Made a order for my birthday dinner in less than 24hr and the cupcakes were amazing. Lets just say by the end of my party noone was on a diet anymore. 🤣These cupcakes were simply irresistible. 😋 I would recommend them to anyone.

Great for sugar lovers. Their cupcakes were absolutely adorable. We got the birthday cake ones and the Carmel turtle, but the thing is, there was a lot of sugar.

First time visiting this location. The cupcakes didnt taste any different from your local grocery store cupcakes. The icing was way to sweet for me and the kids so we took most of it off. The young lady there was really nice but the cupcakes were just not worth the money.

This was my first time at this location. And I had the most amazing experience with Imaani. She was so friendly and welcoming, give this girl a raise and day off!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a dozen cupcakes on two different occasions and just picked all different flavors from what they already had on display. The cupcakes are packaged really nice and cute. The taste of the cupcakes in my opinion wasn’t different than what I would get at the local grocery store. The icing for me was to sweet I had to slop most of it off the cupcake to be able to eat it, overall if I go again I will just stick to the carrot, red velvet, and the strawberry cupcake

Our whole family LOVES small cakes, but I think the biggest fan is actually my bird, a 23 year old Flame Macaw. We get him a pupcake from here every time we come and he absolutely devours it, little bone treat and all. Our dogs love them too but its cute seeing my bird get so excited over it. My kids love everything here and I treat myself to a wedding cake flavor once a week. The service here is always great, very friendly and helpful with my kids when they cant decide what they want.

I had to edit this review from about 3 years ago. I previously said the cupcakes were good but the cost was really high. Come to think of it, now I have to say the prices are not as bad as I had previously thought. Their cupcakes are still awesome!!

Delicious yummy treats, with AWESOME, friendly service! We take the grandchildren to sample the home made icecreams at least once a week, which they LOVE doing. Choosing a scoop to eat is just as fun!

The cupcakes here are very delicious but the customer service is rude! Some of the staff are ok but the manager April is very rude! When I asked to speak with the owner she told me she would not contact her for me. When I asked when does she come she said she does not know it is random. Then when I asked for a personal email to contact her with my concerns she proceeds to give me the regular bakery email and told me that was the owners email. I didn’t even try to reach out to the owner via email because I knew she wouldn’t see it. I’m only giving them a 1 star because the cupcakes are good but 0 stars for the attitudes of the manager because no leader should lead the way she does.

Wednesday 11/11/2020: Rude customer service from the lady taking my order over the phone. Ordered for Saturday pickup 3 dozen and she requested I pick up my order no earlier than 11 because they would still be setting up; they open at 10am. Seems obvious to the policies and procedures, said to come in store and pay for the cupcakes, I suggested I do it over the phone (seems more simple right??) Never received my receipt I requested to be emailed. I suggest some more training on customer care. Desserts are suppose to be exciting and fun... I dont get that atmosphere with this place.

Always consistent, have never had a bad experience or cupcake from Smallcakes. And, my pups love their pupcakes too.

Icing was way too sweet even my kids couldn’t eat it. I got a dozen cupcakes of all different flavors and this was one of those times where the food looked better than it tasted. Unfortunately, the cupcakes all tasted bland. On a positive note though, the wedding cake flavor was actually good and the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful find!!! The staff is very friendly, especially Patsy! I take my godkids here every now and then for an after school treat. The changing flavors are amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming.

I love the various ice cream flavors offered here. It always intrigues me to see what flavors they will make next - and boy do they not disappoint. Even their cupcakes are good! I suggest ordering a cupcake smash - combine the best of both worlds.

We went opening weekend. They instantly made you feel like family! It was awesome! Im so excited to have one so close to home. The staff was so friendly and so kind. That selection was amazing even in the middle of opening day, there was plenty of choices to be had. I am impressed! I cant wait to see how far these amazing people go!

I had no idea they have ice cream there. It was so good I didnt even get a cupcake. Strawberry ice cream with cheesecake they also had Italian cream cake ice cream that looks looked good.One of the best things about the experience was the fact that the young employee they had was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of information on her own.She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Its so rare these days to find a employee who is excited about where she works and speaks very highly of the owner. Shes a gem! I will definitely return to try the cupcakes.

What an amazing bakery to enjoy right in the heart of Rosenberg. The owner is super sassy and loves to share her love of baking with all of her guests. Perfect for a post date dessert or great for catering events. You have to stop by and try them out. And don’t just go once as they have new flavors all the time. And if you don’t see something you like, make sure to mention it to Ronda, the owner, as her team would love to turn your idea into a reality.

Cupcakes taste great. Very nice workers. This shop can be excellent if the decorators take classes or more classes about decoration training. The work on the cakes are mediocre or homemade looking. But keep practicing it will get better. I hope.

Love this place! Best cupcakes I ever had and very accommodating staff. They have done several of my events, were on time and provided excellent quality cupcakes You have to try their monthly cupcake specials! Unique and flavorful!

I come in every other Wednesday when I visit my family to buy them cupcakes (and the dog one, too) and get a keto cupcake or fat bomb from them. Theyre always so nice and help me pick out the best ones for my family. The keto stuff is great and my mom and sisters rave about their cupcakes!

I am not normally a fan of chocolate cake but after my co-workers left me the Cookies-n-Cream chocolate cupcake from the assorted batch, I was impressed. This is not an exaggeration when I say this, but this may have been the best cupcake Ive ever tasted.Two thumbs up!

I ordered a cake Saturday for pick up Tuesday and was called Monday mid day and told they dont have enough time to make my cake! I wish I would have known that sooner now I dont have time to get someone else to make one so now Im stuck with out a cake for a birthday!! Worst customer service ever!!

Today my fiancé picked up the cupcakes I ordered, for one of my best girl friends baby shower. Due to a brain injury he only has use of one of his hands, which accidentally resulted in a cupcake catastrophe. I met him to pick up the cupcakes, they ended being mostly destroyed. I walked in the shop in tears holding a box of turned over cakes. The owner and the lady behind the counter gave me a dozen cupcakes for free. I offered to pay but they insisted on giving them to me. I cant thank them enough, they were so kind when they didnt have to be. For that I am thankful and will always use them. The cupcakes were a hit! Thank you for saving the day.

Very nice employees, yummy cupcakes! Learned my lesson about custom cakes here. I had a bad experience where my cake was not done properly, not decorated properly and nearly ruined my moms 50th birthday. Owner doesnt take responsibility for not staffing enough employees when she has a lot of custom orders. Refund process was horrible. However, I still go every now and then for cupcakes.

First impressions are everything... especially when attempting to inquire about a cake for a special event...the lady was rude at the counter. It’s 11am. Come on.

I will NOT come back to this location! First time here and the worst customer service ever! You would think in this area and such a slow Sunday, (today May 21st at 3:40pm), the only worker on duty would polite ! She was on her phone when I first came in, very uninterested, went to back when I first came in, when I was checking out she was being very dry, rudely got back on her phone while I was signing receipt ! Didnt even say bye have a nice day nothingjust continued on her phone! Worst service in this area I have ever gotten! Ill continue to go in sugarland instead! Find better people for such an EASY job!

I just had the worst experience at the bakery this past weekend. I mean like WORST experience. Ive been to smallcakes several times for cupcakes and they were so good! I never had a problem until I ordered a special order cake- which they heavily promote on their instagram with many pictures of beautifully put together cakes. The cake I ordered was not beautifully put together, in fact it looked like they made it 30 minutes before I showed up to pick up the cake. It was my mothers 50th birthday this weekend. We had family flying from different parts of the country to make it for the huge party we threw for her. My sister went into the store about a month in advance to let them know we wanted a cake and exactly what we wanted. I went in with my sister about 2 weeks later to confirm cake details and make some changes. About a week before the cake needed to be done a baker from the store contacted us asking for pictures of the cake details. I sent several photos and confirmed color scheme (purple). On the day of pick up, which was extremely hectic and very busy, no time for mistakes or stopping, I pick up a very BLUE cake with sloppy frosting and none of the details I had asked and paid for. The design had not been followed through and the colors were not there, I almost thought the cake was given to me by accident and was actually someone elses. It wasnt. It was mine. The best part was when we bit our tongues and kept the party going since we had over 50 people waiting for cake and we cut it open only............ to find the even the filling inside the cake was not what we had asked for. Oh boy! I paid more than 100 for a cake that would of been better made at Kroger and for much less.Basically do not come here for cakes. They only do cupcakes and need stop promoting cakes online and in person because they clearly dont know how to make them.Update: the owner contacted me and gave me a refund. The situation was out of her control.
