I had a crack in my windshield and called this business for a quote. They gave me a competitive windshield replacement price which included a recalibration of the lane-assist camera, so I scheduled an appointment with them. I arrived to the appointment and they were immediately ready to receive my vehicle as scheduled. They had a professional, organized, and clean shop/waiting room and a professional staff. Most importantly, they had my windshield in stock and completed the repair sooner than I expected. Furthermore, they paid close attention to details such as transferring stickers and the FasTrak Toll Pass from the old windshield to the new windshield.

While driving in the first rain, I had the unfortunate luck of a rock hitting my windshield causing a chip almost center of my windshield. I called Exceptional Autoglass located across the street from the Roseville DMV. I spoke with Sal who was able to get me right in! It took about 15 minutes or less. Friendly and professional! Would recommend to anyone who needs rock chip repair. Reasonable rates.

This place gave me the best customer service experience with an amazing price. The owner, Sal was able to look at everything for me. I wanted him to make sure my cars coolant system was in good shape with no leaks and he fixed my trunk! On top of replacing the automatic rotor for my driver side window! They even cleaned my window to make it look brand new again! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has troubles with windows or just cars in general! :) They really put a smile on my face and the receptionist was very helpful as well!

I was a walk in and they were able to help me right away. They were courteous, helpful, and did a fantastic job repairing my windshield; you can hardly tell there was even a chip. They even pointed out an error that Safelite had made replacing my windshield and encouraged me to take it back and have them correct the issue. Overall just a great experience.

I’ve come here for the last 6 months for windshield repairs. They are great and very professional. I must have brought them 5-6 vans foe repairs so far and will not go anywhere else. These guys are solid and do quality work. I also did a windshield replacement on a 2020 Ford transit 250. They have the best price in town with calibration for the camera / lane departure system. (I don’t know the technical term, but everywhere else wanted to charge a separate fee doe this, which ran from $200-$299). Stick with Exceptional Glass and you won’t have to deal with such fees. They will quote one price and it is all inclusive.

Got a crack in my windshield a few days ago. It kept getting longer and almost all the way across! Tried calling several places & none answered phones & told to leave msg. Awesome experience coming here. Nobody likes forking out chunks or money to replace a cracked or broken window.. but this shop made it quick, easy, and affordable. Beyond happy with the quality of work.These guys went above and beyond by coordinating with A+ Window Tinting (across the way from Exceptional Auto Glass), to have my windshield tinted prior to the installation. The entire process, without an appointment btw, took 3 hours for a new tinted windshield to be installed.I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and expect in a couple of years Ill be back - this is the only place I will go now.

No appointment.I didnt have an option to drop my vehicle so I had to wait, but honestly it wasnt bad at all. Nice and comfy sofas...and CLEAN! Unlike many other auto shops where its all oily. (Ill attach pictures), coffee, good MetroPCS area for your cellphone:))The price... It wasnt cheap, but still very reasonable.Good impression overall
