I have been shopping at this Kays since I moved here from California. The manager is always very helpful and he takes cares of my jewelry if I have any issues. I prefer to shop when he is working and I always get treated with respect. I highly recommend anyone shopping for jewelry go speak to Abraham.

Both Abraham and Jennifer were very helpful and they went out of their way to make me feel important. Wonderful customer service. I recommend this location and will not hesitate to shop here for all my jewelry needs.

I recently purchased a pair of diamond earrings and the assistant manager, Jen, was very helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. If you go here, make sure to ask for her. My earrings are gorgeous and my experience was stellar!

Bad customer service from the manager. He is uptight and does absolutely nothing to assist his sales rep into making a sale. I would recommend everyone to drive a little out of their way and go to the Galleria mall. Better prices and way better customer service. If you going to spend thousands, might as well be respected!

I would give ZERO if possible !!! JENN, assistant manager is by far the rudest sales rep I have ever encountered. She profiled my fiancé and I. Started belittling and talking down on us. Little did she know, we were there to resize my engagement ring that was purchased from them. Told me to throw away forms I received when purchasing the ring, when it clearly states on the form to keep. Long story short, the ring is back in Kay Jewelers possession, & I will NEVER return or recommend them to anyone!!!!!

People here dont know what customer service is

Took my wife Ring in for repairs and not once anyone got in contact with me to let me know of any updates, of my merchandise. Poor customer service want be doing any more business with Kay Jewlers.

Melissa is awesome! She helped us with the selection of our wedding bands. Very knowledgable and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her!

I recently bought a watch for my dad at this location. My dad needed to get it resized, but they said they do not do resizing at this location and referred us over to a Jewelry Repair Shop that is not directly affiliated with Kay. Maybe they give a commission to this Kay for referring, Im not sure and dont want to claim anything I dont know.My question is why didnt they tell us to go to another Kay location.... because I confirmed with corporate Kay and they said that I can go to any Kay and get my watch resized. Im not sure why this location said they would not resize my watch and didnt tell me that any Kay can resize my watch. I have read reviews that this Kay does do repairs.I am very disappointed in this Kay and Kay in general. I hope that corporate takes this seriously because I am questioning if I should even get my engagement ring or any other jewelry here, matter of fact.

If can give a 0 star would. Manager in this store is very rude and dishonest. Went in to get 2 diamond 14k princess cut earrings retreaded both earrings came back totally different (weight meaning) weight was gone. They so called tried to help but never did get my earrings weight back. Warning take pictures of your jewelry before taking them in to get any kind of fixing. As we took pictures but said they are close ups and could tell. They don’t take pictures of the back of the earrings Because they only take pictures of the diamonds. But diamonds don’t carry weight so why not take pictures of the whole earrings (360)? That was never answered, by store manager.

The ladies were very helpful and friendly in assisting me with purchasing my fiancés wedding ring. They also helped him with his purchase of my ring months ago. Easy process.
