Cody & Extra Space has been a wonderful experience since the beginning— we called 2 hours before we moved out of our home and he had the unit ready to go within 5 minutes. At the end of our need of the storage locker— it was a super easy end of use with $0 crazy charges or anything. 10/10 recommend

Rented a unit from extra space storage. Had a problem with closing the latch. It was hard and ended up cutting my finger. Told one of the workers (Cody) and he had it fixed within ten minutes. They are extremely nice and professional. Units are super clean as well. I highly recommend renting from them.

I have been with extra space for about a year now. I have never had any problems and they have always been helpful. Always clean as well! Would recommend this storage facility to everyone. Also thank you to Cody who is always professional and helpful!

Terrific staff! Very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and comfortable with your storage space. Storage is climate controlled which is a plus.

04/10/2021 3:30 On my way to Home Depot to buy packing boxes after trips to 3 separate (competitor) locations that were not open despite the ‘open’ hours of operation listed online and posted on each location’s door. Took a chance that Extra Space Storage might sell packing boxes and they did! Kevin was so professional and friendly and I will be back when I need more packing materials. I won’t waste my time going to the other locations that were not open!

Friendly staff and a great facility!

Went to my storage unit here last night and fpind a roach infestation in the building that I pay extra for a climate controlled unit. A 10x20 was $157 and for that my things now are probably roach infested. Pics and videos attached

We had to get a storage unit last minute and they were helpful to the max. All my questions we quickly handled and the customer service was excellent. They made a stressful situation way less stressful.

Josh was super helpful with my move in! He showed me 2 different unit sizes and helped me see which one would best fit my needs.

The place is gated, clean and secured. Justin was very knowledgeable, professional, sweet, and personable. I did not feel pressure to rent a space. Justin answered all my questions and guided me as to what storage size I would need. He is very nice. You’ll be in good hands.

I lost the keys to my unit yesterday and called a locksmith to cut the lock this afternoon. While the locksmith was cutting the lock, the manager came to stop him for liability issues and finished the job for me for free. I would have saved every dime I paid today had I first reached out to the manager about the lock. Customer service and security at this storage are the best.

Great fast and friendly service. Units were well lit, well kept and in great condition! The entire process to get set up was professional and fast. Compared to the neighboring competitors this was a clear best choice. The gentleman on site today helped get us squared away with utmost haste. Wonderful facility you dont see no trash around the buildings. Always clean inside and on the outside. I have a climate control units been there for a couple years never had any problems with my stuff getting any type of meldew our water damage. Wonderful staff always eager to help when needed.

Climate Control units are nice! The office was closed at 2:30pm today though and my daughter had to use the restroom...we the started to take my daughter to the gas station down the street to use the bathroom in the middle of unloading a 26foot penske truck...that wasnt fun, but thank goodness my mom came just in time so she took her. Nice clean place though. No complaints so far besides the office being closed during the business hours.

I first went in a couple days back and inquired about the units. I was helped by Justin who was very nice and friendly, helped me decide which unit would be best for my needs. Things came up and I wasnt able to return. I went by today and spoke with Kevin, another gentlemen that works there. I was met with the same great level of friendliness and knowledge. He made the process very easy and I was out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

Jameil from extra storage place really helped me out a lot. With so little time he stayed past close to help me in my situation. I needed something fast, this place was convenient and clean. Really clean!!

Let me start off by saying that I recommend Extra Space over all other storage companies. Not only were the facilities very well taken care of, but Justin in the front office was incredibly helpful with helping me figure out what size storage unit I needed so that I wasn’t paying for space I didn’t need. They also worked with me on a short-term plan for a great rate as I only need to store things while I moved. I give this location a 10/10!

Really nice and helpful staff. Justin was great with all the information on my rental space. He showed me my unit that was recently emptied and there was some trash left behind. Justin assured me that he would clean it before I moved in my things on Monday, waited until Tuesday to move some items in. My unit was still dirty and I had to call the front office to find out why my unit was still not cleaned up as promised.

Im very impressed with this place! I needed somewhere asap to store extra things after moving into a smaller house. They got me right in and met every need! Staff is super nice. When my husband and I were unloading into the storage one of the staff brought us both cold waters. I would recommend this for your storage needs!
