Everyone was really helpful. Very cool that they had a Cafe inside the office, since it was hot outside and usually when your at a dealership you are there for hours. I was able to do a trade in, lower my monthly payments and APR. Got more space in the newer car. 3rd row has their own ac control, and the 2nd and 3rd row can recline back. Bought brand new tires here for a Prius and lost about 7 MPG from the 55 due to the better tread. However Id rather be safe than have great fuel mileage as I fly off a cliff.Sadly I ended up getting a nail in my tire that was non-repairable. The tires were 3 months old. Sad.I am glad I went to the dealer rather than Les Schwab and especially glad I did not do Firestone. As it turns out there is a road warranty on the tires I bought and they replaced the tire for free (just charged a small amount for labor). Im so relieved I didnt need to drop $150-$200 on my high end tires.The waiting areas here are comfortable and the turn around time for repairs is so much better than places that actually specialize in just tires.The only reason I marked off a star is the last time my wife came here for repairs a new salesperson on the floor would not leave her alone about buying a car. She kept telling him, I am not buying a car today, I am not going to buy a car without discussing it with my husband. Salesperson went into sob story about never having a sale before and really needing to seal the deal for his livelihood and career.Here is a tip, I am not dropping $40,000 so that a stranger can get started in his career. I also out of principal will not work with anybody who doesnt respect what I or my wife are saying. Car buying should never be an emotional decision.
Pleasant experience here at Roseville Toyota with Mr. Bowker. He figured on exactly what I needed and he was right. I got the help I wanted and left with a really nice vehicle for my family to use. Much appreciation to the team there in setting everything up for me. I will definitely look to dealing with them some more in the future.
Roseville Toyota serviced my car very quickly but I asked them to check the air in the tires because the light in the car was on. After the service the light was still on and when I checked the tire pressure myself all 4 tires were low. They clearly did not check the tires even though when I picked up the vehicle they told me they did.
Roseville Toyota service is Superb! Easy to get appointments, they have a really nice lounge area if you wanted to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Or you have an option for a shuttle drop off and pick up if needed.Payton was my service advisor during my vehicles needed 50k check up. His customer service is excellent. Check in was very efficient, updates for your vehicle are communicated through text messaging. Payton made sure that he addresses any of your concerns and gives you an update on what needs to be done.Excellent Service! Keep up the good work!

I also appreciate that Roseville Toyota and their staff were able to take my car in right away as I use my vehicle for my profession. They got me back on the road right away!!! Alexander was polite and respectful, helped me understand the cost and labor of my cars service because I had a coupon. Alerted me about some additional services that needed to be done, without price gouging, and explained why those services were necessary. The team as a whole had quick intake, good communication and negotiation, speedy service, and handled my car and needs with care. The only downside of this experience is that, because of the drought, theyre not offering a complimentary car wash. I can live with that (:

If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the worst experience when it comes to buying a new car. We made it clear that we weren’t paying the added 10k markup on the vehicle before coming in. We were told don’t worry about it. It’s negotiable, yet when the offer was presented to us the 10k markup was added. When we said that we told the salesperson what was said over the phone before coming in he said he never said that basically calling us liars. That’s not acceptable behavior or business practice when asking hard working people to commit to buying an expensive vehicle that’s marked up 10k by the dealer and not the factory.We ended up settling for a used vehicle. Cody and Gerry in finance were really nice people to work with. Given that it was already dark outside. The following day I noticed an area where it looks like excessive touch up paint was added on the right rear door.. I then called and spoke to Barry Lyman who asked to bring in the car to look at it. It was brought in, and a salesman came out, took pictures and contact info. The next day a call was received by Barry who said that they weren’t going to do anything about it which was very disappointing given that we couldn’t see it when we bought it since it was dark outside and everything else we went through prior. Given all this in mind I can’t recommend that anyone I know buy a vehicle from this organization nor will I ever buy another vehicle from this organization ever again. I will take my business else where who is willing to treat me like a customer instead of someone who’s there for a quick money grab.

Everything went smoothly. It was my first time going and they did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I came for some recalls, oil change, and battery. Paul called me saying some additional things needed to be fixed regarding my battery and spent the time to explain to me how it could hinder me if I didn’t get it fixed. I am a college student and obviously don’t have a lot of money so I’m super happy nothing was trying to be sold to me. I also enjoyed their computer lounge as I was able to do my homework quietly. There were outlets so I could charge my devices. No salesmen walked up to bother me. I didn’t get to try out the Pete’s Coffee place but it seemed like something I might try out if I ever come again for other services. Very friendly people in the building. Clean bathrooms as well. My appointment was at 7:30am and I left at 12pm. I don’t know how they do things but I was quoted 1pm so I was happy about leaving a bit earlier. I suggest taking things with you to do while your car is being serviced. Homework, crochet projects, a good book, device to watch shows/movies, maybe even bring some snacks if you don’t want to spend money at the cafe.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Roseville Toyota not only damaged my bumper but also left grease marks on my sun visor. My hubby hand washes the cars every weekend so he’d know if there was even the smallest ding or scratch. Whenever we drop our cars off for service, he not only watches while the shop is indicating any damage on the vehicle but also leaves things a certain way to know if the shop has disrespected our property. In this case, not a single mark was on the paper when we dropped it off. We come back to pick up my car and he notices the driver side bumper was below the headlight bracket bumper ledge along with damage to the lumar clear bra on the car. We brought it up to our service advisor Chris Martinez he grabbed our drop off paperwork stating he had to take it to his boss. We watched him and he walked the opposite way of the supervisor into a back area with the paperwork and comes back our with that newly damaged area marked. Telling us that they’d pull it up on the cameras and check the damage when we brought it in. We stayed and viewed the footage as well which revealed that there was NO damage at drop off. You know, we are all human and make mistakes, admitting mistakes and making them right is forgivable. However lying about it, trying to cover it up and falsifying documents is completely unethical. Due to this horrid experience, hubby will be taking pictures of the damage sheet when any of our vehicles dropped off. At the end of the day, Mike Ortiz the supervisor got everything fixed for us. Which is great however allowing unscrupulous people to work underneath him is very poor management. I will be looking for a new Toyota dealership to service my still pretty new car (only 30k miles on it) moving forward at least until Chris Martinez is no longer employed there. If this review helps at least one person not make the same mistake that I did, it’ll be worth it!
Peyton was wonderful. A consummate professional from beginning untll the end of the transaction at pick up. Roseville Toyota is a very Well oiled machine. The service was very quick But very personable. everyone on on Staff was very kind. Absolutely no complaints. Although I am moving out of California I would recommend highly Roseville Toyota.

I was at Auto Nation Honda, across the street. When a salesman from Roseville Toyota yelled for me to come over there because they’re better. I would never purchase a car from Roseville Toyota just based on this. It’s like a man trying to steal you away from your husband in such a disrespectful way and right in front of him.

When I told the salesperson that I was leaving she had the guts to tell me that I wasnt allowed to leave yet because its their policy that every customer has to talk with two salespeople, and if I leave without doing this she would get fired. And this was after I was told by phone that they wouldnt negotiate with me unless I was on site. I found every interaction I had with them to be super high pressure and unpleasant. The other dealerships Ive interacted with have been far more pleasant. I wont be shopping here again.
None other than horrible I wouldnt looking for a hybrid car I came in with a brand new jeep with only 30,000 miles on it stick shift I needed something more feel effective for my work for I travel every single day I was told by the salesman that the Camry I was about to purchase had a minimum miles per gallon of 33 and up to a maximum of 44 as Im driving this vehicle throughout my work week I know this that the mile per gallon doesnt budge off of 23 miles per gallon thats far from the 33 is 44 I was promised Im contacting my salesperson and whole Toyota teen all the way up to management I was told I was stuck because I already signed my agreement and there is nothing they could do to help me so overall being lied to trading in my new Jeep and any of the car that really cant afford because it wasnt giving me the gas mileage or the hybrid experience that I needed I am now stuck with a miserable car for 7 miserable years thanks to Toyota of Roseville

I came to the Roseville Toyota dealership with no intentions of leaving with a car but I’m so glad I did! I was initially greeted by Jacob who was extremely helpful and informative and he showed me a couple of preowned Toyota Camry Hybrids but I ended up loving the 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited which was also in my favorite color!! I had the pleasure of then working with a tenacious yet supportive Rudy who helped ensure that the expenses were within my means. Johnny also made the grueling paperwork very efficient and effortless. Everyone I came into contact here made me feel so welcomed and treated me as if I were a family member. It was such a pleasure working with everyone here!

Shane’s great and very professional, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had just cleaned my windows with glass cleaner and when they tested the wipers and wiper fluid they left the windshield dirty causing me to clean the windows again. It would be a nice touch if they at least cleaned the windows.
Called and was able to get same day appt. Cory was excellent. He saved us having to do electrical test. Car had a dead battery. Where other dealerships might have taken advantage of us. As had happened in the past. Performing unnecessary work. He callee asked what was wrong with the car. Called when car was done. I have taken 3 different Toyotas here for service. 2 Corollas and a Camry. They always try to charge you for things not needed. $25 for a tire rotation at the time of service even though they are the tires that were on the vehicle when I purchased it new. They charged me to replace the cabin filter that was 3 times the amount at a parts store. So the next time I had it serviced, I replaced.it myself the day before. They tried to tell me it needed to be replaced! Anytime I have scheduled an appt for service I wait 3-4 hours. I now take the drive to Auburn. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Jason. If they try to assign you Derek, run for the hills. I left him 2 messages without a call back. Thank you to Jason, but all the rest can do you know what!

Very friendly and respectful in the Service department. Went in for a Oil change and was out in no time. I had no appointment, but Ray and Molly took care of me. The best time to go is in the Morning. Everybody there is in Love with Coffee and tried to get me on Coffee as they mentioned over 5 times that there is complimentary Coffee in the Cafe. Just kidding, they was just being nice.

The admin paperwork was done quite fast as well. We were out the door with the car that same day. Very happy with the car, the staff and overall service. My salesman was awesome. I was impressed especially for a younger guy he made the trip there the best. Offered drinks and snacks if we needed some. But most of all they worked with me in every way to get close to what my initial budget was and i still left with a vehicle and am happy with it. They stayed late hours with me and my friend to make sure i was going home in a new vehicle. All the staff was friendly and my experience here was far more better then my first one in my town . Driving 1 hr & 45 mins was well worth it and ill recommend going here to everyone i know.
Went to the dealership to buy a specific car and after test driving it realized it wasn’t for me. I then decided to look at a different car which seemed more suitable. Connor was very diligent with providing updates and information regarding the required maintenance on my vehicle, the process & duration for repairs and cost. The work was performed efficiently and completed sooner due to Connor’s quick attention to material orders and their technical team . I will keep taking my vehicle to Roseville Toyota, since other establishments (Maita Toyota) cannot reliably fulfill customer maintenance request.

I am very disappointed. I paid 140$ for nothing done. Took my car in due to check engine light. They could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Stated in notes the check engine light was off for the exam. Which is odd, light was on for 3 weeks before being taken in, was on when car was dropped off, was on when I picked it up. How is it that the one time it’s off happens to be during test. It was honestly a waste of money. Only able to make a guess it was the 02 sensor that had already been replaced was that they read an old code. Nothing the time I took it in. I will not be going back to this location. Why pay for a tech to look over your car if they can not determine why it’s not working. I can do guess and check at home for less than then 2000$ quote. My car may have needed a new ECU, was priced at 1043$ yet they had no idea when the part would be nice. MAYBE 3-5 weeks. Sadly yesterday wasted my time and money. If you can’t figure what’s wrong with a car, why should the client have to pay.
After 5 hours of haggling, the salespeople finally agreed with compromise on both sides to the sale of my 2021 RAV4. Our first choice which we thought was out of our price range the management and sales people worked tirelessly to accommodate my wifes budget and my wants. And I will repeat they were just once not needs. They covered everything clearly so I can understand what was going on I love the car Ive purchased and so far Im very happy. I know they went out of their way to accommodate me it was certainly an uphill battle for them.

Spent over 4000$ on my truck to get a new clutch, timing belt, and wheel bearings and they couldnt even fill my master cylinder with fluid they left it empty and I had to fill it myself. Also my 4 wheel drive doesnt work anymore after they had my transmission out so Im pretty sure they were rushing and forgot to plug some wires in. Then I left Derek (one of their service advisors) a couple voice mails and he never called me back so it looks like Im going to have to walk in to make an appointment again. This dealerships service department is a joke after they fix my 4 wheel drive I will never be taking my vehicle here again

Let me start by saying I started giving Roseville Toyota one star, then 3 and now after talking to one very helpful customer service lady I decided to give them a 4 stars review.This is my experience: I test drove a 2021 Venza limited edition with some very cool features like the HUD. I loved the car but my salesperson, Alysa, wanted to sell us this car as a new car when it actually had 15k miles on it. I told her I wanted the same car but new, with O miles. She said she had one and we signed papers and everything was good. My excitement didn’t last long. Once at home I realized the HUD was not on, or that’s what I thought. After a couple hours of watching videos and reading the manual on how to turn on the HUD, I find out my car didn’t have that feature. I was told I was getting the same car I test drove but that was not the case. Today, one day later after the purchase we came back to Toyota and we were able to get to a deal with Colin, the manager that was helping us during the purchase. 3 starts to them for giving some type of solution. The lady at the service center was phenomenal, she got in the car with us and showed us how to use some cool features in the car.I would buy from them again but I will make sure to test drive the car I am buying.

Nearly 5 stars. We’ve utilized Toyota service department exclusively for nearly 15 years now. We just recently switched to Roseville service department. The first service agent I spoke to gave me poor information regarding the process of utilizing Roseville rather than our previous Toyota service department. She had stated the difficulty in reviewing our past service history and had a rather unwelcoming tone. However, the gentleman that actually turned out to be our service advisor was very professional, courteous and informative. He also was able to review all of our previous service history at the other Toyota dealership in great detail. The staff were very friendly and the work done on our auto was as promised. The only other minor disappointment was when asking for a car wash and being informed it was a service no longer performed due to one customer complaining of potential Covid infection by having a staff member sitting in her car when taking it through the car wash. A more reasonable solution would be to ask customers whether that was something they wanted rather than just removing that service entirely from the population due to one customer complaint. With more consideration for the general populace and a bit more training for all advisers on staff then this would easily rate five star service.
Had an appointment at 0700 got there on time but there’s was already a line. They are very quick and Alexander got us out of there early. I recommend this place

Had an air conditioning issue with my Sienna. Big issue with 100+ degree heat. Chris and Roseville Toyota were able to get my vehicle diagnosed and fixed in a short period of time and as Promised when I dropped it off. Great communication and fast service.
Alexander helped me out on Thursday when I came in with my tire pressure light on. I had called earlier in the morning to see if I could swing by to have my car looked at after work because I had plans this weekend to cover shifts at my second job. I came in an hour before closing and Alex and his team helped me realize I had a nail in my tire and they patched it for free. Im really appreciative in two ways because for one, they were extremely understaffed and still were super positive and professional in helping me. They also totally saved my weekend. So thanks guys!
Bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna on October 12, 2021 a week and 4 days later the vans check engine light comes on so I bring the van into the service department as we had a limited power terrain warranty on the van up to 3000 miles. I hear back from service that next day stating that the oil control valve is broken and needs to be replaced. Service informed me that he had spoken with sales department and they said we bought the van as is so we are responsible for the repair which in fact we did not buy the vehicle as is as it states we have the limited power terrain warranty. So sales says they will pay half of the repair, and that is it. In the mean time I have to pay for a rental while I’m waiting for the van to be repaired. I would of expected more from Roseville toyota as we haven’t had the vehicle very long, I went with a toyota because of reliability, and not I’m not feeling that this van will be reliable. I put everything we had down on this van and having to pay repair and car rental im not impressed with Toyota’s customer service at all. I would not goto Roseville toyota for your next purchase.
Always great service dealership. If one doesnt know an answer, theyll find out, somehow. Theyre not afraid to be wrong, right, or in between. Theyre willing to learn (as experts). Ill always take my truck there.
The whole Roseville Toyota team I dealt with were amazing!! Carlos was a fun guy to run around and look at cars with and such a great sales guy. Patrick is a funny finance guy who definitely tries to have your best interest at heart. Ramon is the final guy you see and that guy definitely wants you to get the best out of your car experience. Honestly hands down all around an amazing experience :)

Horrible, they did what is called a spot delivery. Never again will we buy from them. Very untrustworthy. Bounced around from salesmen just to get sent home w car n days later asked to return it. Not worth even 1 star. I will be filing complaint w DMV, better business and attorney General office. And contacting my attorney. Dont trust or buy from them.

Tyson and Roman were fantastic, if youre planning to buy a car from here I would see these two gentlemen. Previous times we have been at this dealer we didnt have pleasant experiences, but they went above and beyond. Theyre very flexible and easy to work with. Were very happy with our buy, and love our new Highlander.
Excellent customer service. They kept me updated and gave me options for my repair. The customer service rep is excellent at his job. I will call him personally next time I need a repair. Mechanics were very informative and did quality work on my truck. I highly recommend Roseville Toyota.
Each sales rep my husband and I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Not pushy, but informative and encouraging. This was our first time shopping at a dealership and weren’t expecting to purchase on our first visit, but they worked with our circumstances so we’ll that we felt safe in taking this step.
From the moment I got there I felt comfortable! I told them exactly want I wanted and they did not have it on the lot, but one would be coming in the next few days. They called me that evening around 9 o’clock and said it didn’t come in on that truck but they had another truck coming the following day and they would let me know if it was on that one. It was not, but he said he knew for sure it was on the following days truck that he had tracked it down. I got there in the afternoon Around one. Now I have a bought cars before and it was an all day process 9 o’clock in the morning till 9 o’clock at night. But at Toyota in Roseville I was completely done at 5 o’clock. I have to say what I like the best was I never felt pressured there’s a cute little café if you get hungry and the cookies were delicious. I really liked how they went over the car with me and showed me how to hook up my phone and how everything worked so I understood it. Thank you again Toyota and your wonderful service!
