Absolutely disappointed and every way be in buying a car there going there for a simple oil change which by the way take 3 hours with an appointment I cant imagine how long it takes if you dont have an appointment. Then every station on the radio its messed up so you have to reinstall it. Nobody absolutely nobody asked me once if I would like to have a coffee or a water while I was sitting there for three freaking hours Beyond disappointed never ever going to go there again.

Some dealerships did not have all vehicles in stock to be able look at & touch & feel.

Knowledgeable staff, at least Jake was. We couldnt make a deal as the inventory for new cars is very low (July, 2021) and even though I was paying cash they were not willing to negotiate.

I drove around for 20 minutes and could not find the entrance..instead of having a grand entrance theyve got a little hole in the side of the wall.I finally got inside and its a one way street all the dealerships are jam-packed with a million cars you dont know where to park... It was the worst car buying experience I could have imagined and very high pressure salesman.. I do not recommend Roseville automall

Pretty straightforward. If youre shopping for a vehicle Do Not just show up. You will want to make an appointment prior to arriving. Even with an appointment you will have to wait twenty minutes to an hour. They were slammed during a week dayI cannot imagine how it would be during a weekend! Make an appointment and save yourself some time.

Showed up for scheduled appointment, they was running behind by at least 3 hours. Have to reschedule. No one bothered to call me.

Roseville Honda provides the most horrendous service I have ever received. Never buy a car here. We walked away from a deal because they cant figure out how to provide any measure of customer service or common courtesy. They blame everyone else within their organization for poor service. I will never go back to these folks for anything and we have previously purchased 4 cars from them and had service performed. Not anymore!!!

Great Ford dealership with plenty of inventory, very nice parts store, and good staff that are very curious. However before signing on the dotted lines of any of there paperwork have then explain everything in full detail so you know exactly what you are getting.

Went to look at a BMW at the BMW showroom but they didn’t really have one that fit all the criteria I had on my list. (I wanted a white car, low miles and around $15k) as we drive across the street we saw a Mercedes at Subaru/Honda and stopped to look at it. Next to that was a beautiful white 2013 Jaguar FX and we fell in love! Took it for a drive and walked inside to purchase. Excellent condition! Roseville Automall is an Autonation no haggle auto mall so purchasing was a breeze. Got a great car for great deal! No pressure.

Bought a truck, and have it serviced there

I was able to find just what I was looking for at Auto Nation Honda. This was my second purchase from this dealership. Unfortunately, I have to change my review. The TPM system was not working when I test drove the car. I was repeatedly told that all I had to do was take it to their service department and they would fix the problem. I was also led to believe that I was getting a warranty to cover the first four months. That paperwork was found to be missing when I looked over the pack of papers I received. Needless to say when I took the vehicle to their service department there is no warranty.

I bought the beautiful 2019 Maxima off their showroom floor! I LOVE this car! The entire team here made this experience great! David, internet sales manager, is who to see! He is AMAZING!!!

My Subaru dealer has the best customer service.

I called for assistance on my Toyota Mirai I basically was stranded at the pump. All hydrogen gas was completely out in Sacramento area. I didn’t have enough gas to get me home and the pump was down due to maintenance and was estimated to come back online in a few hours. I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes to then be hung up on. I attempted to called back for help and was sent straight to voicemail. I don’t recommend getting the Toyota Mirai. This isn’t the first time that I had to deal with storage in gas or pumps not working due to maintenance. When I was convinced to get the vehicle the sales man told me that if there is a shortage or pumps not available that Toyota would take care of me and be sure I wouldn’t be stuck stranded. Well they lied. Not only my car was stranded at the pumps at Citrus Heights Shell Gas but two other Mirai vehicles. Do not get these cars.

Me personally, I dont like car salesmen, one thing for sure you dont have to look for help, they all flock to you haha🤣but to cut out all the extras. Great place if you looking for a vehicle. Not to many good deals any more. There not allowing the customer to talk better money deals on cars (no more negotiating) set pricing done by the dealer. They started policies that CarMax created and stands by. Every car dealer in 1 very big area. All dealership have handicapped parking and special ramps. Displays of vehicles are always over the top. Lots of fun.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone to try to buy a car here. We found a used car that we really liked, and went through the process of buying the car, and they even ran out credit. They sold the car out from underneath us, then try to sell us a much more expensive brand new car. So now we will have to wait to another month to go look at cars because we dont want two dings on our credit. Absolutely, the worst situation. Do not buy a car here.

Gary Gonzales listened to me, and did not pressure me at all. I specifically wanted a manual transmission with cruise control. Gary found what I was looking for at a great price and a class above what I was originally looking for. I am very appreciative of the level of service I received from start to finish. Just went to get a recall item fixed. The dealership itself was fine (Infinity) but the mall itself is a mess. Hard to get into the mall itself and once in you get trapped on a one way circle. Its much like a tiny version of driving around Atlanta GA. If you miss your turn just go around the circle and try again when you came around. Ugh.

Went to Autowest Dodge late August to look at a ram powerwagon that they had listed on their website. Likely would have purchased the roughly 65k$ vehicle there that same day. Searched the entire lot for over 25min, there was no sales folk to help in the lot search. I finally went inside to inquire, it was then when one of the managers/closers informed me that they had shipped the truck in question to Stockton or Modesto over a week earlier. Learned you better call before you go to look, it might not be there regardless of what their website states. I will be buying elsewhere based on my experience

Even though they told us everything was done and good to go. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!
