I contacted B&D to have a sectional cut down that was too large for my space. It was the third upholstery company that I reached out to, the previous 2 turning me down saying it wasn’t possible to be done. Adam was extremely helpful, and asked me to send him photos before he confirmed that he could accomplish what I was requesting. I wasn’t sure this was something that could even be done based on my conversations with other companies. Turnaround time was 4 weeks, which I thought was quick! The piece fits perfectly. I cannot even tell that it was cut down/not original. I’m super pleased with the service, and would certainly recommend this company for upholstery needs.

I could not be more pleased with the work that the guys at B & D did for me! I was about to trash a 16-year old leather couch because the cushions were no longer firm and supportive. I called B & D and described the situation, and they encouraged me to bring the cushions in. We selected a really firm new foam for the insert, and the finished product was ready in a week. Great price and great service. I highly recommend!

We purchased a couch and chairs 20 years ago from an Amish store in Claire, MI while on vacation. The fabric was finally starting to show wear so we decided it was time to get it reupholstered. My wife went into their store to browse their available fabric. The people were very helpful and explained the material differences.We placed the order and just received the updated furniture. The quality was very good and we are pleased with the results. We didnt realize how bad our old cushions were until we got the updated furniture back. No more sagging cushions.We would highly recommend B&D Upholstering for your furniture. Since they do excellent work, the only downside was the waiting for three months to have them pick up the furniture. But it was worth the wait.

Had an heirloom chair reupholstered and could not be happier. Prior to this we had another piece done by someone else where I thought the workmanship had room for improvement.--they were cheaper. Thought we would give B&D a try. You definitely get what you pay for. Our chair turned fabulous!!

I had a unique situation to where I m off sat and sun. Theyre closed but they actually worked with me and came in sat so I could drop off my couch cushions and pick them up the following sat! Will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them! Thanks guys?!!!!

Had a great experience working with Steve at B & D. The fabric I picked was out of stock and I needed the chairs immediately. Steve had me come back in and we picked out an appropriate alternative. Then the upholstery was not adhering properly to the chair and they came up with a solution that turned out great at no cost to me. Overall you get what you pay for which is great work, responsive customer service and all done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Requested sofa reupholstery for may sofa. After several inquiries, I received my sofa approximately 4 months later. Quality was extremely poor. seams were blared and gapping, but since Id had such difficulty getting sofa back and I was recovery from surgery, I didnt complain until I discovered the sofa cushions had NOT been replaced. B&D said I did not request cushions reupholstered and it would cost me another couple hundred dollars. Since this was my 1st experience in upholsterers and I had no other alternative. When I received sofa back, the cushions were so firm, I COULD NOT SIT COMFORTABLY ON SEAT. I still have the (unusable) sofa stored. I welcomed this opportunity to review this company.The only change I would make is that prior to my marriage, my name was Theresa Marshall.

My dog chewed up a brand new leather couch recliner and the flip up lid and these guys fixed it better then new! He pulled up after hours to come check out what I needed done, I dropped it off to them a couple days later and the guys here dropped it off and even helped me carry it into the house! I will definitely recommend to anyone in need

B & D has amazing client service. My wife and I found them online and started to wonder if we were making the right choice as we have never had work done on our furniture before. We bought our couch 12 years ago and we wondered should we get it fixed or buy a new couch. I am very glad that we picked up the phone and called B & D. Larry was extremely helpful. Adam and Larry came out and helped pick up my couch at my house. My couch was a massive one as I bought it 12 years ago but was still in great shape. We had fun trying to get the couch out of my front door as it is 8 foot long since I am 6 foot 8 yet they helped me and they loaded it from my front door. They always had smiles on their faces and were happy to help. We received the couch within 5 days of being picked up all the while of them keeping me in the loop as to what was going on and when it would be fixed. They have fast reliable service and my couch now feels like brand new. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Company is a bit expensive, my ex-husband had two identical chairs upholstered - (one upholstered by B&D and the second chair upholstered a year later with the same material by a another local company.B&D was twice the price and the workmanship was the same. Now, I make sure to compare pricing before getting work done.Connie

I have been dealing with B and D for 20 years. Spent about twenty thousand for custom made furniture and upholstery. The last job was to just fill or re stuff the back of a chair. They had the chair six weeks and charged 600.00 dollars. The top of the chair was sewn crooked and they wanted the chair back for two weeks to fix it. I have been in the design field for 40 years, this was a 30 minute fix in my home, but they refused.Bad workmanship and no customer service !

Family owned and run since 1948. Does an absolutely wonderful job, very professional! These guys really know what they are doing!!!
