Call and call and call for days and get stuck in a loop if no one answering. The one time I get a lady and ask for the price of transmission fluid and oil change and she transfers me to a mans voicemail. Call back bcuz I would like to get an answer now not wait for a callback. And was automatically transferred to this guy Shawns voicemail again. Ive made 15 calls within an hour no answer still. Why not put the pricing online?! This is ridiculous

Bait and switch tactics. After being told the vehicle would be at the dealership the following day and signing all paperwork with numbers. Then taking the following day off work to get my trade all cleaned up and ready to go. Only to be told sorry that the truck will not be here til next week! They wanted me to agree to signing before they knew the truck would be there. Im guessing only to pad their sales numbers for the month? If that isnt a bait and switch then I dont know what is? Elk Grove Ram was way better run dealership. But I ended up getting a 2020 F250 anyways.

Slow. 3.5 hour rapid service lane. no matter what I come for its 4 hours plus. plan on leaving your vehicle. they over book as well
