven in store if you are going to serve cold food. Totally sucks to start the day out this way

Pumps never have receipts when you pay at pump with CC.

Place is good for gas prices, I try and avoid going inside, always long lines. Never enough cashiers during busiest times. So pay at the pump right, still have to go inside because none of the pumps ever have paper to get a reciept.

As I went into Stripes to grab something I was just thinking in my head how much I like this location over a near by gas station. I approached the counter in confusion as to which register to go to as the cashiers had a conversation with one another. One motioned to a register. NOT ONCE did she acknowledge me or say anything, she just continued to tell her coworker about how she was black out drunk etc. I have to look at the register for my total since the woman said nothing, the whole time I’m standing there paying she continues her story. After the payment is approved, I look to have my items bagged to leave but of course it’s not. Looks are ok but customer service is #1. I guess I’ll be bringing my needs to another gas station now.

If you want to get your credit cards hacked this is the Stripes to go to. Once by my wife using the Air Machine to air up her tires and another time my daughter went to get gas her card was hacked. If you must go there you need to check the credit card swiping devices. We had over 850 dollars taken from our accounts. Good luck.

This is the worst Stripes in the area. Definitely NOT customer friendly, always out of stock on certain drink items, and the general.cleanliness is far away from the others. I will go out of my way to avoid this dump

Bought diesel here then when pump didnt work went inside and was told oh we forgot to tell you we are out of diesel when I asked for refund the young lady, Esmerelda, at register said I dont know what to tell you and began talking to other guests and ignoring me. Never seen such horrible customer service and flat out disrespect my whole life..

It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 tacos, there was absolutely no coffee to be had and the employees just stood around like a bunch of idiots. I will never go there for anything again. It was the worst!!!

Fix your gas pumps. This place sucks. Long lines, no fuel and same broken pump for over a month now. Stay away.

Walked in there tonight to get sodas for me and my husband and it smelt of smokes tobacco and the cashier has a tobacco pipe on his mouth the entire time. I deffinetly wont be back.Update last night I Facebook messaged their page to inform them of this as well and this morning they responded and had a brief conversation with me. Told me that they would pass on the one of their representatives for complaints would be in touch soon. I just received a phone call that they have spoken to the employee and corrected the issue. Thats impressive for a company their size. However it doesnt change my experience there.

Worst Stripes I have been to. I travel all of the time and visit Stripes throughout Texas. They are all better than this one. This Stripes regularly runs out of gas. They evidently dont know how to order tea because they are regularly out. When they do have tea, it is so weak that I suspect that they are brewing sugar water through old tea residue. They are advertising that they are selling mulch (pallets of it out front); when I tried to buy some no one knew how to ring it up.This place is terrible.

I have been coming to this location since it opened and have loved it... however recently over the past few weeks service has gotten worse and worse. Three times in the past week my breakfast taco ordered has been incorrect. Im sorry but I will no longer give this location my business. I also called and let the manager know. Unacceptable...

Edit 4/2/17They fixed the pot hole in the entrance of the store just bumped up a star. I will be going to this location for now on instead of Exxon.___________________________________________________________________I have only bought gas at this location i dont like the layout though and there is a big pot hole in entrance of the gas station when driving in or out. They do have more gas pumps then exxon down the street though but until the pot hole is fixed i will just go to the Exxon station for now.

Always have to wait in a long line to get checked out. Always understaffed. No more Stripes for me.

I use to enjoy this stripes and when I do stop for gas I am always greeted by an employee. Been coming here for about 3 years andIve notice in recent times its been going down hill. Ive noticed it looks dirty inside and unorganized. And this Saturday while waiting in line for Tacos there was flys and Nats on the food which I believe they should be covered at all times. SO IM ⚠ WARNING EVERYBODY. DONT BUY THE TACOS HERE. VERY UNSANITARY.

This store is Pathetic! The service is terrible! The orders always are wrong and thats because some of the workers dont comprehend English cause they are another race and they always run out of food and you dont see anyone making more of the food that they ran out of and its just 9am! PITIFUL!!! We go to the one on 36 in Rosenberg now. I give that place a 👍!

Half the pumps are bagged up, the other half don’t work. The staff will even tell you it’s the worst stripes in the Houston area.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the worst Stripes I have ever seen. Half the pumps dont work and half of the coolers dont work. There is mildew growing on the shelves in the coolers....#neveragain

This is the worst stripes I have ever been to! the staff is the most unfriendly, thought about ordering some tacos till I asked the young man to see the tortillas in the warmer container the tortillas look like a bunch of torn little raggs.... will not be doing business at this location till they get it right!!!!!!

This place is killing me. The Taco stand keeps closing early. Its barely one in the afternoon and I cant get lunch!!!

I called to see if they had E85 and the person that answered the phone said they didnt know. I asked if there was someone that did and he answered no. I asked if there was a manager and he replied no. They must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. Theres a large sign outside that shows which kind of fuels they have.

Half the gas pumps never work & and a 1st..they have no receipt paper...at all.

For some reason they did not honor this months special taco (Q-Taco). They did however advertise it on the front of the store and at the ordering counter. As the lady taking the order said we are not doing that special right now. Okay

The can coke were 3/9.99, but when I check out are 3/10.99. The guy said thats how it ring up, I cant help it! So dont put the big sign out there!!!!!!!!!

The chicken bacon wrap was bad azz...of course there were 4 girls behind the register and only one person checking people out, but hey I dont care this place was clean and the people were nice.

👎🏻 Today I bought tacos and a hot dog and it was a bad experience, the Hispanic cashiers treated me super badly because I asked them if the hot dogs were spicy or how and their answer was I have no idea, then I They ignored for 10 minutes and even another client told them that because they were treating me like this, there were not even tongs to make the hot dog, and the bathrooms were really dirty ... I dont think I will ever return. The manager mistreats all the customers who come in there.
