I have been going to this store for a while now and they help me mail packages and notarize documents. It is a family who runs the store and they are patient kind and helpful. If you need help getting things packaged and signed- this family has been helpful to me and I know They would be to you as well.

The owner closed my PO Box without my permission 3 weeks before the date I had paid through and rented it to someone else. He then tried to gaslight me into believing that I came into the store in person on a date I wasnt physically in town and made the request. At best, poorly organized and managed, at worst, liars and thieves. I will not be back to this location

Excellent service! They went above and beyond to make sure my golf clubs were wrapped nicely and explained the whole process to send the package. While I was there I also noticed how helpful they were to every single client that went through the door, helping people without tech knowledge to get the Amazon codes, not charging when customers used their computer but could not print, etc. Amazing people!

This UPS store is conveniently located close to my home and the service is always fast and efficient even if the line is long. I had a package I dropped off one evening but realized the next day I needed to stop the delivery. The owners were very helpful, stopped my package, set it aside and I was able to pickup with a FULL refund that evening. Excellent Customer Service.If you have any shipping needs, check them out. Pricing was exactly as quoted on the website and they dont overcharge for packaging your items. I will use them again and again!

Absolute rude people. Just got off the phone with corporate office filing a complaint. I was being a very heavy box from overstock and I put it on the counter and then the lady helping me pushed it toward and it almost fell on the ground so I was saved it and pushed it back on the counter and reminded her that the box is heavy. She then backed up, gave me a death stare and said that I hurt her because the box hit her in the stomach. I apologized because I didn’t see that it hit her but what should I really have done was tell her to step outside if she wants to be looking at people crazy. I scratch up my arm trying the save the box from hitting the ground. I will not be going back there again!!!

The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and extremely hard to understand. She had a very thick Indian (from India) accent. Im in town visiting my in laws. If I have to drive another 50 miles just so I dont have to go here, I will. Absolutely awful.

This is the best UPS store in the area- clean, well light and well maintained. The staff is kind, courteous and understands the customers needs instantly. I highly recommend this store. All social distancing and mask wearing protocols are followed during COVID and I will be using this store again for my mailing/NOTARY and office needs. I visited the store for getting some docs notarized and sending out an international mail package.

I went to this store for my drop off package they helped and instructed me how do I manage my shipping labels for international shipment even my labels were made by company and it’s free but still helped me a lot . Excellent customer service.

This place has the wost service. The were 2 people at the front desk, a man and a woman. Both of the are extremely rude. Since this is the closest one from me Ive had to go there a couple of times, and I always get irritated with the kind of service they provide, but the last time I was there, that lady told me in a rude way that I needed to print out a copy of the QR and before I could ask if I could print it there, she said: move out of the way (in her thick Indian accent) and then, called the next person. There was another Indian man next to her and I told him I needed to print that out and the man just showed me the computer and said: dont you see a computer there, print it and that will be 2 dollars. Theres more to the story, but this review is already too long. Bottom line is the service at this place is the worst and the reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option.

This is the best store I’ve ever been to. The owner and his wife go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and shipping my packages. They have a really strong team that has a great understanding of the business. I literally go here everyday to ship and never had a bad experience.

I am at this UPS location at least once a week for packages. Jonathan is usually the one who assists me but I am known by all the staff and they greet me as soon as I walk in, it’s kinda like the TV show ‘Cheers’ where everybody knows your name (smile). They provide me the best customer service for a location that stays pretty busy most of the time the lines are never too long, they get you in and out as quick as possible. I know that we can’t see each other’s smiling lips behind our masks, so we smile with our eyes. Thank you so much for all that you do in the Rosenberg/Richmond community. You are appreciated!!!

I have had a very good experience with this location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have not had any issues with misplaced packages. The location is very busy and the team does their best to wait on customers quickly. I moved my box to this location after having a horrible experience with a UPS mailbox store in Houston on Eldridge Parkway. That store had a practice of signing for packages they claimed they did not receive. I had a package signed for by the staff and did not receive the package and was not able to get a refund for my item because the seller had proof the package had been delivered to the mailbox store. The owner of the store refused to reimburse me for the package they lost. Not happy with the outcome I moved my box. Keep up the good service guys.

I absolutely love this UPS store. The staff is absolutely Amazing. They do such a detailed job when it comes to handling the packages. They are very friendly and very concerned about taking care of their customers and their packages. Every time, I go in there it feels like I am going to visit my friends at the UPS store. Lol! I would tell anyone to not only use their store to mail off any UPS package, I would highly advise anyone to use that location to receive mail as well. Considering how porch pirates are increasing it is not a bad idea to find another way to receive packages and I hope this UPS store would be your first choice!

High traffic store that rids the traffic quickly. Asis Patel the owner is so helpful when it came to shipping my items properly. Had my own items along with amazon item and I also needed to print labels. They are very informative and ready and willing to help customers. Super nice people and super professional in this COVID world. They work very hard and every time that Ive been in the store there are always a stead flow of traffic that is quickly alleviated.

This place is just a sad experience - I have come to this place twice in the last 30 days the first time I simply turn around and left because they were so rude regarding a return to Amazon. Today I stopped by to return something and they simply charge you for everything you can imagine. I did not bring a seal box because I wanted them to verify that the cell phone I was returning was in it, they charge me for tape, someone else who was in the store was being charged for the Wi-Fi or charge for the computer. The owners which are the operators apparently are simply rude and make the name UPS look horrible zero (0) customer service.

I had to return package today, about 5 ft tall and 2.5 ft wide. Im almost 8 months pregnant, so I literally had to kick and push it into the ups store. The lady scans my return slip and tells me to take it to the back. I look at her and repeat what she told me. So you want me, 8 months pregnant, to take this package back there, this heavy, large package? Her along with everyone there didnt offer to help, and she said yes. Horrible customer service, Ill drive to the Sugarland location next time.

I have been a customer of this store for over five years and am happy to give it 5 stars and my review:1) Above all other factors, Mr. Patel and his store staff are the friendliest, most efficient and most professional people to work with.2) They go out of their way to provide excellent service, which includes being able to package just about any size and shape of object; reasonable charges, and when needed, they will stay open a few minutes extra for the last customer.3) The store has copying and faxing services, as well as mailing/shipping supplies, greeting cards, etc.4) Convenient location5) Bears repeating that its always a pleasure for me to go there, get my mailing needs completed and chat for a few minutes with Mr. Patel, time permitting. He is a wonderful, warm-hearted man, a terrific businessman and an absolute expert on the complex business of UPS logistics.

I would not recommend this location at all. I was emailed a shipping label by the company, who stated that the UPS store would have no problem, pulling it up on my phone and printing it out for me. They will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. They tried to charge me $2 to use their computer and another 99 cents to print out my shipping label. This is terrible customer service and I will never return to this location again.

You do not need to package your return or print out a label. Simply present the QR code to the associate and they will do the rest.Do not go to this store. They are dishonest.

Picked up 3 packages that I had UPS drop off here to hold for me while I was away. And I had a very pleasant experience. The man who I assume is the owner/manager is pleasant and friendly. His employee was the same as well. His presence & guidance made for a very smooth transaction. It is my second time doing business here. The first one was to drop off a package, and even that went well even though I came at an extremely busy time. I will be back and will continue to patronize this UPS Store. I believe its a keeper.

I came in to pick up my package that I had a email of the proof of delivery that it was dropped off here at 620 day before but when I asked for it the lady didnt bother to go check in the back for it with my id. Instead told me to go check the computer by the printers of my tracking # then started helping the next person in line.

I went for Notarize few documents. The customer service at this store was excellent. I was in and out in 5 min. Staff was very professional. The store is following COVID-19 protocol with Mask & Gloves.

Brought in an Amazon return and they told me they charge for tape, as in the one piece to go across the top. I decided to go elsewhere.**Updated review 4/26/19: owner provided a timely response to my concerns. With further explanation about the cost of taping and securing large packages, I can understand the need for a small fee. It also saves time for other customers to have the packages ready to ship out, rather than hold the line with sealing up containers.

Well, first of all I love this stores location, easy in n out and the guy in there is awesome. I am an artist & sell my paintings on line and some of them are huge. When he could NOT find a box that large, he said hang on a minute and went in the back. He came back with two large boxes and then tried to put them together and it worked))))For the amount of time, material, tape and whatever, all he charged me besides the shipping was $22!!!! That is incredible.BTW sir, sorry I should have asked for your name but I wish to thank you and will come over personally cause my package reached New York, as scheduled and not a dent. Thanks bud.

Ive been coming to this location for 2 years now and the service just keeps getting better and better. I already know that my cut off time to get my package out is at 6:30 PM. Mabel and Mr. Patel are AMAZING!!! There is times that im running a little late and they go above and beyond to try to get my package out on time. I have used this store for over 5 years and the manager Mr. Patel and his staff are always helpful and offer suggestions to reduce your cost. I never use FEDEX, unless I have to because of a return label. Give them a chance, my customer service experiences are always great.

Told wrong information. I thought it was going to cost $6 for notary service. They charged $6 per stamp($24). I could of used a bank or county clerk office. The service also took longer too because other customers were being waited on while I was signing documents. Never used a UPS store before and never will again.

Really bad experience here. I was supposed to return the defected tires from amazon through UPS. They insisted me to buy a huge box to seal the tires in the box. And wanted to charge me more than 100 bucks for the box. Its the first time I heard delivering tires need to be sealed in the box.

I rarely write reviews, but Asis has become a trusted colleague who is extremely reliable. He is by the book in a good way, which sometimes people may interpret as inflexibility. (If anything, hes looking out for his business and also to make sure that the customers package arrives properly.) Whenever I need something done well the first time, I go see him. Had to send back cell and left box open for inspection because of battery, they wanted to charge me $1.00 to put a strip of tape across the top! I have used this as a P.O. box for a very long time. At first it was wonderful. The young men working there were friendly and they always remembered me and their service was fantastic.Then the place changed management, fired the nice young men, and replaced them with people who hardly speak English and their service is very poor.Avoid this place like the plague.

This place has top notch service and have been using them for a couple of years now. I even had them ship a sewing machine to my niece across the country and it arrived in perfect condition thanks to their great packing skills.

My first time and last time there was on Aug 3 around lunch time. I tried to drop off a package for work. The Indian guy there right off the bat was looking for any excuse to not accept my package. He was just trying to get me to spend money there. As I was driving away I ran into a UPS driver that was delivering to another store. He gladly accepted my package without any hassle or bs. You just lost me as a customer.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. Asis went above and beyond. We were returning a package in original packaging and were going to have to pay $55. Asis kindly asked if we needed to use the original packaging. We told him no. He informed us that he could save us quite a bit of money if we used a box that he recommended. We agreed and he meticulously unpacked and repacked our items into the perfect size box. Our final total was $22. Yes, he saved us $33! We are very appreciative and will definitely be going back for our future shipping needs.

Ive gone here for years and the service used to be fantastic. Asis Patel has always been a pleasure to work with however the new younger male is repeatedly rude. If I walk in and I see Mr. Patel I know I will get great service but if I see the other gentleman I know at some point he will be rude. For that reason I will no longer go back. Ive seen him be rude to other customers and its seriously a waste. If you dont like the public, dont work the front. He needs customer service training because he is severely lacking.

Every time I go here they want me to repackage what Im shipping I just brought 3 package to ship only was able to ship one the other two one needed to be reboxed due to a small stain on the box the other was my choice not to ship they wanted almost 20.00 for a 1 lb box and the size was 8x8x8 no insurance get there whenever it gets there they said the reason it was so expensive it was going out of state last chance for me guys heading to fed ex

I have used this location several times to send packages and have had a pleasant experience, but recently I was told my box was too big for the item I was shipping, therefore causing the UPS driver to reject the package.??? I admit the small item could have been put in a smaller box but I used the same box amazon used to send the item to me in. I didnt have any packaging material in my car so they kindly offered some for me to buy along with the tape needed to close the box up. Im not a customer service expert but the small expense it would have been for them to throw some wadded up filler/trash in the .5 cubic foot box along with the tape needed to seal it would be negligible in comparison to loosing a customer. They were not rude and I completely understand they cannot pack every box for their customers free of charge. As a business owner I have allocated proceeds considered an expense for keeping customers satisfied and retained. I did not ship my package with this location. I might try this location again if it can manage to gey above 4 stars.
