Recently bought a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. BMW of Roseville was fantastic during this process, I was a first time buyer and they worked hard with me to ensure I could get to a payment that I can afford. The vehicle had a battery issue right off the lot which wasnt there during the test drive and they took it in immediately and replaced the alternator and gave me a new battery in only a few hours. They also gave me a full tank of gas for the trouble. Highly recommend BMW of Roseville, awesome people there!

Last week I brought my 530e to this dealer for the third annual service. I had no complaints, so it was just a routine service. The car was returned to me totally drained of electric power. Fortunately it had a half-tank of gas, so I was able to drive home and plug it in. If a mechanic leaves a car totally drained of electric power, I wonder what else he missed.
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure as first time buyers working with Cassandra to guide us throughout the whole process. She was very helpful, polite and efficient. Not only were we able to purchase our dream car, she also made sure we were taken care of and that the car was to our liking. I’ve never experienced such superb customer service skills. My service advisor was very pleasant and considerate. The estimate of 3 hours took 7. Their work is good but as expected, a bit pricier than other shops. I was very pleased they could get me in with short notice. I will be going back for some recall extended warranty work.

After inquiring about a X5 lease online, Ronny reached out and asked for information to get me started. I was looking for information on the numbers. I told Ronny I changed my mind to the X3 and he invited us to the dealership to view one they had in stock. Although it wasn’t the exact one, I was able to see the size and Ronny shared some of the features with me. After asking what Colors I like he checked to see what was incoming. It took just 2 weeks from that meeting to picking up my car. Ronny was great to work with. I laid out my expectations and what I was looking for. He didn’t try to steer me in another direction but provided valuable feedback.He made the process so painless. The pickup was easy and organized and he spent time going over features with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I appreciate him taking the time to check and see what was incoming, providing feedback and sticking to my needs. He is a gem!

Nick was fabulous when I had a warranty issue on a used Corvette I purchased. Just a minor brake squeak but Nick saw to it that issue was addressed immediately. Must also mention that the car was meticulously checked and had new tires put on car and new brake pads and rotors all around prior to being put on sale. And the detail to cleaning the car inside and out was impeccable. Car looked like it just came off showroom floor. They truly care about the vehicles they sell and make sure the customer is happy after the sale. 5 stars without a doubt.
So my service advisor was honestly the best person ever to work with Jeffery was his name. he was professional and very informative. the only thing I can request is if a customer is going to leave their car longer than couple of hours a shuttle or loaner car would be great.
So I have to say that I typically do not write reviews. However I thought that the customers should be aware of whats going on at BMW Roseville. I drove 20miles to the dealership for a promised cash evaluation and oil change. I have to say that my experience with the service people was amazing!!! AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to accommodate me, helped me decide what I needed to do etc. Sales... a whole different story, hence the 1 star. Buyers BEWARE, esp if you are looking into potentially trading in your car or need an evaluation. The sales person lost interest in me the minute I mentioned that in order to decide whether I wanted to trade in my car or not, I needed to know the value. Then he called me back 2h later and told me that he had to reduce the cash price (never related the starting point) because service told him that I needed new tires. When I tried to get more info he repeated what he initially said, told me my car was ready and said bye. When I went to pick up the car, service told me that I didnt need anything and that they would not recommend replacement of the tires. They also made the point of showing me the multi point inspection along with a video as proof. So, the sales person LIED to me. Why? I have no clue. So Byers BEWARE.... LIES, LIES LIES. I mean I am not that naive. Lowballing is expected but at least be smart about it. Dont come up with stuff right before I am meeting with service. Did he think that I would not be cross referencing his info with service? This is such bad customer service. Stay away. At least go to a dealership that the will value you as a customer... or pretend to.

BMW of Roseville made my service appointment painless. I called the dealership and waited, at best, a couple of minutes and was greeted by a friendly representative that signed me up for a drop-off date. I dropped off my car and service agent had a loaner car ready for me to use while my car was being serviced. My vehicle was ready when promised and the service agent had all paperwork ready so I was able to come in and easily check-out and be in my way. This experience was seamless from beginning to end. Great dealership!

We recently moved to Granite Bay and was pleased to find a BMW dealer so close to us for our regular Service. Jeff Brown was our Service Advisor and is awesome. Went over all the options for Service, easy to talk with and he delivered against what he said he was going to do. No Loaner car was available but they sent me home (and picked me up) via Uber. I gave it a 3 star and not a 5 star is because when I picked up my car there were water spots all over the entire car although I had made it clear to advisor that I just washed my car fully detailed so no wash. I don’t think they washed it, but I think they parked it next to other cars that they sprayed wash on the others and got water all over my car and left all those dirty water spots dried off.I love this dealership as a dealer, and the advisors are all great; however their complimentary car wash service is absolutely horrible. You can tell the people they hired to do the job simply don’t care at all on the quality of complimentary service to the customers.

Went in for recall work. Spent several hours but it didnt even seem like it. Laura, my Service Advisor, was extremely accommodating and they have a wonderful lounge (waiting area). The technician identified additional damage with my wiring associated with one of the recalls on my car. They replaced that whole section of wiring along with the recalled item. I received amazing service and it was hassle free. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic and have them inspect it before moving forward with my purchase. Excellent service from my advisor…Nghia Nguyen ..!!! He was informative and took time to explain all service I needed, when to bring it back and even took the time to converse about my other vehicle for better service .. the only problem I have is NOT with my adviser .. it is with BMW … I bought me 4 series in 2016 .. and when I needed maintenance I always got a loaner and never a question about if they were available.. one of the great perks of buying a BMW … I waited for 5 hours and two other where there even longer … my girlfriend bought a Lexus and her warranty is up and has been up, but when ever she goes in she gets a loaner .. even for small things like a flat tire or headlights that needed to be replaced … that is service ! BMW USED to be this good … other than that I want to again thank my service advisor for his help he was great … thank you Nghia !!

There was an issue with customer service, I mentioned the issue to the sales manager. He stop what he was doing and explained my concerns and put me to ease. He offered a 10% discount for the confusion. At the end of the appointment there was another issue. I let it go and settled. Later I received a email from the Management asking about my experience I replied with the events. I received a phone call from Nick the service manager who heard me and immediately wanted to make it right. I feel he heard me because when I came back to finish service I was received by Chris who was professional, warm and friendly. He made me feel respected. Excellent service especially as it was very last minute. This has changed from the poor experiences of around 3 years ago. Jeff could not have been more helpful as a service advisor as were the maintenance specialists in the service area. They seem to made great strides in improving their service representatives and is more in keeping with the expected BMW experience.
Be careful, this dealership REFUSED to honor their own words. Before taking two hours driving to their dealership, we reached a deal with their salesman Richard over email on the applicable discounts, and even applied and got approved for the loan through BMW financing. The car arrived three weeks later, and unfortunately, Richard took a sick leave on the day we came for pick up. Things CHANGED completely when we arrived. The manager REFUSED to honor any agreement we had with Richard despite written records, and said all the previous agreements on the discounts are no longer valid: here is the new deal, you either take it or you leave. To get the car, we have to apply for the loan AGAIN which leaves another hard inquiry on our credit report. I understand the market is crazy now and they dont worry about having no buyers. Still, their behavior and unprofessionalism are MIND-BLOWING.

I was looking for a specific car I saw on their website through CarFax, and am glad I came here. My husband and I weren’t bombarded by sales people, just one and we had a good 5-10 minutes alone with the car. We appreciated that. The test drive process was super easy.We expected a lot of pressure for down payment, monthly payment, etc. None of that happened. It was probably the best buying experience we’ve had in a car purchase. We knew what we wanted to pay per month, our max down payment and they had no problem updating as we went.Paperwork was completed quickly and thoroughly. It was a great experience. A friend bought a truck from BMW Roseville prior to my purchase, and she was very happy with it too, even recommended the sales consultant she worked with.Oh! And we wound up with a lower interest rate than we were quoted.Superb job!

We went in to BMW of Roseville to test drive a used BMW but decided to lease a new X1 instead. Ali helped us with the process and was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was never a pushy salesman which is why we decided to purchase with them. He has reached out and helped me with questions about the car multiple time since we purchased as well. If you want someone who will work with you and not be a typical pushy car salesman then we recommend working with Ali.

I will never go here again, I was told that they will talk to the finance manager and call me back. I was never verbally told that I didn’t qualify for a car. I called back and asked for a status call and also emailed with no response back. Their customer service sucks. I have many years ago bought a car from here and ended up having it serviced by a different bmw dealership because of their lack of customer service in the service department.

I thought my dash was rattling so I brought my X5 in, It turns out that Safelite didnt install the trim on my new windshield right so that is what was rattling when I drove down the freeway. Roseville BMW caught this and fixed it for me at no charge. Definitely saved me a lot of trouble and time. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I have always been treated with great customer service and respect at BMW of Roseville. This dealership works like a well oiled machine. I have my new M240xi serviced here, and occasionally had my 01 e46 in before that. It was lowered and a bit thrashed, but BMW Roseville had only love, no flack for that.. which I thought was super cool!There has never been a scheduling conflict, unknown cost, or miscommunication. They are considerate of the customers time. That goes for the service dept., parts counter, sales dept., and reception. The parts counter and service dept. have been particularly helpful with my e46 when they did not need to be. I really appreciate that. I am not from the Roseville area. A screw was found in my tire while camping. I called BMW roadside assistance. My car was towed to Roseville, an hour away. They also paid for my taxi to the Roseville dealer where I was met by Laura Stevens. My experience with her was exceptional. Come to find out, my brakes needed changing and my overall service was soon needed. All of this was taken care of. I knew it was going to take a bit so I asked where the nearest Starbucks was. She went above and beyond when she had a porter drive me to Starbucks to get a coffee. This is the type of exceptional customer service I expect when dealing with a luxury brand. I own my 5 series, and when I am ready for a new one I may be making the drive to Roseville.

The salesman addressed me as soon as we said the car was for me where the two prior continued to address my husband. I appreciated being treated respectfully. It was not good to find out that the Amazon Alexa features of the car did not work. After many, many hours of discussions with BMW Genius Reps, Amazon Reps, and even Apple Reps because my Alexa App is on a iPhone, nobody could resolve the problem. Looks like BMWs Amazon Alexa features are not ready for 2021 BMW 530i. Also, there are no BMW accessories for sunshade or car-trunk mats. Finally, the front license plate is placed in such a way that it covers the bottom of the BMW grills oval, destroying the beauty of the 2021 re-designed front end. Otherwise its a great car.

This is my 3rd new BMW car purchase, the 2 previous were at a bay area BMW dealer and my experience at BMW of Roseville was FAR better than the previous 2 experiences! No long waiting time to get into Finance department, no pressure, everyone was so nice. I placed an order for the exact car I wanted this time, it arrived a couple weeks earlier than expected and the dealer kept me up to date through the order/delivery process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
My daughter has just purchased a new vehicle at Roseville BMW and had a worst customer service experience.The finance took over 2 days to complete(despite of down payment). I thought they were just busy so I placed an order for new vehicle. It is sad but unfortunately it happened again. It’s kind of strange they are either have too much business or simply don’t care. Contacted Roseville BMW, including sales manager with no help. I am really considering cancelling an order and how with another BMW location.

I had an issue with one tire on a Saturday and i went to the BMW dealer in Roseville. The support was easy, swift and clear. They finished replacing my tire in 45 minutes as they promised and I was on my way.
We had a great experience at BMW Roseville! Our sales representative Peter was fantastic and made the process very straight-forward and stress-free. Our only complaint is with the Finance Department; we had to wait over an hour for a finance representative to assist us during an off-peak time.
I started servicing my 2014 3 series wagon here a couple years ago instead of taking it to Niello. Theyve always taken great care of me. This time I had Jeff Brown. Although hes only been at the service center for about 7 months he was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The wagon needed significant service this year, but he completely explained everything that should be done now and what items could be postponed. Id definitely work with Jeff at BMW of Roseville again!
